The service at this hotel is really good and super friendly. I ca n’t speak English with my husband and talk on my phone all the time, but the service staff are patient to help solve the problem. The room is very clean.
The hotel itself is lovely, very clean and spacious, situated on the beach with pleasant gardens to have a stroll around, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and there are several enjoyable restaurants to choose from.
The seafront has great facilities with very good sunloungers and large solid parasols, which provide good shade if required, a beach bar and life guards.
Though we didn’t use them there are many water activities such as diving, paragliding etc available at the sight as well.
Amazing staff and hotel everything was perfect. Except the breakfast buffet for the 3 nights we spent there it was the same food everyday no variety at all.
Unfortunately, my experience at DoubleTree by Hilton was disappointing. The receptionist lacked the necessary skills to interact professionally with guests, which negatively impacted the first impression of the hotel. Additionally, there was a noticeable shortage of staff in valet parking and luggage handling services, causing unexpected delays and inconvenience. Overall, the services did not reflect the standards of a five-star hotel. I hope the management takes steps to improve service quality and provide a guest experience that aligns with the hotel’s rating.
There are a lot of people in the hotel on weekends, there is a queue to check in, the hardware facilities of the InterContinental Hotel itself are nothing to say, the room is big enough, the only thing is that the room service is too slow and too slow, the hotel has a lot of scenic spots to take pictures, mountain and sea, breakfast The coffee is good, the others are quite satisfactory. The white porridge is not made from our foreign rice. It is incomparable with the breakfast of a five-star hotel in China.
Overall wasn't as expected, you don't get the feeling of a 5 stars hotel with a 5 stars service. My wife ordered extra 2 bottles of water from housekeeping (as it is summer and they only placing 1 bottle of water), the gentleman came with only one, when I said that we ordered 2, he said if we want more to order room service!!! It was just ridiculous, probably he is getting instructions from his superior so guest can order from Room service. Anyway my wife called them again and a second bottle was sent.
Most of the guests were not wearing masks at the elevators.
Anyway was the first and last time, I wouldn't recommend it.
The place is great, we go there regularly,
all the rooms are 1st line, they give a free portable barbecue plus a grill, fish market 18 km away, fresh fish, I took tuna, king shrimp. If you like turtles and swim with them, you are here.
Alcoholic drink right on the territory, huge choice, prices cheaper than in duty free.
Scuba diving, kayaks, jet skis, there is everything.
Children's entertainment, swimming pool.
I recommend.

The hotel is connected to a store where you can buy ready-made food, salads, meat, fish from different cuisines of the world))) a huge variety of cuts from fruits, vegetables, etc. We had a superior category room, large, with a panoramic window, absolutely everything for comfort, we had separate beds, very comfortable.
GGuest UserI love everything here! This is my second time staying here. I love the view of snoopy Island tho the mountain view is good also. They’re both relaxing! The massage is great. Pool is great too they’re having pool activities. They are very accommodating especially the reception and house keeping team. Helpful and fast for any request. The breakfast buffet is nice and fresh mostly. Our room is nice and its very spacious!! Outside the hotel there is a cellar shop around 30m away from main entrance. Maybe the only thing I would like to address is the spa area. It can be more clean and neat, more scented spa vibe and the actual temperature for jacuzzi next time will be perfect 🙏🏼
