I came to Deyang with my parents and this was our first time staying at this hotel. The room was so big and I loved it!!! The breakfast was plentiful; my mom especially loved the braised pork intestines with toppings in the noodles—they were fresh, delicious, and very clean. Parking was convenient. There are lots of delicious restaurants within a 10-minute walk. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Deyang, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is only a few hundred yards from the Zigong High Speed Train Station. Although it is far from the downtown of Zigong City, the Zigong High Speed Train Station has buses to the city and many attractions. I walked to the Zigong High Speed Train Station for a few minutes, the Xianshi Old Town for about 20 minutes and the Zigong Lantern and Light World for about an hour. People can get a taxi at the hotel easily. The hotel provides free pickup and drop off services for the Zigong High Speed Train Station for free . The hotel workers are friendly and helpful. Ms. Peng is helpful. She helped me contacting my next hotel, and following up to confirm the pickup service of the next hotel. The hotel email was also responsive and prompt. The hotel and rooms are clean. The hotel provides a free afternoon tea with a little treat. For improvement, it will be helpful if the hotel can provide printed information of public transportation. Since I do not have a Chinese cell phone, the hotel workers helped me to lock on WiFi, which can be improved. All other hotels I stayed in China, people can get WiFi by using the room number and last name. This hotel requires a local mobile phone, for which I don’t have as an international visitor . Overall , I highly recommend this hotel.

Having been thoroughly impressed by the food and service at the Horizon Club of Shangri-La Hotel on my last visit, I didn't hesitate to choose Shangri-La Chengdu again for this trip. Firstly, a big thank you to Ms. Lu, who was previously the Horizon Club manager and has now been promoted to Front Office Manager. Her warmth and helpfulness in securing a satisfactory room for us, along with complimentary fruit and local Sichuan snacks, and arranging a late check-out, set a wonderful tone for our entire journey. Strategically located near Jiuyan Bridge and the famous Lan Kwai Fong bar street, the hotel boasts a vibrant atmosphere and unbeatable night views. However, it's a bit of a distance from the nearest metro station. The Horizon Club's 'Happy Hour' offerings are incredibly diverse and plentiful, almost like a mini-buffet, with the cakes and desserts being particularly delightful. On the other hand, breakfast was relatively simple with fewer options. My beloved handmade steamed buns weren't as tasty as before, and they felt cold, possibly having sat out for too long, which affected the texture. I'm not sure why the brown sugar glutinous rice cakes (hongtang ciba) were soft throughout, lacking their usual crispy exterior. The Eggs Benedict were inconsistent; on the second morning, the egg was overcooked with no runny yolk, just a solid egg yolk, and the accompanying bread was unappetizing. Furthermore, the egg tarts were cold and not kept under a heat lamp, and the bread station seemed to lack even basic items like muffins, which felt a bit perfunctory. Restaurant management might need some improvement; during breakfast, I noticed a whole stack of plates still had water marks, indicating they hadn't been dried properly. Nevertheless, the service staff at the Horizon Club were excellent – friendly, courteous, quick to clear dishes, attentive to guests' needs, and particularly Ms. Liu Chun, the current Horizon Club manager, who was constantly busy, very dedicated and responsible. I also checked out the coffee shop on the ground floor. While the selection of dishes was indeed more extensive, it was also very crowded and noisy. The staff member who greeted us was still very enthusiastic despite knowing we were just looking around, though some other staff members appeared cold and unresponsive. Room service was excellent – very responsive and quick to fulfill requests. When they learned we needed to air out clothes, they thoughtfully brought a drying rack, which was a very considerate touch! Room maintenance was also good, with an automatic toilet and a Dyson hairdryer. The gym isn't open 24 hours; it closes after 11 PM, and guests cannot access it with their room cards after hours, which felt a bit restrictive for those wanting to work out later. In summary, this stay brought both joy and disappointment. I hope the hotel continues to improve and enhance its services, ensuring its long-term success and continued excellence.

