"We returned to Escapades as a family and once again loved the overall experience. The vibe is fantastic, the swimming pool is a real highlight, and the accommodation is stylish and comfortable. That said, the restaurant service could use a little fine tuning. We had a vegan in our party who ordered the vegan roast in The Gallery, as listed on the menu. Unfortunately, it was initially served with a large Yorkshire pudding, non vegan gravy, and vegetables that had not been separated from the buttered options served to the rest of the table. On a positive note, the roast beef was excellent. The vegan dish was taken away and corrected quickly, which we appreciated. Overall, a great stay with just a small area for improvement in the dining experience."

"From start to finish we had an excellent experience at this hotel. Check in was super quick and easy and the hotel facilities were excellent and convenient. The highlight for us was the service we received by Lucy & Tetiana at breakfast, they were very chatty and polite and had genuine time for all the customers and showes is around all the breakfast options.The breakfast was superb! the best I have ever had as a traveller with plenty of choice and all very tasty. Our family room was spacious and was clean and very comfortable with plenty of amenities. Located centrally, right next to a trendy square which offers great food and drink options. "From the moment we arrived at Danesfield House, we were treated extremely well. All of the staff were very helpful and could not do enough for us, even carrying our luggage to our room. Our room had a beautiful view over the river Thames and hotel gardens and the four poster bed was lovely and comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and clean and their were plenty of towels and toiletries. I had booked a treatment in the Spa for my wife and all of the staff were amazing. The Spa itself was very nice, and although the jacuzzi was out of action, this did not spoil the experience at all. Finally, our breakfast was wonderful. We were greeted and shown to our seats immediately. Our order was taken for our choice of breakfast by a lovely waitress and coffee and toast was brought to us by an absolutely wonderful waiter who had the biggest smile that never left his face the entire time we were in the restaurant. He was extremely polite and just made you smile with his infectious enthusiasm for the ”fabulous filter coffee” and the ”terrific toast” (his words, not mine) that he served us. I just wish I had his name to include with this review as he deserves a special mention. Overall it was a fantastic experience and the right choice of hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday. We will definitely be coming back."

The facilities are new and function perfectly, the WiFi is fast, and there's plenty of hot water. The service is unobtrusive yet responsive when needed. This is truly a hidden gem of a hotel!"

"Budget style motel. No kettle in room, but free hot drink machine on ground floor. Shower and toilet were small moulded units. No chair, just a plastic stool. The whole facility is quite small, but just OK for one person. Good location for Heathrow, London, etc. Expensive for the size of room and facilities."

The design was modern, elegant, and tastefully done, with soft warm lighting that created such a relaxing atmosphere. The bed was pure heaven. The linens were crisp, fresh, and soft, the pillows were plush and perfect, and the mattress was the kind you sink into and never want to leave. I had the deepest, most peaceful sleep I have had in months. It was completely silent, dark, and tranquil. Absolute bliss. The amenities were outstanding. Everything was high quality, thoughtfully placed, and more than I expected. The bathroom was sparkling clean, luxurious, and felt like a private spa. Great water pressure, fluffy towels, lovely toiletries, and that perfect level of cleanliness that makes you feel truly comfortable. But what truly elevates a good hotel to a great hotel is the people, and here, the team is exceptional. Every single staff member I interacted with was kind, attentive, respectful, and genuinely happy to help. They anticipate your needs before you even ask. They smile, they listen, they care. "Overall nice hotel. The thing that I liked a lot straight away is that aroma - i think they use some really nice professional aromas there. The room was clean and spacious 10/10 for the room. Great reception staff. People are really nice there. The let down for us was non-working jacuzzi and freezing pool..(they had a boiler.broken unfortunately). Steamroll was amazingly hot however. Overall good stay. Bear in mind if you are not driving, you would be a bit stuck with getting any extra bits you might need for the evening."
