First of all, the service attitude of this hotel is very good! The location is very good. It is only 3 minutes away from the subway station. When we entered the hotel lobby, the two customer service staff were super friendly! I arrived early, but they were able to check in early They will also have fruits and free water But you can’t put it in your own bottle There are two resting spaces in the hotel lobby! Thinking about the room is what makes me feel it is worth the money! Prices in Switzerland are so high! But I was surprised to encounter a room with this space! Except there is no phone in the room Everything else is great! Not only has a kitchen There is also a separate cloakroom Really good! Apart from sound insulation, there are really few differences And the surrounding area is a very ordinary place Not a place for shopping The whole feeling is super good I will continue to stay here next time I go to Switzerland✅

Room was clean and surroundings have plenty of food and shops. Supermarket is also a stone’s throw away. We got a nice view of the river. Only thing was we had to wait an hour before we could check in as the room wasn’t ready, but the staff compensated us with late check out the next day. No complaints other than that!

There is a free airport shuttle (half hour) which is very friendly. The hotel facilities are okay and the service is very good. It is very close to the airport and there is noise from planes taking off and landing, but there are not many planes at night. When you go out of the hotel, turn left and there is a very cheap supermarket 400 meters away. It seems to be called Dennes, which is very convenient.

Lovely hotel, what really makes it is the staff. Comfort of Sleep: Good, soft, nice pillows and heavy duvet. Temperature: It is hard to make the room cool without keeping the door open. Breakfast: Quite a limited selection compared to other hotels. If breakfast is not included, I would not pay for it and go to Starbucks or CO-OP within 1 minutes walk. The staff are really the thing that makes it though, we even were given chocolate on arrival and a small bottle of Prosecco for New Year's Eve with a handwritten card to welcome us and help us plan our NYE.

The guesthouse is at a prime location, just a 3-minute walk from the train station (Zurich HBF), and it is also conveniently near several bus stations. The reception is helpful and located just across the street, offering 24-hour service via WhatsApp. The staff was friendly and always available to assist with any questions or requests. We booked a double room, which was clean and well-maintained. Although we didn't opt for breakfast, the guesthouse provided complimentary drinks in the shared lobby. There are several supermarkets and food options nearby, making it easy to find meals. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at the guesthouse and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient place to stay.

So first: This is a serviced apartment. It is very spacious, has a kitchen (25 francs a day if you use it), a nice saloon and also a washing machine (free). It is also in a good location and everything is clean. The negative side was that in the bathroom there was no ventilation, so after showering it wouldn't smell good and I needed to close the door. I would try another hotel next time, just to try, but I still fully recommend this hotel. It's really near the train station and the tram station!

The basic room type of the hotel is not very large, more than 30 square meters, but the hardware facilities inside are very good, and the service is also excellent. The next day I went to experience the gym and I happened to have a class. I spent some time there. The swimming pool, indoor and outdoor hot springs and saunas are all available. It is very suitable for vacation. Every dish in the breakfast is presented like Michelin hahaha. The restaurant manager even came to follow me. chat. The hotel also has its own golf course. Halfway up the mountain. A very happy stay experience, worth the rush!

The room is very clean, with complete facilities. The fruit tea is delicious. You need to prepare your own toothbrush, slippers and shower cap, but there is a kettle. It is about 20 minutes away from the city center by car, and the bus is very convenient

Very good, they also gave us two hats, the mini bar has a lot of drinks, there is a restaurant upstairs and downstairs, especially like their bed, it is very soft to sleep!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, eventhough only view minutes drive to the center of Zurich and with extra charges of parking fee chf 20 per night at the hotel. The only pity is that they don't have a swimming pool, though. Nevertheless still few minutes walk to enjoy the walk side of the river. And breakfast was good.
