JOCCGood overall experience. The hotel is a bit old and could be better maintained, but it is still comfortable. Service was good, and the food was enjoyable. The location is less convenient, being far from both the city center and train station, with very little nearby. Nevertheless, it was a pleasant stay.

I had a really pleasant stay in the executive room at Verona Palace. The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were helpful throughout my stay. The location is convenient, although it’s a bit tucked inside a small alley. Some amenities were quite basic, slippers were only available upon request, there was shampoo but no conditioner, and no tissue in the toilet but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. What I loved most was how spacious the room was, along with the view overlooking the futsal field and the Bandung sky. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again whenever I’m in Bandung :)

Cherry888Hotel is located on a hill so is very peaceful and quiet, until the prayers from nearby mosque start and then can disturb your sleep. There's no nearby malls or restaurants so be prepared to spend most of your time in the hotel. Within the hotel there are good restaurants and many activities so not a problem. There's even a padi field for you to experience padi farming if you like. In the room, bed is very comfortable but you can't get a hot shower as the water temperature is limited to warm only.

Anonymous UserStaffs are fantastic and friendly. Room is spacious and clean, bed is comfortable and waterflow in bathroom is strong. I like that there's bathtub and separate shower. Almost perfect except for few improvements. Still a highly recommended hotel and definitely will consider staying here again.
Pros; walking distance to Braga Street, super strong (cold) aircon, wide range of breakfast, staff will text me daily on housekeeping as we put ”do not disturb”.
Cons: lobby upgrading, walls are so thin I can hear next unit's snoring, drawing of curtains.

Guest UserThis is our first time in KBP. It is a more silent city and less cool, but we are okay since usually we stay in a more crowd and cool place.
It is always good to explore new things here. Least traffic, the shops really close very early.
The hotel is more like resorts. They have many many kids activities. The room is spacious and the bathroom is very clean and spacious too. Staffs here are very friendly as well.
I love the bigger 2 single beds here as it is enough for my family.
My recommendation is make the foods more varieties for breakfast.
Thanks for the afternoon tea compliment. It was so entertaining and nice. And we love the complimentary drink which is placed near the concierge.

Walk n See
We recently stayed at this stunning 8-bedroom private villa in the Dago area of Bandung, and it exceeded every expectation for a family reunion/group getaway.
Nestled in the cool highlands, the villa offers breathtaking natural surroundings with lush greenery everywhere, both outside in the beautifully landscaped grounds and inside with thoughtful plant integrations that make the space feel fresh and alive. All the rooms facing a stunning hills.
The layout is incredibly practical for larger groups:
• 2 underground floors, each with 2 spacious bedrooms (4 bedrooms total downstairs), perfect for privacy or families with kids.
• Ground floor features a massive, fully equipped kitchen with every utensil you could need, a large dining table for group meals, huge tv with comfy sofa, and a fantastic sound-proof karaoke room that kept the fun going late without disturbing anyone.
• 2 upper floors, each with 2 bedrooms (another 4 upstairs), all comfortable and well-appointed.
Every bedroom is ensuite (private bathrooms), and the villa comfortably sleeps 16–24 people depending on extra beds.
One of the absolute highlights is the private heated swimming pool, a game-changer in Bandung’s chilly highland weather (we loved dipping in when temperatures hovered between 16–24°C).
The water stays perfectly warm, making it enjoyable even on cooler evenings. The pool area feels luxurious and relaxing with those mountain/city views.
Everything is provided thoughtfully: unlimited mineral water, complete kitchen setup (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc.), clean linens, WiFi, and plenty of space.
The huge parking area in front easily accommodated multiple cars, no stress about parking at all.
The design embraces nature beautifully, lots of glass for natural light, open spaces, and that signature Dago greenery that makes you feel like you’re in a peaceful retreat away from the city buzz, yet still close enough to cafes and attractions.
If you’re looking for a spacious, fully-facilitated private villa for a big family, friends’ trip, or celebration in Bandung, this place is highly recommended. The heated pool alone makes it stand out in the cool climate.
We’ll definitely be back!

Guest UserThe hotel provides excellent service in every aspect. All the staff are being very nice, friendly, and helpful from the very start we came until we left the hotel.
In addition, I took a note about the water when having a breakfast, the next day the representative approached me and showed some gratitude for filling the survey and gave me complimentary cake.
It was the cake I love that I mentioned before.
Thank you to Mr. Lucky & all the F&B staff for the nice gesture.
And for the hotel itself, the atmosphere, location, food - everything was great! Will definitely come back another day. Keep up the good work! 😊

Anonymous UserStayed with my small family for a trip to the safari park. It was great that we could buy safari park tickets at a special price. However, the room looked old and needed renovation. The carpet was also dirty, and the bathroom had a strange smell and the hot water wasn't working very well. The room was quite large, not as clean as it appeared in the photos and videos. But it was enough to make my child happy with the elephant and zebra decorations. We couldn't really enjoy the other facilities because we were exhausted after a whole day at the safari park.

Guest UserOur honeymoon stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage from March 31 to April 2, 2026, was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt the warm hospitality that Bandung is famous for.
1. The Room (Room 306 - A Must-Request!)
Following some recommendations I saw on social media, I specifically requested Room 306 on the 3rd floor, and the hotel was kind enough to fulfill it. The highlight of this room is undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Dago Heritage Golf Course. Waking up to the misty green valley right from our bed was magical. But the real ”showstopper” is the bathtub. Soaking in the tub while overlooking the lush greenery was the ultimate relaxation experience. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were complete.
2. Exceptional Service & Honeymoon Arrangement
I had been in coordination with the reservation team (shout out to Ms. Ririk!) weeks before our arrival. They were very responsive and helpful. Upon entering the room, we were greeted with a lovely honeymoon setup that made my partner, Ayu, very happy. The staff throughout the hotel—from the front desk to the restaurant—were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile.
3. Facilities & Dining
The infinity pool is a dream! Even though Dago can be chilly, the water temperature was comfortable enough for a morning swim. As for the breakfast, the variety was impressive—ranging from traditional Indonesian dishes to international selections. Everything tasted fresh and high-quality.
4. Location
Located in the upscale Dago Pakar area, the hotel offers a serene atmosphere away from the city's traffic, yet it’s still very close to famous cafes and nature spots like Tahura and Tebing Keraton.
Verdict:
If you are looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful staycation in Bandung, look no further. This hotel offers the best value for money with views you won't find anywhere else. We will definitely be coming back!
