The room was clean. The corridors to the room smelled fresh; even though they were carpeted, there was no musty odor. The staff were great and very accommodating. I asked for toiletries and mineral water, and the Housekeeping team delivered them promptly. Breakfast was delicious. The sardine sambal and coconut pancakes were especially tasty. However, the sardine sambal wasn't refilled; it was merely replaced with anchovy sambal. They really should have continued serving the sardine sambal. Parking was free and convenient. We only needed to provide our car registration number, and no further validation was required. The hotel is spacious and boasts many appealing facilities to explore, such as the pool, gym, and more. It's close to a lake, perfect for recreational activities. The welcome drink was a nice touch, and they even provided biscuits. Overall, this hotel is great and definitely worth revisiting.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They greeted us the moment we arrived and continued to do so throughout our stay, making us feel very welcomed. However, I was a little disappointed with the room. I stayed at Water Chalet 046 and the mini fridge was not working. There was also an unpleasant smell when I opened it. I didn’t make a complaint as I only discovered this at night. In terms of amenities, housekeeping may have forgotten to replenish my shampoo and the hospitality tray. That said, the overall room was still great and the seaview was nice. Breakfast had a satisfying variety of choices and both indoor and outdoor parking were available. Overall, it was a good stay

it was a great vacation for us family right from the arrival till check out. greeted warmly by the bellman or concierge upon arrival ,Smooth easy check in.the buggy driver all very hellpful and friendly.I a bellman in singapore and very happy to see the bellman there were all nice and helpful. for breakfast we have a lot of nice food and the omelete and telur mata all done nicely upon request.the egg station is hot and every morning sure long que or the omelete is out and have to wait a while.but thumbs up they beat every egg requested. Room service for my food ordered is fast and delicious event late at night.i check in 10/6 c out 14/6. we enjoy every minute of our time there.We will surely make a trip over there soon.T q soo much for the hospitality.Even thought no name is mention ,thumbs up to every one,bell,recept,room service,operator n Everyone. Room 2049. hopefully can get room facing the sea next trip.

Grand interior, lobby gives a feeling of high class. Front counter staff abit not friendly, rude, and impatient, but helpful, could be having a bad day. Water heater for shower need to wait more than 5 minutes of running water before its usable. Towel quite rough, will cause pain if you rub too hard, one of the towels got yellow stains Toilet dry-wet segment is very well done. Parking is very very dark without any light at night.

It's ends well other than a of TV and water heater, and the toilet flush which was not working upon my check in but was resolved after giving the feedback to the reception. I would like to give a shout out to Amira and the girls (so sorry as I had lost their names after it was written on a piece of paper). The first staff was the one who checked me out and the second staff was the ”smaller lady whom I think wearing spec. All three were very professional in handling guests. Not forgetting to mention Kamal the housekeeping staff.

Repeated stay, overall comfortable stay. One of the day I left in the morning and indicate room service needed, and came back at night only to realized the door was not closed and locked after service, my room was open the whole day through. Luckily i do not lost any expensive belongings, but imagine what other people can do, as the hotel is above a crowded shopping mall, where the entrance or lift to the hotel do not have restricted access for public, people can go in and hide inside, or set up hidden camera, or any unimaginable behavior. Complaint to the lobby counter 1st thing in the next day morning, staff politely apologize and lodged a report. Came back that night to find the room service that day is not up to standard compare to the previous 3 days. Plastic water bottles were not collected, 3-in-1 coffee and tea were not replenished, new plastic water bottles are crumbled that it can barely stand on it own. After finished drinking 2 bottles only realized when i opened the caps, it doesn't felt like its attached to the seal ring, could be recycled bottle with tap water in it, or just my imagination. Either the room service staff is retaliating or simply service not up to standard.

Room is very clean. What i like the most in the bathroom, looks elegant with seat under shower. So practical for senior citizens 😊😊😊

The hotel is kinda old and has some cleanliness issue. We found toothpick & dead bugs on the floor, there are a lot of wasp at night that flew into the bathroom, you'd find many died on the floor in the morning. Breakfast is seriously a question, I paid double the price from what I would normally paid for a 2d1n and naturally expecting good breakfast selection but it was a disappointment, they repeated the same menu, limited choices w typical nasi lemak fried mihun sausages hash brown , 3 types of bread, egg section, porridge & fruits section, and a roti canai section. We came at the wrong time as some company team building is going on, its loud even if you requested for a quiet room, you'd hear children playing from the pool, too many people and the room is not sound proofed, you'd hear ppl talking and dry blowing sounds from another room. Beach is not clean as they claimed. Overall not worth for the price I paid.
