The rooms are clean and comfortable. This is definitely the hotel to choose when visiting Quebec! 👍

The service was truly wonderful — the staff were warm, attentive, and made the entire stay feel effortless and relaxing. The location is ideal for exploring Old Quebec, and the hotel’s charming atmosphere really enhances the overall experience. The little shop inside the hotel is also a lovely bonus — beautifully curated with quality local items, perfect for souvenirs or small treats. The hotel was in an excellent location! There were nearby restaurants, gas stations and the highway was easily accessible. My requests were honored, room was spacious and was cleaned twice during our three day stay. I would definitely book again!

Great location, close to some very good restaurants and a block away from Old Montreal, and close to Metro stations. The hotel is quite expensive for what it offers. It does have a laundry facility, which is nice, but the breakfasts are really substandard, considering the cost. Selecting breakfasts increases the room cost significantly, or you could pay $27 per person for the breakfast. It was standard hotel breakfast buffet - you could get twice the quality for half the price elsewhere. And parking is $28 per day, or portion of a day.

Excellent location - short walk to Chinatown and Notre Dame. Gated carpark within hotel vicinity for a fee. Hotel room needs refurbishment.

Good location just right in the airport building so walking to the departure or meeting someone at arrivals is less than 5 minutes from the hotel. The customer service was great and the folks at reception deserve a special mention. The rooms are spacious and modern. The food was delicious and thumbs 👍

The hotel's location is good, within walking distance to Old Quebec and the Plains of Abraham. The facilities are indeed old. I had read a review mentioning the AC being too loud at night but didn't pay much attention to it then. After checking in, I realized it wasn't just the AC; there was a constant low-frequency humming noise that seriously affected my sleep. This was especially problematic since it was my first night in Canada after landing, and the noise disruption was severe.

It is very clean hotel. Feels like recently renovated. Good location in Gatineau. Closed to ****** and many restaurant.

We enjoyed everything about our stay, king room with incredible view and royal toilet, the aroma restaurant a real delight, clean casino and beautiful atmosphere
