AAnonymous UserA good budget hotel so far in Makassar. Stay here during Ramadhan around 7 days. So many takjil and good resto around. Near to the Mall, can get there by walking. Will be back soon for sure, thanks Khas!🍉
TTerry. LFor a layover, Makassar doesn't offer many hotel options, but this one is much better than the airport hotel. It's actually only a few kilometers away, about a ten to fifteen-minute drive. Taxis are a bit expensive to get there, and the hotel doesn't offer a free shuttle service. Remember to use Grab when heading to the airport from the hotel; it's much cheaper.
The hotel itself is decent. The wooden floors and furniture show the wear and tear of time and humidity, so the cleanliness is just average.
Breakfast was okay; there was food available.
HHabz19Pros- view was good, room was clean and bathroom was also clean. Easy to use and get around with parking and the pool and gym was great.
Cons- asked for non smoking room as had a child but not provided and due to this yellowish walls and tabacco smell not suitable for a baby.
GGuest UserClean value for money good large room and very comfortable bed. Good breakfast for $9 aus
One downfall next door to mosque 🕌 very noisy especially in the evening from sunset till 9:30pm although it was Ramadan during my stay for 3 days
JJames MKNovotel is a great pick for a stay in Makassar. Good location get around town.
Rooms are nice, clean, and functional. Gym is small, and probably needs a few upgrades. There is a pool, but not used.
Restaurant is so-so, to be fair. Outside eating options are probably better.
Very friendly and efficient staff - they quickly addressed a minor issue and followed up with excellent attention.
Still, overall, a very good place to choose, and good value for money,
AAnonymous UserThe location is excellent, making it easy to get around. The room was clean and tidy, and the service was very welcoming. The breakfast had a wide variety of options. Overall, it offers great value for money and I'm very satisfied! The environment is comfortable, facilities are complete, and the staff are friendly. My stay was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit. Highly recommend!
The hotel's location is superb, the room is spacious and bright, and it's very clean. The service is attentive, and I had a very comfortable stay. Definitely worth recommending!
JJemannieOne of the best hotels we have used in Makassar. Friendly professional staff at check in.
Comfortable rooms, good breakfast buffet.
There is an executive lounge on the 11th floor which is worth using.
RRijkRumah Kurcaci d'Sawah is a cute place and focusses on young children, with several play grounds, farm animals and a swimming pool. It overlooks terraced rice fields and impressive mountain tops.
If you’re not so keen having children in front of your cabin, there are plenty other homestays or villas around Malino.
The check-in was easy and the servicing team is attentive to details. The cabin was well laid out, despite it’s smallness (Kurcaci means dwarf).
