The location and view from this hotel is great, the service from the staff here are also excellent, bring our baby here and everything is handled well with the help from the staff.Plenty parking space, swimming pool, children playground, reataurant and many more available here.Near Taman Safari is one plus point from this hotel.

All staff include security, bellboys, front desk, waiter, waiteress, cleaner, room service are all very polite, always smile n greet us where ever they passby us…keep it up for the amazing attitude…the room is big n very convenient for us only 1 thing that not really comfortable…the glass wall between bathroom n bedroom not strategic for us even as a family staying there…maybe suitable for husbandwife…maybe might need to install curtain inside the bathroom..

They have the best view!! You can swim in a pool with a very beautiful mountain view! There's a jacuzzi and kids pool too. Breakfast is also very good. Indonesian, Japanese, Western, Arabian, everything was tasty! You can try some activities too, like ATV rides, archery, mini golf, etc. The staff was also helpful, they won't let you walk and have an always-ready free shuttle. You can also have brunch or dinner at the Club Huis or The Lake House, an aesthetic place to eat with an aesthetic forest view. Will definitely come back!

We booked the hotel without having high expectations and we were extremely well surprised. The location is very good of course. The staff very professional and welcoming. And I think the biggest surprise was the facilities for the kids: all what kids can dream of in a such condensed place: pool, slides, sandboxes, kids club and even a mini zoo. Most of the activities are free of charge and other are at a very reasonable price just to support the staff I think. Also, we made very nice friends there as many conferences and events are run. It is a very convenient place to have a break inside the city especially for families with young kids.

We recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel and overall, I truly appreciate the hospitality and facilities provided. However, I would like to share some constructive feedback regarding the pillows in the room. The pillows were too firm and unfortunately affected the quality of sleep during my stay. For a hotel of Pullman’s standard, I believe it would be wonderful to provide guests with a pillow menu or at least a choice between soft, medium, and firm pillows, to cater to different preferences. In addition, the towels felt rather thin and did not reflect the luxurious standard expected of a Pullman property. For a hotel of this caliber, I believe it would be beneficial to provide options for softer pillows as well as thicker, more comfortable towels for guests. I hope this suggestion can help enhance the overall guest experience in the future. Breakfast ok..

My stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage was pure bliss. The elegant room, mountain breeze, and panoramic views created a peaceful retreat. I loved the cozy ambiance and top-notch service. The location near Dago’s attractions made exploring easy. A perfect blend of luxury and nature—highly recommended.

We stayed one night at King Premium room, room was spacious, very clean with King size bed with 4 pillows, there were a long sofa attached to the window so we could chill drinking coffee while seeing through the city view outside. All staff were beyond friendly & fast responded, especially when we asked for additional towel & blanket, not longer than 10 minutes 👏🏻 The hotel was very strategic, we could reach riau street within walks, there were many cafes, restaurants, street foods & factory outlets. It was a gloomy saturday, so we decided to morning walk until braga street, it was fun since the weather was nice, birds were chirping & many people did morning run & walk. **My Unforgettable Stay at Crowne Plaza Bandung** My experience staying at Crowne Plaza Bandung was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived and throughout the check-in process, their service was exceptional. From the security guards, door attendants, receptionists, to the staff serving the welcome drinks — everyone greeted us with such genuine smiles. It made us feel like part of a big family and made it so comfortable to talk with the hotel staff. At check-in, the staff on duty even registered me as a member of the IHG Group right away — something that would’ve been a hassle had I done it myself. That thoughtful gesture alone already spoke volumes about their commitment to excellent service. Beyond their outstanding hospitality, everything from the cleanliness to the tidiness was just perfect. The availability of thoughtful amenities like a steam iron with a board and a hair dryer added even more value. We were also given a room with a stunning mountain view — truly the best view! Facilities like the swimming pool and jacuzzi with their beautiful views, as well as the well-equipped gym, were all major factors in our decision to choose this hotel. Another highlight of our stay was the breakfast — so many varieties to choose from! From local dishes to international options, everything was delicious. The salads were fresh, and the fruit selection was top quality. The fruit was beautifully displayed in a glass case and served by the restaurant staff, rather than taken freely — which helped minimize waste. If the fruit you wanted wasn’t visible, you could simply ask, and they would take it out from the chiller and freshly cut it just for you. They even asked if I wanted yogurt to go with the fruit. Wow! Such thoughtful service. And yes — they had ice cream that was absolutely tempting. They also offered delicious Middle Eastern dishes. The sweet desserts weren’t overly sugary and were just delightful. If I were to describe everything here, it would take forever — haha! One more thing — while I was at the swimming pool area, I slipped and twisted my ankle. I requested ice for a compress, and the room service team sent over an ice bucket from the F&B staff, along with two small towels. That kind of attentiveness really stood out. Without a doubt, we’ll gladly return to stay here in the future. Thank you once again to all the hotel staff for making our stay so memorable. ---

It is a good and nice hotel to stay. The room are clean and comfortable. The location is good and right next to a shopping centre with a supermarket. There is a lot of food choices around and also in the supermarket. There are also pharmacies if needed. Good central location. Did not manage to take photos.

Very good impression of my first stay at El Hotel Bandung. Was given a room upgrade and appreciate it very much. The room is clean, spacious and has a comfortable queen bed. Bathroom with a tub is also properly maintained. Only hitch was a bulb in the washroom fused but even after reporting the fault at the reception, it was not replaced. Breakfast served at the cafes were plentiful and service was good. Location is also good with many eateries around. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Bandung.
