The hotel’s location was excellent, centrally situated near the water and directly across from the Jeddah Fountain. My room was comfortable and featured a balcony, adding to the experience. Our stay at the Warwick in Jeddah was decent but had its drawbacks. The hotel is a bit old and shows signs of aging. While it is conveniently located close to a local market and mall, it is quite far from the nightlife in Jeddah.
Unfortunately, this distance from the sea and the vibrant night scene means we might not visit again. If you're looking for a place with easy access to shopping and local markets, this could be a good choice. However, if proximity to the sea and nightlife is a priority, you might want to consider other options.

Brown and red stains on the faucet?? Other than that, nice and beautiful location with probably everything you’d want or need for a simple trip. There was noise from a party at night tho, from the bottom of the hotel probably? But thankfully, it wasn’t the complete whole night.

The location is not far from the King's Fountain, which is a 15-minute walk away. The breakfast is good and the gym is great, which is very good for similar hotels. The wifi signal in some rooms is not very good.

The room is large, with floor-to-ceiling windows that can see the temple, swimming pool, and gym. The clerk is very enthusiastic and helps with taxis, invoices, and travel suggestions. All in all, it is a very good hotel. If I have the chance to go there next time, I will choose it again

The hotel service was really amazing, the location is exactly near Al-Hamraa corniche where u can see the fountain… everything was amazing except the buffet of Sahari for the first night of Ramadan it’s not really good except this everything is awesome i recommend this hotel to everyone welling to come to Jeddah 😍

FFaliqComfortable hotel. Near Masjid Al-Rajhi. Location of the hotel is inside the Haram boundary. A lot of amenities nearby including Danube Supermarket. Shuttle to the Haram is on an hourly basis but sometimes a little bit unreliable.

Female prayer room is next to the restaurant.
We prayed magrib at hotel prayer room, and break the iftar in the resto next to prayer room. Because the location and its fast services.. we still able to catch Isya prayer inside masjidil haram.
The hotel location is nearby haram main gate and also good access of we want to haram new extension.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the reception team and delighted with a complimentary upgrade upon check-in. The upgraded room was not only spacious with breathtaking views but also impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, reflecting the hotel’s high standards.
A special thank you to the reception manager, whose professionalism and welcoming demeanor made the check-in process smooth and set a positive tone for our stay. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our satisfaction were truly appreciated.
One of the thoughtful touches that enhanced our experience was the provision of bath salts, allowing us to unwind and relax after completing Umrah. It was a small but meaningful gesture that added to the overall sense of care.
The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. The housekeeping team was proactive, consistently checking in to ensure we had enough towels, toiletries, and other essentials, contributing significantly to our comfort.
Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The breakfast service team was attentive and welcoming, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of. They even provided a walk-around tour of the buffet spread, introducing us to the menu and explaining the dishes. Desta and Sandhy stood out for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and proactive in anticipating our needs, making us feel truly valued as guests. Hajar also deserves special recognition for her patience and creativity in resolving our requests with practical and thoughtful solutions.
The in-room dining team, especially Farouk, provided excellent service. Farouk’s attentiveness and efficiency ensured that every meal was delivered promptly and with care, enhancing our overall experience.
Raffles Makkah Palace sets the gold standard for luxury hospitality. With its outstanding service, thoughtful gestures, and exceptional team, it made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah and look forward to returning for another incredible stay.

The check-in process was smooth and the staff was warm and welcoming. However, due to the standard 4 PM check-in time, there were long queues at the reception. To avoid this congestion, I recommend contacting the hotel in advance to arrange for early check-in, especially during peak seasons. If you’re an Accor member, the experience is even more seamless and rewarding.
Ambiance & Cleanliness:
From the moment you step into the hotel lobby, you’re greeted with a signature scent that flows throughout the lobby, corridors, and even into the guestroom — creating a consistent sense of calm and cleanliness. The ambiance is elegant and tranquil, offering a relaxing contrast to the bustling surroundings outside.
Guestroom Experience:
The room was spacious, well-maintained, and the highlight was definitely the breathtaking Kaaba view, which added a deeply spiritual and unique element to the stay. The bed linens were soft and luxurious, ensuring restful sleep. The air conditioning was perfectly calibrated, providing a refreshing escape from the intense heat outside. It made re-entering the room after a long day feel rejuvenating.
The room also came equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay: coffee and tea facilities, quality toiletries, and other thoughtful amenities.

NNor Huda************* we had a very pleasant stay here in Le Meridien Towers Makkah. It’s not as crowded and the shuttle to Haram is 24/7 with hardly any waiting time when we want to board the bus to and from Haram.
We were pleasantly upgraded by the hotel and they even gave us complimentary tea on our first night. As we reached very late at night, I was grateful that I’m able to get some quick snacks for my young child and that the shops remain open then.
We didn’t ask for housekeeping to come and clean our rooms but they were attentive and prompt in their service. Insya Allah we may stay here again for our next umrah.
