Todo bien excepto que al llegar aprox 12,45 hrs ,nos hicieron el check in a las 15 hrs y no fue por falta de habitaciones,ya que el hotel ,tenía una baja ocupación. Nos había pasado unos meses antes y me parece que no es una política del hotel ,muy amistosa . Situación que no ocurre con otros hoteles ,que si tienen disponibilidad realizan un early check in.

Was a ****** hotel. Didn't use the ****** but the restaurant was ok and the foods were tasty. Spa looks good just couldn't get a reservation as there were no service after 6pm. Some receptionists need to improve their English however they all were helpful and kind to guests.

Very good location, very professional and friendly staff. The food at the restaurant was also very good and service was a little slow but also very effective. The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are very comfortable.

It is a 3-star hotel... it meets what you need when you are passing through Los Angeles. The bathroom was very clean. It is an older hotel but well maintained. The only thing I didn't like was that the air conditioning was really old and didn't cool at all... it made the room very humid, so we were very hot at night. The attention of the people who work is cordial. Pretty good breakfast 👍. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was also a very good option. The pool is a saving grace to spend the heat with the children.

I had visited this hotel a few years ago and I was very happy to visit it again, but the disappointment was great. When we arrived everything seemed good, the reception was now on the first floor and was larger, before it was small and on the fourth floor, but as soon as we raised all change, the level of deterioration of the hotel was obvious, skys with huge spots, doors and The truth looked like in the 4 years after my previous visit they hadn't made maintenance Breakfast was hardly correct and the wifi worked well. I made a reservation via Marriott Bonvoy with my partner number, but the allocation to a Marriott Bonvoy floor was not respected, nor the state was loaded to my account until now. Before my arrival by Marriott app, I was asked for the data for check in, and I was allowed to make some additional requests, but nothing of that was fulfilled, and I had to give all the data again and request again what I had asked for. The staff were very friendly, careful and worried. And I don't understand why the bar is highlighted in the beer store, if you have not even cups or glasses for beer, only glasses of the most common
