It's a 5 minutes walk to the airport. It's a very clean, well run hotel that is modestly priced. I wanted somewhere very close to the airport and wasn't expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised and would recommend it to others.

Where to start...
I had high expectations for Radisson Blu, but my stay was pretty disappointing.
First off, check-in was delayed because the rooms weren’t ready, and even after waiting, they still weren’t properly cleaned. There was even an empty milk carton left on the desk, which didn’t inspire much confidence in their housekeeping.
The room itself was pretty dull, aside from the great view. It also needed some serious maintenance—bits of wood were coming off, and the paint was peeling in places.
The biggest issue was the water from the taps—it came out brown, which was a major red flag.
Overall, for the price, I expected much better. I wouldn’t stay here again when there are likely better options out there.
Great for a short term stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was right outside the staircase and elevator and got very noisy from 5AM with employees moving equipment around. I suggest asking for a room further away so that you can get better sleep. Otherwise, a nice, hassle free stay 😊

Simple check in with friendly staff greeting at the gate. Welcomed with open arms. Cleaning staff were well received with a gracious attitude when requesting extra services
Es war alles toll. Sehr netter Empfang! Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben es benutzt um den Addo national Park zu besuchen. Dafür ist es perfekt. Vielen Dank
Close to the airport, far away from the city, and far away from crime! The surrounding environment is very good and the Hostel is also very quiet. It's a great place! The elderly family is very welcoming

About Singa Lodge - Lion Roars Hotels & Lodges in Port Elizabeth
A quiet whisper of ocean wind, a gentle sun, covering the skin warm, and smiles that meet you at every step exactly this was how our unforgettable journey to Singa Lodge began. This hotel has become a place of recreation for us, not just a place of recreation, but a real oasis, where every detail breathed harmony and hospitality.
The first thing that conqueres here from the threshold is family warm staff**. Their friendship was not indispensable: from sincere ‘Welcome!' to attention to the smallest requests seemed to guess our wishes before we could make them sound. There was no place for formalities, only sincere care, which turned four days into an endless dialogue of kindness.
The hotel is located in a quiet area where even time slows its run. The morning walks along the ocean became a ritual: the infinite smoothness of the water, merging with the horizon, and the path, occupied by flowering bushes, as if created for meditation and conversation with itself. The noise of the riot replaced us with music, and the star sky on the evenings the most luxurious performance.
The convenience of Singa Lodge location is difficult to overestimate: Only 63 rand for a trip to Uber from the airport. We have spent no minute on tiring transfers and the savings have invested in impressions. And they cost: Kragga Kamma Game Park, located 40 kilometers, gave meetings with giraffes, zebras and nostrils whose ̆ free spirit resonated with the atmosphere of the hotel itself free, wild, but cozy.
Four days at Singa Lodge flew as moments, but left a trace comparable to eternity. This corner didn't just fulfill expectations he gave the feeling that we found a second house where even the ocean sounds like a cradle. Thank you for the moments that will become pearls in our memory!
*P.S. When we left, we caught ourselves on the thoughts: ”Lion Roars” here yells not only the lion, but also the heart, falling in love with this paradise from the first glance. * 🌿✨

EEddieBA Pleasant Stay at Carslogie House, Port Elizabeth
We arrived late at night and were warmly welcomed by the gentleman on duty, who was friendly and helpful, making us feel immediately at ease after a long drive. Our room was spacious, clean, and overlooked the pool, creating a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. All the facilities were excellent, and we appreciated being able to safely park our rental car inside the property.
Breakfast the next morning was delicious, with a good variety of options and a thoughtful vegetarian choice for me. The setting was calm and comfortable, perfect for starting the day.
The only issue we experienced was during breakfast service, where the staff seemed more focused on the larger groups and overlooked us for quite some time. We eventually had to go to the kitchen to place our order. It wasn’t a major problem, but it did stand out given how excellent everything else was.
Overall, we had a very good stay at Carslogie House. The accommodation, location, and overall hospitality were all great.
AAlicePIntle boutique hotel is such a treat and hidden gem! Since arriving we only received the best service. There was a miscommunication with our initial booking but the wonderful staff sorted it very efficiently and even upgraded our room!
The hotel is situated between the rolling hills and the ocean can also be seen! The nature and surroundings are beautiful and really relaxing!
The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and had everything you may need. One suggestion would be to add some mats in the bathroom as the floor is very slippery after taking a shower.
And now for the food!!! Wow! The dinner options were a great variety and of top quality! We had the sirloin steak and it was divine! The breakfast was filling and really delicious!
We would definitely visit Intle again and stay for a longer period!
And to proof how much we relaxed and enjoyed our stay, I didn’t even take any pictures! Guess you need to go and experience it for yourself! 😉

PPaetzoldWe have stayed here many time because it is a beautiful building in an excellent location. The general staff are outstanding and the food and rooms are amazing. Unfortunately the front desk is just not the same as the rest of the experience. When I wrote in to ask for an early check in I got no reply- on my arrival I asked about this and was told because I got no reply that means it’s fine. I find this odd as I explained that we were arriving after a three part flight over 18 hours. We have stayed here at least 3 other times and my comment for each time would be pretty much the same - I feel the front desk could do better to Mach their rest of the experience.
PPatricia KitshoffThe Premiere ICC Hotel is a fantastic choice, boasting a perfect location and amazing views that truly elevate the experience. The stay was enjoyable, but there were a few areas for improvement:
Missing Amenities: We had to call to request gowns and slippers, which should ideally be provided automatically. One of the robes was still moist, suggesting it hadn’t been dried properly.
Heating Issues: The heating either wasn’t working or we couldn’t figure out how to operate it, which made the room uncomfortable at times.
Despite these issues, the hotel’s strengths make it a solid option, and with a little attention to detail, it could be even better.
DDONGHUASelf-driving Garden Avenue, depending on the positioning of the hotel. The location is good, go down a bit at N2. When I arrived at the hotel, I discovered that the hotel looks better than the pictures. I booked a family room, but it turned out to have three beds and a small garden with the side door open. The room is very spacious. The decoration of the hotel is very retro, and breakfast is generally a buffet. Overall, the price/performance ratio is high. It’s also great to go around. The location is good. Highly recommend the restaurant next to the hotel, the lamb shank is super delicious!
SSarah JoanOur stay at Barefoot was absolutely amazing and we loved the property and the fact that we were away from the hustle and bustle! The staff are fantastic and make you feel like family! Shout out to George, Olivia, Kellen and James! Our game drive on the property was one of the best I’ve experienced with James being so knowledgeable about different wildlife, plant life and nature conservation. We will definitely visit again. Thanks for making us feel so at home!

AAllicerTequila Sunrise is good! Be sure to check the hot water service before you go to bed, was disappointed to wake up early and found out there’s no hot water to take a bath with. The villa is up to the mountain not really close to Addo. Breakfast was ok, the safari experience cost a lot for a full day, was ok but you can’t really see a lot of different animals, a lot of zebras though.