1. I hesitated between Wanda and this hotel. After checking in, I felt that this hotel was the first choice for Neijiang. It was relatively quiet. Wanda was close to the business district and felt a bit noisy. This room can see the night view of Tuojiang River. There is a pier downstairs to take a boat to Dongmen Old Street on the other side, although I didn't go there. 2. The swimming pool is open. There is an orange-shirted security guard in the swimming pool, which is good. 3. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic. Xiaohai is very enthusiastic in service. Thank you. 4. The lobby is on the first floor, the room is also okay, and the price did not increase wildly during the 5.1 period. The breakfast egg rolls are delicious😋 5. This side may be Sanba Street? There is a picture on the Internet. The towering green H of the hotel is at the end of the long staircase of the mottled old buildings on both sides. The sunset glow, the old and the new complement each other, and pedestrians walk and stop.

As soon as you enter the hotel lobby, you will be surprised by the tall space, which is magnificent and classic. The room is decorated in European style, which is particularly warm and elegant, and there are welcome fruits in the room. The front desk service and security service are enthusiastic. The key is that the price is moderate and the cost performance is extremely high. It is a very satisfactory experience.

I booked a king room, and upon arrival, the hotel offered a free upgrade to a king room with a terrace. The service was excellent and attentive. The room type I stayed in had a terrace where I could sit outside and enjoy tea with a great view overlooking the entire courtyard. Inside the room, there was also a small tatami area, perfect for sitting and having tea. Both check-in and check-out came with complimentary fruit and small gifts, which I really appreciated. Our butler, Xiao Fu, was very thoughtful and even helped me find a power bank and mail it. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again if I come back to Chengdu. They also have a whiskey bar and a cafe inside.

The hotel's kids' activities were just okay. While there seemed to be a lot, the slightly more interesting ones all came with a fee. If it's not an all-inclusive package, there's not much to do. Most hotels offer free craft activities, but here they charge 100 RMB. A parent next to me asked about the price of the small stuffed animals for sale and said they were even more expensive than Chimelong. There was no butler to add on WeChat for assistance beforehand, and no welcome fruit. The room facilities were decent, and it was quite spacious with a balcony.

First off, the service was excellent. Both the front desk staff and the WeChat support team were incredibly professional and genuinely cared for guests, which was really heartwarming ♥️. The hotel is also super close to the high-speed train station, just a 5-minute walk. However, the facilities are quite old, and the cleanliness definitely leaves a lot to be desired. If you can, try to book a room on a higher floor; they seem to be better maintained. Overall, the hotel feels a bit outdated compared to current standards and isn't great value for money. But if you have the budget and need to catch an early high-speed train, it's suitable for a one-night stay.

Days Inn by Wyndham, while a bit of a distance from the scenic area entrance and the cluster of hotels near Tiankou, is part of an international hotel chain. It only opened in early 2023, so the facilities are new and clean. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful, with no other hotels nearby, making for a comfortable stay. Upon check-in, the front desk attendant, knowing there were four of us, proactively offered us breakfast for four people for two days – a total of eight servings. That was incredibly thoughtful! Our room wasn't huge, about 30 square meters, but it was newly decorated and well-equipped for four people. It had a hairdryer, a large 65-inch TV, and a quiet environment. We were assigned a high floor (the 3rd floor, with the highest being the 4th). The hotel staff were able to promptly deliver any additional amenities we needed. I must especially highlight the hotel restaurant's buffet breakfast. The spread was rich and varied, a wonderful blend of Chinese and Western dishes – truly satisfying! For dinner, we tried the yak and mushroom hot pot. The soup base was incredibly fresh and sweet, and the yak meat was tender and flavorful. It came with side dishes like meat dumplings, sliced lamb, a vegetable platter, and local snacks. It was a big pot for four, with plenty of ingredients and delicious broth. The price was reasonable, and it was so memorable and filling – excellent value! Next time we visit Jiuzhaigou, we won't need to look elsewhere. We'll definitely be staying at this hotel again!
