Hotels With Pool in Bio Bio, Chile

probably the best hotel in concepcion. staffs can speak english, high quality breakfast (cost benefit), rooms were very cleaned.

Todo bien excepto que al llegar aprox 12,45 hrs ,nos hicieron el check in a las 15 hrs y no fue por falta de habitaciones,ya que el hotel ,tenía una baja ocupación. Nos había pasado unos meses antes y me parece que no es una política del hotel ,muy amistosa . Situación que no ocurre con otros hoteles ,que si tienen disponibilidad realizan un early check in.

The hotel is very deteriorated, it has moisture, walls screwed and blown by filters.

I love this hotel chain, the best thing was the breakfast but I feel like they need a heated pool. I went with kids and the cold one didn't work for us, it was a bit boring.
