The room was good, and the river view was absolutely stunning – you could take magazine-worthy photos right from your window! Cleanliness was decent too. A great bonus was having the 'Little Pig Restaurant' right on the ground floor of the hotel, so we never had to wait in line. The only real drawbacks were the limited number of elevators, leading to long waits, and the underground parking garage's low height clearance of just 1.83 meters.

Great location, close to some very good restaurants and a block away from Old Montreal, and close to Metro stations. The hotel is quite expensive for what it offers. It does have a laundry facility, which is nice, but the breakfasts are really substandard, considering the cost. Selecting breakfasts increases the room cost significantly, or you could pay $27 per person for the breakfast. It was standard hotel breakfast buffet - you could get twice the quality for half the price elsewhere. And parking is $28 per day, or portion of a day.

The Hilton Quebec boasts an excellent environment, blending natural beauty with cultural charm, and its interior facilities and decor are outstanding. The location is superb, right in downtown Quebec City, adjacent to Old Quebec. You can easily walk to Old Quebec, the St. Lawrence River, and Parliament Hill. The executive lounge, located on the 23rd floor, offers an even better viewing experience, with captivating cityscapes by day and dazzling lights by night. The exterior environment is beautiful, featuring a unique outdoor heated rooftop pool that's open year-round. In the summer, you can enjoy cocktails at the poolside bar. The rooms are clean and comfortable. This is definitely the hotel to choose when visiting Quebec! 👍

The hotel used cheap cotton swabs, which were completely useless. The head of the cotton swab fell into my ear. The nonchalant attitude of the hotel front desk made me furious. I spent a whole night in the pharmacy and the hospital. My child's birthday dinner was ruined by them. There was no apology or regret afterwards. What's more outrageous is that when I checked out, I found that the bill had an extra adult meal fee. When I asked the reason, they said someone asked for it and asked to include it in our 320 room fee. What kind of operation is this? I said why didn't you call us to ask. I asked who it was, and they said they didn't know. Anyway, if someone asked for it, we added it. What kind of hotel management is this? It's so easy to get breakfast for free... And I lost a black scarf in the hotel. I called halfway to ask if they found it. The front desk said yes, yes, you can come and get it anytime. I confirmed all the details of the scarf on the phone, and drove back for 1 hour to give me a gray one. ***Color blindness. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever stayed in.

Upon checking into our room had to use 2 separate elevators (neither of with were in good condition). Get to our room and it's 30deg in the room and it absolutely stinks of wet dog ( I know the smell). Next morning the --＞ Extra 26$/pp breakfast ＜-- in the hotel was horrible (just don't eat there. So many good restaurants in walking distance). The --＞ Extra 25$/day ＜-- Parking is overprice, go on Palais Montcalm (10 min walk) for 15$/day. For the money spent a this Marriott, our experience was very disappointed. Marriott Delta Quebec City used to be a higher end hotel now it's low end. Old and Tired Dirty rooms and bins of garbage in common areas doesn't help too. We are both heavy travellers, and this experience at Delta is one of the worst I've been go through.

The booked king suit suite, the room size is large, suitable for family travel. Canada does not provide disposable items by default. It is best to bring your own toiletries, especially slippers. There are no disposable slippers here. If you go to the front desk to ask for it, provide recycled foot cover (avoid the floor cold in winter) This is generally only available at 3 pm. It is best to have an ihg member. Otherwise, you can't check in before 3 o'clock and you need to pay 25 CAD separately. When the hotel is busy, the member's late check-out cannot be used. This should be noted. It is recommended to book a room facing the west side, and the sunset is very beautiful in the evening. If you are traveling by car, it is recommended to go to the park by the river, 5 minutes drive, there is a large green area, you can see swarms of wild Canadian geese.

This is our second visit to the Bonaventure. Both visits we have had trouble with paying for parking, and I am now calling because I think I was billed twice. I prepaid through Trip.com, and was charged again at the hotel. That bruised a really nice visit. This was a rare family visit, and we were able to get a adjoining rooms. Hotel is located on the 10th floor “penthouse “. There is access to the underground so no need to go outside in the cold, unless you want to take a dip in the pool. A unique experience for many guests We miss placed our parking receipt and was given a voucher to give the parking attendant that never showed up. We waited 45 minutes to leave, had to go back up to the desk to explain and get another receipt. This morning I have to call the hotel because I believe I was charged again for the rooms. Front desk mixup? Probably, but

Located near McGill, walking distance (10-15min) to the center of Montreal.  The building looks as if it has been there since 80’s, though the facility worked perfectly fine. Our room had a small kitchen with small dining table. There’s coin operated laundry & small indoor swimming pool upstairs, and free breakfast was a nice addition to our stay.

Give the river view room on the upper floor, the view is good. The room is fully equipped and the bed is very good. It should be a university next to it, and there are many students staying on weekends. There is free parking, you can drive in and out of the parking lot and swipe your room card. After you check out on the last day, you will leave a room card. After swiping the card out of the parking lot, you can put the card in a box of the road gate.

Equivalent to a resort, the giant wooden house is very classical, the surrounding environment is value for money, unfortunately the indoor swimming pool is under maintenance, looking forward to the next time
