The hotel is new, with clean rooms with an acceptable dimension. In terms of location, the hotel is well connected in terms of public transportation (that is free in Luxembourg) but is a bit isolated (it’s in a new area surrounded by construction work and/or offices/ residences (during the weekend and holidays was deserted). Finding a place for dinner at walking distance during the weekend was a challenge and the hotel doesn’t offer option besides a simple breakfast.
Frontdesk staff was friendly and supportive.
The hotel, which opened 25 years ago, is very new. Its location right opposite the train station is incredibly convenient. The room design is a cool blend of modern and vintage.
However, the front desk service wasn't very friendly, especially Diego, who seemed prejudiced against Asians. He initially assigned us a terrible room with high windows that felt like a prison cell. It was only after we found flies in the room that he moved us to a larger one overlooking the train station. This shows the hotel clearly had better rooms available, and as a Marriott member staying for three nights, I should have been given a decent room from the start. We accidentally left two hats in the closet of the first room, and it took two days and many conversations to get them back; they seemed completely unconcerned.
On the other hand, another front desk staff member, Augustine, was fantastic. He had a sweet smile throughout and genuinely provided excellent service. He truly deserves a promotion!
Very nice hotel, they stole my daughter’s heart by gifting her a small teddy bear and some things to colour.
They stole my heart by installing water taps in the hallway that has sparkling water, ice cold water or just still water.
However, since breakfast is overpriced, we went to a bakery 150m from the hotel. And that’s how my husband’s heart got stolen.
So yeah, we lived happily ever after.
The hotel is along a quaint street that's almost like uninhabited on a Sunday. I like that there's a bus stop right at the doors that helps with getting around easily. But there's essentially nothing much in the surroundings.
The hotel reception is at the bar, one may mistaken it for the bar counter instead. The lobby has a bar vibe, I guess much in line with the brewery history of this building. Room is a little small for 2 persons, leaves little space for moving around if 2 luggages are opened concurrently. I like the open wardrobe concept but I don't get why the electrical sockets need to be hidden behind the side table. The room is also generally very dim and dark, even with all lights switched on.
They also provide a bottle of drinking water, just 1 per day and additional bottles are chargeable. Which I felt was a little rigid considering how expensive a room night costs here.
The toilet is separate from the shower area which does not have a door. The standing shower has no shower curtain and is half covered, where the water just spills all over outside of the shower area.
The bed is firm and comfortable but pillows are too soft for my liking, hardly any support. Room is always clean, kudos to the housekeeping team.
Overall, an acceptable stay, but pricey.
The hotel entrance has bus route 29 directly to the airport, train station, and city center. The room window can be opened and closed manually, and occasionally you can see planes taking off and landing, but I didn't hear any aircraft or car noise. However, the sound insulation between rooms was relatively poor. The bed was six feet wide and very comfortable. The downsides are that the room size is a bit small and there's no electric kettle provided in the room.
The check-in process was a bit bumpy, but both Trip.com and the hotel were proactive in resolving it. They even offered complimentary drinks and snacks twice. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and the breakfast was varied and delicious.
I had a very nice time at the hotel. It was very practically located, right next to the airport terminal. The room was spacious, had a great view over the airfield, but also over a beautiful terrace garden, and the bed was very comfortable. I tried the restaurant on two different evenings and was very happy with the food and drink on both occasions. Air conditioning worked very well.
There were only some minor negative points - hand soap dispenser didn't work, and the shower gel wasn't filled during my 5-night stay
I especially appreciated the hotel's location on the morning of my departure - being able to wake up at 4.45am for a 6.15am flight was great! I would stay here again and highly recommend the hotel overall
This is a good hotel right by the central train station and not too far away from the main sights of Luxembourg City. Getting around the city is easy with frequent teams, busses and trains from the nearby station and all public transport is free within the country!
The room was good and the beds/pillow were comfy. The room is a bit small but we had enough space to put our things including some space under the bed for our bags. They had a small table in the room with a chair, some shelving and a pretty big TV for the room size. The bathroom was good too with some decent shower products and while most of the room and bathroom appeared clean they seemed to be having some issues with the shower ceiling and that could use some attention.
We picked this hotel for the location and the affordable breakfast option because we only had a day to explore Luxembourg and felt the hotel breakfast would be a good start to our day. The breakfast had a nice selection of breads including a seasonal pastry, a pancake machine, cereals, yoghurt and some nice deli meats and cheeses. The juice and coffee machine were also pretty good and they had some to go cups for the tea/coffee.
The location of the hotel is maybe not the best for families because it is surrounded by gentleman's clubs and possibly the red light area of Luxembourg. We didn't see anything too bad but would exercise a degree of caution in this area. There are a few restaurants, bars and quite a few shops nearby.
We booked this hotel mainly because it was affordable and would consider staying here again to save some money while travelling through Europe. Being here during the Christmas Market season was fantastic and there are lots of nice things to do around the city.

You can park outside the hotel lobby for a short time to unload your luggage. There is free parking service. Parking seems to be 30 euros/day (deducted from the pre-authorization after leaving the hotel). The room area is relatively large, but the shower room in the twin room is glass and translucent, which is really strange for friends to stay. The washbasin is large enough for two people to put their cosmetic bags on one side without affecting each other. The toilet is a separate room, and it is unreasonable that the toilet does not have a trash can.
The mini bar in the refrigerator is all free, with enough drinking water and drinks. There is a good view outside the window. The hotel can reach various attractions in the city walk about 1 km, which is very convenient.
The hotel breakfast is on the 8th floor, with an unbeatable view outside the window and a rich breakfast. The picture shows only a part of it.

GGuest UserHotel is good situated near city center and parks. Hotel is big but has only restaurant for breakfast and bar and some gold shops as amenities. Breakfast is kinda modest compared to other 4 stars. The building is kinda old and the room had some smell from pipes which required opening windows even it’s cold, room service tried to solve it but it really depends on building. The personnel is friendly, kind and eager to help.
CChanThe reception only open during the day, I think from 8:00 to 18:00, which can be inconvenience. But you can write to them and their response is quick.

AAmunThe flat is well located and at close distance to the main train station.
Unfortunately, my experience was not good and I feel Queen luxury robbed me! I responded to an email and share my arrival time. more than three hours later When I got there on time 30 min after the allowed check in time , I had to wait for the cleaning lady to finish, 20 mins later.
There were lots of hair around (on the floor, in the bathroom, even the bed cover.
I had issues with their internet and couldn't access site and complete my work. I requested their help at 10:35 and was promised a technician promptly. I had to use a nearby coffee's Wi-fi. Five hours still nobody! I called again and was told the technician forgot to come by trying and fix the issue. Eventually they did reach out to help but I left the place a day earlier.

GGuest UserTravelled to Luxembourg with two friends, 3 people overall. The location is spectacular, very close to the main station as well as the city center. Just great. The room itself was alright, nothing fancy, generally clean. Towels were provided. No AC, so be aware of that in summer time. The beds were not very long, but if you are below 1.85m you should be fine!
GGuest UserVery friendly reception at the reception. Great service, we were given great tips to explore the attractions in Luxembourg. After check-in, I was congratulated on my birthday because the careful staff at the reception noticed this when check-in at the passport check-in. Very nice
