The room is spacious, and the location is excellent—close to services, cafés, and tourist attractions. However, there is significant noise, as the soundproofing is almost nonexistent, making it feel like being on the street. In addition, the air conditioner is quite loud and disruptive. The price is relatively affordable compared to most hotels in the same area, which is a positive point. Regarding service, the reception often does not respond to phone calls, and we had to call multiple times or go down to the front desk to request simple items such as water also the female receptionist’s overall attitude needs improvement.

Excellent hotel. Very clean and neat. Staff are friendly. Room service is great. Perfect location  Highly recommend anyone visiting Abha to stay there! I’m considering revisiting the city with the family for leisure and stay at the same hotel.

A new and beautiful place that opened 5 months ago. Things were so easy and convenient that they didn't bother us at checkout. Our flight was at 6 pm, and we were late checking out, so we said we'd wait for someone to call us. Thankfully, no one did, and we checked out at our leisure.

This was my first time visiting Abha, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel was excellent, with only a few minor issues, such as the soundproofing of the rooms, where all sounds were audible, and the room service not changing the towels during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel, and if I were to visit again, I would definitely choose the same hotel. I would also like to thank all the respectful and helpful staff.

Al-Bahrain is a very good tourist city in Saudi Arabia, but it is still a very conservative Arab city. Many restaurants do not have English menus or English-speaking service staff. However, this hotel is very international and has very complete hotel facilities. It is a highly recommended choice for both business and tourism.

Peaceful stay !!

Residence was excellent, no washing machine in the hotel, notice that the shower floor is not insulated from the rest of the bathroom ... The staff is excellent and 👍👍 Collaborators.
