The only problem was the issuance of the invoice. The website did not send the invoice, and the hotel (obviously should not be blamed) sent me a ticket that was less than the payment amount (that is, the amount they received from the application).

It takes an hour to wait for hot water. The elevator used by hotel guests needs to wait for a long time. There is no response at all. It is faster to take the internal elevator, but there is no air conditioning. Hotel room tastes great

We traveled on 3. We spent 5 days in the hotel. The location is good. We were very welcome and the reception was always ready to provide all the information. The servant every day asked if he wanted cleaning. The breakfast is good and they are always repairing everything else. The rooms are clean and the towels and towels are all new. The air conditioned in perfect condition and the very good beds ( only I felt missing a couple bed in the suit. triple.I can only congratulate the hotel direction and the entire team for this wonderful stay. Thank you.

Their hotel is always crowded, but the location belongs to a remote area, on the edge of the airport. If it is a desert attraction, it doesn't matter, because the travel agency will personally drive to the hotel to pick up people.

JJustinA nossa experiência foi muito positiva no hotel , o espaço é muito charmoso , os funcionários educados , bom café da manhã . Tudo estava bem limpo e organizado, as camas confortáveis e o serviço de quarto foi muito bom . Também nos ajudaram com os passeios e o restaurante oferece opções interessantes . A porção individual é bem generosa , a porção pedida para duas pessoas achamos um pouco pequena , mais tudo estava muito bem preparado . Eu tentei trabalhar um pouco usando o wi-fi dos quartos , no início tive dificuldade, mas depois consegui realizar o que precisava . As ruas na cidade nem sempre são asfaltadas , ao transitar de carro não é possível seguir todas as rotas do Google maps . De geral , curtimos muito a experiência e indicamos a pousada como ótima opção .

Location: stay here if you have a car, if no car then think about it you’d be happy to depend on infrequent taxis (we managed to get taxis fine, be prepared to wait 20-30 mins after ordering)

CCarmyOne of the best breakfast views you’ll get and having arrived early from a shared transfer before check in I was able to add on another breakfast and store our bags. The man that checked us in was so friendly and welcoming while this pousada is only 10 min walk to the centre.
We were allowed to wait here before getting our early early evening bus too. Great service!
