Complete and good facilities.. Unfortunately the swimming pool is too close in front of the restaurant. We were embarrassed if we were swimming in front of people who were having breakfast.. And we couldn't go to the sky lounge because it was already booked by someone for a New Year's party.. ๐ฅ

Room is clean and hotel is located in good area. We stay for 3 nights. At 2nd night, the aircon is not working and we manage to move to other room. Overall, we have no other complain and we have a pleasant stay.

I am satisfied with this hotel and have become a regular at the office. far from the airport, but that's not a problem because transportation is easy. Thank you for this hotel, hopefully it will always be the best in terms of service.

The breakfast was very good, the service was very attentive and enthusiastic, but the bed was a little small, two beds were put together, the sheets were obviously a little small, the location was OK, it is worth recommending

Very nice hotel staff, very good service. There is room service until late at night. We were very pleased about that :)
Unfortunately our floor was very dirty, but we were allowed to change rooms. So everything was fine!

Kelebihan : Kamarnya bagus dan bersih, harga juga trgolong murah, ad netflix dan wifi
Saran : untk yg mau nginap d sini wajib bawa peralatan mandi sendiri karna, yg d sediakan hotel cuma handuk dan sabun
Kekurangan : ac kurang digin, kunci2 kamar fan kamar mandi rusak dan tdk bs trkunci

RRijkWe enjoyed our stay in Mahkota Sutis hotel. The hotel is situated a bit out of town which suited us very well. The hotel sits about 40 meters from the road. And having a room at the backside of the hotel, it was nicely quiet. We had a nice view on lush green mountains.
There is a swimming pool which we did not use due to our other activities. The wifi in the room was not so strong, though in the hall way excellent.
The staff was very accommodating. They took time to make us feel at home and were responding quickly to our requests. They arranged for a tasty breakfast box as we were leaving early in the morning.

WwidiyKamarnya bagus, banyak tersedia meja dan kursi/sofa, luas, kamar mandi bersih, amenities lengkap bgt,memuaskan menginap disini, makan sarapan tdk terlalu berlebihan namun enak dan pas, resto cozy dan instagramable. Pertahankan terus ya kebersihan dan perawatan supaya tamu puas, yang lebih keren lagi pegawainya semua ramah, baik bgt sopan dan selalu siaga membantu bahkan sangat sopan. Thanks owner dan management, semoga hotelnya terus ramai dan cuan, next kalau ke Jambi InsyaAllah nginap lagi disini.
