I booked a Cabin with Kitchen, It did not mention, the Shower and toilet are shared. When I take the option in Trip.com, The rest of Cabin did mention shared Bathroom and Toilet, Mine did not mention it was shared. The staff told me to upgrade it to other Carbin with Own bathroom. I said, it should not be a upgrade, it should included. I said : May I talk to the manager? She said, results will be the same. If it is a shared Bathroom, it should state in decription. Other than this, everything is fine and good.

It is quieter than Hamilton, close to several famous attractions, and opposite several large supermarkets. The facilities, supporting facilities and transportation are very convenient. There are also many parking spaces in the parking lot, so you can park anywhere.

Our stay was really great. After a few little tweaks every thing settled in. The only issue we felt needing attention urgently was the....Ice-boxes ...in the fridge. We would certainly recommend the Ramada Hotel to all. .

Perfect family hotel The owner is very enthusiastic. We arrived at 10 o'clock in the evening. He put the key, map and check-in guide in the mailbox for us. It is a ten-minute drive from the glowworm cave, a five-minute walk from the door is a super delicious rock barbecue, and a ten-minute walk is the glowworm cave museum. The loft we stayed in was very comfortable and warm. The next day, he enthusiastically asked if we needed to change towels. Information here is to check out at 10 o'clock. After checking out, we took the ingredients we bought to the public kitchen to make breakfast. Pots, pans, dishwashing liquid, cooking oil, salt and pepper are all available. There is also an unbeatable view. I really love this place. Highly recommended.

Nice accommodation in a private house. The access code for the front door and the room door had to be requested over the phone. Since I had not yet activated a New Zealand SIM card, I drove to a coffee house that was open on Sunday and asked the employee to call the number provided on his phone.

Old chain, clean, tidy, guaranteed, and very close to the hot water beach. The hotel front desk also has various facilities and equipment for borrowing, which is very convenient. It's just a little remote and there's no signal for mobile phones.

Because of the weather problem, there is no hotel nearby. There is a motel. I am a little worried about health and safety. After I arrived, the front desk staff was very enthusiastic. I sent two bottles of water and chocolate. The room was large and there was a stove to cook. I arrived at about 7 o'clock in the evening. There is no store to eat anymore, and I went to the Bosca cafe opposite to have a rich breakfast in the morning. Thank you Ctrip for your warm help

Huge rooms, the biggest I've had in New Zealand, however the room was sparsely furnished so they could have made better use of the space which was effectively wasted. For instance there were no chairs to sit in. A pair of chairs with a side table would really make a difference. Its a historic hotel but very much 'faded grandeur', however I knew when I booked that the hotel wasn't the most modern and that was ok as I wanted that historic feel. It's not everyday that you stay inthe same hotel that Queen Elizabeth did (in 1953). The bed was comfortable, the shower hot (a huge bathroom too) and the staff were helpful. Great location right in the city centre too.

We had a wonderful, quiet & undisturbed stay at the Anglers Lodge. The place is tranquil and was not crowded, so we really enjoyed the spacious grounds of the Lodge. The communal kitchen and bathroom facilities were super clean. Overall very well maintained. The pool and games room were much fun for the children. We did fishing at the bay right outside the Lodge. There is minimum 15-20min drive out from the Lodge to Coromandel and the Peninsula.

Poor experience at this hotel. First room service argued they had cleaned the room when they had clearly not and it took photographic evidence for staff to believe us. Also discovered that their check in staff charged the full price room as a deposit ($304) but only mentioned charging $70 at check in; this is an issue as the room was prepaid. The room itself was comfortable and the pool and gym good. But poor and incompetent treatment by staff would put me off choosing to stay here again.
