The state was incredible and it was a wonderfully beautiful and relaxing space! It felt so much a part of the neighborhood as well. The service was incredible from the cleaning staff who were kind and attentive as well as available and our receptionist, Cong Li, who was immediately responsive to questions, gave us a quick easy check in and check out, as well as handled our bags with much care. The stay was incredibly relaxing and we would definitely come back here again for the experience. Grateful for such an unforgettable experience and the service, space and neighborhood that made it all easier to just experience a comfortable and easy holiday.

The location is excellent, and the room decor has a classic, historical feel. There was some dust in the corners, but after a hike, it was really nice to soak in the hot spring. The Angelica sinensis pool wasn't cleaned well and had an odor. The front desk staff recommended a Chinese restaurant and breakfast, both of which were good. The front desk also proactively called me about an item I left in the room and helped me arrange express delivery via WeChat, which was a very positive experience.

From check-in to check-out, everything was thoughtful. The concierge and front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic, even thoughtfully preparing brown sugar ginger tea and welcome fruits. Facilities: The hotel has a 24-hour medical oxygen bar, and just 10 minutes there quickly relieves altitude sickness. The rooms have a diffuse medical oxygen supply, which lowers the perceived altitude to about 2700 meters, allowing for a good night's sleep. Service: As soon as we arrived at the hotel entrance, a butler helped with our luggage and escorted us to our room after check-in. The next morning, when we were checking out, the front desk proactively asked if we needed help with our luggage, which was a very thoughtful touch. Hygiene: The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, was clean, tidy, and well-ventilated. The lobby was also kept spotless at all times. The airport shuttle stop is right outside the hotel, and booking certain room types includes a free airport drop-off, making it the best choice for return journeys.

I recently stayed at the Ruofute Hotel and was really impressed with the service quality. The extensive breakfast buffet left a strong impression on me. Overall, the hotel felt clean and the environment was pleasant. If I had to be critical, I'd say the facilities could use a bit of an upgrade. The hotel is close to Chunxi Road, about a ten-minute walk, which is nice because it offers a quiet retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. The lobby staff's service truly gave it a five-star hotel feel. If I had to rate it, I'd give it a 4.99, deducting that 0.01 for a slight wish for the external surroundings.

The true measure of a hotel isn't its number of chandeliers, but rather the smiles and dedication of every single staff member. This stay, particularly thanks to Juliana Liu at the front desk, truly made me understand the profound meaning of 'service' – it's not just a standardized process, but genuine respect and care from the heart. Her proactive greetings before check-in, and recommendations for food and attractions afterwards, were a huge help since I hadn't planned anything. She even proactively asked about my invoice and checkout time before I left, which beautifully rounded off my trip. Whenever I return to Chengdu in the future, this will always be my first choice, and I highly recommend it to every traveler seeking quality and warmth. P.S. I noticed there's a self-check-in machine before leaving, will definitely try it next time!

Facilities: The bathtub is a nice touch, and the overall ambiance is good. The floor-to-ceiling windows are a huge plus. Food deliveries are handled by a robot that brings them directly to your room, which my kids loved. On the downside, the TV is a bit small, can't cast, and some channels aren't available. Cleanliness: Spot on. My only minor quibble is that they insist on placing a glass and water by the bed every day, which feels unnecessary. Environment: The hotel's environment is generally excellent, especially the high-rise city views. Service: Before check-in, the butler proactively asked about my preferences and pillow choices, which was thoughtful. They arranged complimentary refreshments in the mini-fridge and a fruit platter upon arrival. Any issues I had during my stay were promptly addressed. What really impressed me was when I forgot something after checking out; although I didn't need it sent back in the end, it seemed like they would have shipped it for free, which was fantastic. My only complaint is the constant requests for reviews; it felt like they were under a lot of pressure to meet targets. The travel photography service was excellent. The makeup artist was very attentive and even helped with my baby's hair and clothes. The photographer was also very patient. Happy baby, happy mom!

I highly recommend the Jiuzhaigou Qianhe麗呈 Hotel! The location is excellent, right near the park entrance, making it incredibly convenient to get to the scenic area's visitor center. It saves a lot of time and effort getting around. The hotel environment is tranquil and elegant, with a strong Tibetan-style ambiance that feels both quiet and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety of options, with both Chinese and Western dishes, as well as local ******* specialties. The authentic butter tea is fragrant and delicious, leaving you feeling warm and cozy. The staff provides meticulous and thoughtful service, responding quickly to any requests and being attentive throughout your stay. Staying here when visiting Jiuzhai Valley is hassle-free and comfortable. The overall experience far exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

The hotel is quite close to the Panda Base, and the public areas also incorporate adorable panda elements. The room facilities and cleanliness are excellent. The bed is on the softer side, making for a very comfortable sleep. The shower has good water pressure. Breakfast offers a good variety, including local Sichuan specialties.

The best choice for a trip to Daocheng Yading is undoubtedly the Crowne Plaza Yading Risong Gongbu Hotel. Located in the heart of Shangri-La town, its 2800-meter altitude is just right, avoiding altitude sickness while providing convenient access to the Yading scenic area entrance – a mere 15-minute drive to the sacred mountains. Upon arrival, a concierge proactively offered to help with luggage, a warm gesture spreading from the moment you stepped out of the car. Entering the double-height lobby, the ******* elements blend seamlessly with modern design. The hanging scroll depicting the three sacred mountains of Yading instantly evoked anticipation for the journey. The seated service during check-in was exceptionally attentive; staff member David offered ginger tea to dispel the chill of the journey and provided a detailed explanation of the scenic route and a guide map. The hotel's dining experience was a highlight of the trip. While the breakfast wasn't as lavish as in inland China, it was certainly excellent for the ******* region.
