A simple and practical hotel great for a short stay Overall, this is a good and clean hotel, especially if you are staying in Hong Kong for a short trip. The room is quite small, so this is definitely something to keep in mind. If you are traveling as a couple, I would strongly recommend choosing two separate beds. The beds are quite narrow, and sharing one would probably be uncomfortable. We realized this right away and decided to take two separate beds, which worked much better for us. The room is too small for a proper desk or much additional furniture, so it is not really designed for spending a lot of time inside. For a short stay, however, it is perfectly fine. One thing I really liked was the air conditioning - it worked very well. There is also a ceiling fan that can be switched on separately, which is a nice little extra. The hot-water heater and bathroom exhaust fan can also be controlled separately, and even the power outlets can be switched on and off individually. Everything is quite practical and customizable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they explained all the facilities and features available in the room. There is also free drinking water available in the corridor. Personally, I didn’t really like the taste and decided to buy bottled water instead. Interestingly, bottled water from the small shop downstairs was much cheaper than buying drinks at 7-Eleven, where prices for food and beverages can be surprisingly high. The room itself was clean and tidy, although I did notice a few small stains on the bed linen. They also provide disposable toothbrushes and some very unusual towels. They are not traditional fabric towels, they come individually packaged and feel more like a thick piece of gauze. It’s definitely unusual, but surprisingly, they absorb water quite well. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Hong Kong, especially if you mainly need a clean and functional place to sleep. The room is simply too small for a long stay, particularly for a couple, but for a few nights it works very well. Simple, clean, practical, and reasonably comfortable. just make sure you are prepared for the very limited space.

Just a few minutes' walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. Thumbs up. Lots of small goods markets nearby. Thumbs up. The guesthouse is located right in Chungking Mansions. It's very convenient to take the MTR anywhere in Hong Kong. Thumbs up.

The location is perfect. After entering the building, you need to take the elevator (on the left) to the reception on the 16th floor, which operates 24/7. They took a 100 HKD deposit. The room is very small. There are both European and American power outlets, a fan, and air conditioning. The room smelled of smoke, and at 170 cm tall, I barely fit in the bed, having to bend my legs while sleeping. The duvet cover smelled like a sour rag, and condensation constantly dripped from the air conditioner unit outside the window, making a very audible 'drip-drip-drip' sound in the room. There were also some small flies constantly in the room.

The location of this place is absolutely fantastic! Given that Hong Kong is so dense, the room might not be as spacious as hotels on the mainland, but it has everything you need and feels incredibly cozy. It's in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, just a few minutes' walk to the Avenue of Stars and Victoria Harbour. Downstairs, you'll find countless restaurants, shops selling daily necessities, gold, jewelry, watches, designer bags, and banks – everything is super convenient. It's a great spot for shopping lovers, and the value for money is excellent. The owner is really welcoming too. I'll definitely be back!

We were very happy with our stay at the Hygge hotel. The location is very convenient, close to the metro station and it was easy to explore the city. Our room was very small, only 9 square meters with no wardrobes so it was a bit crowded for 2 people and a bit annoying but we only stayed 2 nights so it was tolerable. The big positive side for us was the shower !!!! We realised that it is very difficult to find an accommodation with a decent price in Hong Kong with separate shower so this was a big plus for us. The room although very small, had a nice view and we could see the tall buildings and there night show. Moreover the hotel offers complimentary unlimited water, tea and coffee and the staff are very friendly and nice.

The front desk and the room are not in the same area, the front desk is in A, and the room is in D. People arrived late, Peter at the front desk was very enthusiastic, and he also upgraded the independent guard and introduced the details of the stay. like

Relatively easy to get to, with easy communication with the Guesthouse owners. The location is great- right in front of the Kowloon mosque which was great for us, indicating availability of halal food nearby. Within walking distance of the mtr, tourist attractions and shops (7e is right below). We took the Cityliner from the airport and got dropped off at the nearest stop which was great! Room was super tight, with small bathroom with a shower head right above the toilet. The toilet doors required some manoeuvring because it could close but was somewhat disconnected from each sliding panel (with evidence of some bugs stuck between the panels, I can understand, in rather hard to reach places).Otherwise, clean enough room and very quiet. Enough space under the beds to store luggage but otherwise, just enough space around the room for a single person to walk about, so we had to take turns and mostly sat on our beds. For very short stays, seems like a good place.

It is my second stay in Pearl. This time, I stayed in the same area with the reception. Then, I moved for one night to the E area on the 16th floor, which I so far consider the best. I even had two cans of coke inside, probably from previous tenants. What I liked about the place is service - I have never seen anyone so polite when stayed in Hong Kong. My too choice now. The area where E rooms are on the 16th floor for your reference.

This time, I came to Hong Kong with friends, and staying here was incredibly convenient. The MTR station is right outside, and the hotel is in a very bustling central Tsim Sha Tsui location. It's also a short walk from the West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station. The room matched the pictures perfectly; it was just a bit small, but the decor was new, and everything was clean and well-equipped. No adapter was needed to charge devices. The service was excellent; the front desk staff, both the gentleman and the lady, were very gentle and patient when speaking, and they were always helpful with any questions. On our last day, since we had a late flight, they kindly stored our luggage. When we came back to pick it up, they even thoughtfully asked if we knew how to get to the airport, which was really heartwarming.
