Hotel was good, no issue, very helpful reception lady, and was very welcoming, room is fine, everyday cleaning service, i had breakfast included but i didn't take any as I was fasting. Hotel is not that expensive and reasonable
simple hotel, excellent if you're travelling alone. breakfast could be improved.
location near seashore. you can go for a nice walk along the beach to the town centre.
you can plat pool and table football with cats watching your game.
there are tavernas nearby.
no problem parking in the vicinity of the hotel, free street parking.
I booked a single room during November 2020. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. They helped me organize a Covid 19 travel test for my next destination. The breakfast was a good variety and the dinner meals were huge! I ended up extending my stay by another 7 days I enjoyed it that much. The location is 30 seconds walk from the beach and there are a good 30 restaurants within 5 minutes of walking. The hotel is also close to the St.Lazarus church and castle. An excellent stay I will stay again next time I’m in Cyprus.
Room spacious and clean. Had ground floor room so imagine other ones are even better. No complaints with it. Happy I stayed there given the price. I was solo male traveller. 5 minutes walk at most to Lazarus so brilliant location.
The hotel is located by the sea and has its own exclusive beach. The outdoor swimming pool is beautiful, but unfortunately it is not possible to swim in winter. There is also an indoor swimming pool. The hotel's breakfast buffet was rich and the staff was very friendly. The only problem is that the room is not very soundproof.
Close to the beach, it is not a sea view room, but overall the location of this hotel is not the best place to see the sea. The big bed is a combination of two beds. The overall price/performance ratio is okay.
Central location of Larnaca, 5 minutes walk to the beach, many shops, restaurants and cafes around. Great view of the cathedral from the windows. Excellent value for money. Special thanks for the 24-hour reception and rental of adapters for sockets.
To be honest for the price we paid for it was one of the best hotels under 100$.. very nice and clean.. breakfast it was perfect .. as well what got our attention and impressed us is that in the room there was one use toothbrush with toothpaste and shaving set plus some extras for each guest that you don't find even in a 5 stars hotel that you pay over 500$ per night.. and thats in cheapest room plus has ropes and slippers.. there is no pool facility but u cant have it all trust me..

Check out в 11.
IIndiana Chung (instagram / youtube)Nearly Perfect Stay – Amazing Hospitality & Facilities, but One Small Issue
My stay at Lemon Tree Hostel was fantastic in almost every way. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making sure everything was well taken care of. The rooms were thoughtfully arranged, with a good balance between private rooms and shared spaces. The patio area was a great place to relax, and the shared bathrooms were clean and well-maintained—there was really nothing to complain about.
One thing that stood out was how attentive the host was, even at night. They personally came to turn on the radiator, and both the air conditioning and heating worked perfectly. From the facilities to the atmosphere, everything felt well-managed and comfortable.
However, if I had to point out one issue, it wouldn’t be about the hostel itself, but rather the guests. For some reason, there seemed to be quite a few guests who were unwell, and since the soundproofing wasn’t great, constant coughing and noise from closing doors loudly became quite disruptive. The doors, in particular, amplified the sound when shut too hard, which made it difficult to rest.
It might be helpful if the hostel could politely remind guests to close doors softly or provide some kind of notice to encourage more considerate behavior. Aside from that, this place was nearly perfect, and I’d still highly recommend it!
VViacheslavI stayed for 3 days in the hotel, when I arrived at the hotel I was settled in a room without a view to the city, although I paid for this room. The manager said there are no other rooms, only a luxuriant with a jacuzzi for which you need to pay up that the rooms will be released only in 2 days. The next day there was another manager who moved me into a room with a view, and there were a large number of people who left the hotel. Then there was a continuation of a story I won't tell. I'll put a minus to the main manager for inflexibility and unclient-orientedness. Another minus 0.5 points for breakfast: every day all the same, in 3 days the uniform food is bored. No switches on the roasts, they need to be bought on their own. At the cost of this breakfast hotel was like a mercury larnaca beach resort without breakfast. Better 4* than such service here. 3* is not pulled.
GGuest UserApartment clean. Cleaning every day. Cosmetics and towels available. Helpful staff. There is no problem communicating in English. The only drawback is that the rooms are adapted for living in the warm season. In February when we were outside it was cold and we were not able to heat the room because the doors and windows are not very airtight.
MM.N.ButtLovely little hotel tucked up a cobbled street, just off Kalavasos village centre piazza. Possibly a converted old residence, lots of character.
My trip required me to be near this village to easily visit friends residing there, and I just required a comfortable bed and clean bathroom as would be out during daytime.
This small hotel met my requirements.
Modern fully equipped bathroom, with rainshower, and large tub too ( jacuzzi function wasn't working). Towels changed daily.
Large comfortable bed with clean sheets.
Stocked minibar.
Free drinking water not provided.
Room furniture was a bit rustic but in usable condition.
Room corners etc could be cleaned a bit more carefully.
Breakfast buffet was included in my room rate and was minimal but sufficient, unless you're a heavy eater.
Overall, if I ever revisit Kalavasos, I may pick this place again, as it met my needs plus manager and staff were quite pleasant.
Thank you!
חחנן סלעVerey good hotel,
Its was nice to go from the back door of the hotel straight to the water
Verey good stuff, super service, Verey good facilities
AASLAMWASIMGreat stay at this family-run hotel!
The staff were really friendly, especially the smiling lady at the front desk. My room was nice - modern, spacious, with a good balcony. The bed was comfy and everything was clean.
Food was a highlight. Breakfast had lots of choices. Lunch and dinner were amazing - the chef is really talented. I enjoyed every meal.
The hotel has a long family history, which gives it a special feel. It's not like a big chain hotel at all.
Only small issue: could use more hooks for clothes in the room and bathroom.
Overall, I had a great time. The mix of friendly service, good food, and nice rooms made for a great stay. I'd definitely recommend it to others.
PPatricia FrancescaWe had a wonderful stay at the hotel . We booked a room with balcony with sea view and woke up to the sound of waves and beautiful sunrise. The wellness area is clean and well maintained with one sauna, jacuzzi and steam bath. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have tried: lots of varieties for everyone : savory, sweet pastries , hot and cold food, green veggies, lots of fruits, juice etc . Amazing staff , thank you for making my stay a memorable one.
GGuest UserVery nice hotel, very clean, the front desk is very responsible and has a good attitude. The breakfast is Greek style and very rich. It's a 15-minute walk from the hotel to the beach and the central area, with beautiful views all the way. Take bus No. 425 from Larnaca Airport. Get on the bus and buy a ticket for 2.4 euros. Tell the driver the name of your hotel and he will remind you to get off. The hotel is across the road. The bus stop cafe in front of the hotel is where the bus to the airport stops, just wave at No. 425.
