Hotels With Pool in Quebec Province, Canada

We booked two rooms at once. The facilities were quite good, and the service was thoughtful and attentive. The breakfast was good, and it was convenient to get to Old Quebec City. The surrounding area is bustling and convenient.

The toilet was clogged. Our key cards kept malfunctioning, and we had to get them reset several times to access our room. The facilities felt a bit worn. On a positive note, we were able to keep the same room. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the included breakfast was comprehensive, and the air conditioning worked very well.

Great location. Close to old Montreal. Rooms were big, comfortable bed, good working shower but a tad tatty. Although very clean, the rooms and hotel need a major refurbishment. It was like stepping back into the 1980s. However, this has to be balanced by the location and great service from the team at reception.

We loved this Moxy! The only slight downside was the location - it was just outside of both the Old Town and the main part of the city, a little bit stuck in the middle of no where. This wouldn't be a deal breaker for us, but was a little bit inconvenient a couple of times when we just wanted to pop out to a shop and the nearest was 20 minutes away. However, the rooms were great, clean, spacious, with everything you could need provided in the stash room. We ate and drank at the bar one night, which was fantastic service and good value. However, the pool/gym facilities were incredible! I loved finishing my day with a swim and a dip in the hot tub or sauna, and my husband regularly used the gym.  All in all, great hotel!

The location is excellent, right at the entrance of the town, very close to the free cable car station, convenient for taking the cable car to visit various places, parking fee is 25 per night, a bit expensive, breakfast is also good

The location is super good, just a few minutes' walk from the free cable car ride point, and close to the mountain villa commercial district. You can park your car temporarily on the roadside in front of the hotel, complete the check-in procedures and get a parking card, and then park your car in the hotel's indoor parking lot (an additional parking fee of 26.05 Canadian dollars will be charged). The hotel breakfast variety is not rich, but this room price is very cost-effective for breakfast included. The scenery of the room is very beautiful, with colorful autumn colors outside the window, and the cable car is slow, like a fairy tale world.

Room was very clean and big. And has many additions. But breakfast area and the space was dirty and not organised. Cheap chairs and felt like express place. Breakfast had average option Nothing great.. I was charged my deposit twice. Because it did not show in there system. But my bank has deducted twice. I Will have to reconcile with bank later. Front desk Staff are good and friendly. Cleaners etc were not friendly just looking at you like alien. No greetings. If i have optioni wont choose this again. Keep it up guys. It seems hilton always disappoint us. Last time it was embassy suits by hilton niagara falls. ( the worst place to be ever.)

We really enjoyed our short stay at this hotel; the breakfast was perfect and we used the pool with the children. A very pleasant stay.

We reserved a more expensive king room a very long time ago, but finally we got a double bed room on our first day without any refund, what we got is only complementary breakfast, for a couple it’s extremely bad experience. We ask for daily cleaning and I do remind the staff at the front desk before I leave the room for journey on a day, but we found that the cleaning lady forget cleaning the room and the lady pass the buck that we put the do not disturb sign at the door handler which is not the FACT! Also we are care about safe at lobby, but we do found tramp coming lobby for a free coffee at self serve coffee machine, hotel need to address this serious problem as soon as possible, I sincerely hope the hotel can read this review seriously and understand my disappointment.

The moment I stepped into the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac, I instantly understood why so many fall in love with Quebec City. From my window, the St. Lawrence River flowed, and below lay North America's most European-feeling old town. The cobblestone streets, church bells, ancient walls, and evening glow create a surreal feeling, making you wonder if you're even in Canada. The hotel itself truly feels like a living, historic castle.
