Inns in Catalonia, Spain

Fantastic! It's located right in Barcelona's most vibrant area, with the metro almost right at the doorstep. There's a traditional market and great coffee shops directly across the street, and a plethora of fantastic eateries just down the alley. The hotel staff were also very friendly, and there's even drinking water provided in the lobby. All in all, a highly recommended hotel.

The price I paid for my room will normally get me a bunk bed in a hostel. So, I would like to emphasize how great of a value this place is. If you add its location, it really can't be beat. Walking distance from Plaza Cataluña, 2 metro stations across the street, and numerous buses make the location perfect for going around the city. That being said, getting a room that doesn't face the street means you have no idea what the weather is like outside. It's simply too dark and there's not enough fresh air in the room. Given the choice between a noisy room vs a room facing nothing and being in the dark, I would choose noise. Ask for a room facing the street.
