Staff was very helpful with directions and recommendations. Room was tiny but as a solo traveler, I made it work. Location was good, just a short walk to a major street with lots of transport options to the airport or downtown. Best of all, I was allowed to check in early.

Good location, quiet and quiet, but, at the same time, walking along the beach to the venue places ~ 15 minutes. The beach next to the hotel is cleaned daily, we booked this place because of the beautiful view from room + location, lived on the 3rd floor. Stayed satisfied, the room was cleaned daily, there are delicious breakfasts with pay on-site, the staff is very friendly and help with any question. If you go to the side of the rocks from the hotel, there will be almost no more people 2 beaches. I think that next time we will come back here, as we liked everything)

Reasonably maintained building, good water heater in both rooms I was at, reasonably fast and stable wifi, everyone was nice, professional an polite. was a comfortable 'home away from home' in Bacolod. Nice authentic filipino breakfast options for a 'foreigner' to taste some local food. Super central location. I was able to just walk everywhere.

Here's a polished version for your feedback: I had an amazing stay at Happiness Hostel Boracay. The amenities were excellent, providing everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, always warm and accommodating especially the staff named Cheng which made the stay even more memorable. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to others. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

First, excellent location, foam accessibility from everything (white beach, d mall, embankment), while quite quiet area, But right under the windows of the church, in which concerts are very often held, until late at night... In the rooms clean, but in 5 nights we cleaned once, and that is what we asked Tomorrow on amateur, portiono, local kitchen (ryss, egg and garnish for choice) Very kind workers, always were ready to help ! In general, I recommend!

Мебель простая, но матрас на кровати хороший, полочки для посуды и шкаф для одежды есть. Мыло и туалетная бумага в наличии. Рекомендуем на 1-2 ночи. Местоположение отличное.

Their service is good. If you have luggage, the location can be a bit of a hassle to get to, since some areas on the way to the hotel are bumpy. I raised an issue with the heater/shower, and they addressed it promptly. Overall, this hotel offers good value for its price and service. In addition, there are discount deals tied to this hotel—just ask them about it!

If you're on a budget trip, this is the hotel for you. Just don't expect too much because of the price considering the breakfast is also included. Btw, i super loved the rice in their breakfast and good thing there's hot shower too! 😂 The location is great. 5-8 mins walk to Iloilo Business park and Festivewalk. Felt even safe because of the police visibility in the area.

Our stay was nice. The service is good. The locations is good because its near a road leading to The Ruins where we visited. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet which has four ulam choices and coffee.

staffs are very easy to approach , they are all kind and always wear smile in their face. The location is also convenient since there's a lot of food store outside the hotel and the cleanliness of the hotel is 10/10. Over all it's safe to stay in Urban Hotel.
