I am a regular customer of theirs. I usually stay here when I come to Deyang. There is a gym that covers basic aerobics, as well as billiards and table tennis. The rooms are quite spacious, all equipped with bathtubs and balconies. Children's amenities are complete. The package we bought included a full-board day and childcare. It's especially suitable for children aged 4-11 for full-day care, which frees up parents' hands and encourages kids to learn independence and participate in outdoor activities. There are craft activities, rock climbing, archery, and other games, which change daily. In the evening, there are fireworks shows and performances. There are plenty of activities, so you can basically spend the whole day at the resort. I suggest that each room's toiletries include child-friendly cups with handles, not glass ones, for safety and suitability.

The environment is elegant, the rooms are clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the service is excellent. They offered fun activities like a bead-making session. It's also conveniently located next to Wenshu Monastery and Wenshu Fang, making it easy to find food, drinks, and entertainment.

Staying at this high-rise hotel was such a pleasant surprise! The butler was incredibly warm and attentive throughout my stay, from the quick check-in process to the thoughtful assistance with my luggage. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of the city skyline, and the sunset was absolutely stunning. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a great variety of both Western and Chinese options, and the freshly squeezed juices and baked goods were superb. Every detail was meticulously handled, providing an excellent experience. The service was also top-notch. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

My daughter had been asking to stay at a family-friendly hotel for ages, and we finally had time this weekend. We looked at many options but ultimately chose the Xing Tian Wai Garden Hotel in Pidu. From the outside, this hotel's design is truly unique, with a meteor shower wall and an 80-meter high lobby. The natural light streaming into the lobby is absolutely stunning! And the garden view outside is just incredible – every picture you take looks like it's from a magazine! My daughter's favorite was the LOFT room type. It's incredibly spacious and bright, and everything is controlled by a smart voice system. We stayed with friends that day, with one family downstairs and one upstairs. The kids chatted until very late, and they really loved that atmosphere! My daughter also loved the little tent in the room – her own secret base. What was even more thoughtful was that they prepared snacks for the children, which was truly heartwarming. The room even has a bathtub, and they thoughtfully provided bath bags, toilet seat covers, kids' toothbrushes, and kids' slippers (all disposable for better hygiene). The two children spent a long time bathing that day; while they played in the water, we ate skewers downstairs – it was absolutely fantastic! Kudos to the famous designer! Haha. The sky-high restaurant is on the 19th floor. Breakfast can be extended until 11 am and can even be delivered to your room. The portions are unlimited and can be refilled, with options like rice noodles and Wontons, as well as soy milk and coffee. After breakfast, sitting in the sky-high art gallery and reading a book is truly delightful. The view from the 19th floor is truly amazing! This hotel is definitely worth checking out! Right opposite is the Aegean Shopping Park, and there's the Xipu Night Market in the evening. It's also conveniently located near Metro Lines 2 and 6, making it easy to get to Mount Qingcheng and Dujiangyan.

Check-in was quick and efficient, and the staff provided a detailed overview of the hotel's amenities and local attractions. We were also pleasantly surprised with complimentary afternoon tea vouchers. The afternoon tea setting was delightful, with both indoor and outdoor seating available. Our room was surprisingly spacious with fantastic views, especially at night. As the guest rooms are located on higher floors, from the 19th to the 30th, we had an excellent vantage point. Following the front desk's recommendation, we visited the 32nd-floor terrace in the evening. It was incredibly comfortable and offered breathtaking panoramic views of Mianyang city. Breakfast was diverse and plentiful, featuring local specialty rice noodles, a fresh salad bar, and a wide selection of breads, catering to a variety of tastes and dietary preferences. Even the hotel's parking facility was impressive, very thoughtfully designed and upscale. All in all, a truly recommendable stay.

The moment I stepped into the lobby of Phoenix International Hotel, I seemed to have traveled through time and space and walked into the five-star ocean. Every inch of space and every detail here is filled with luxury and comfort, which makes me, an ordinary person who has only seen five-star hotels in TV dramas, feel a little at a loss. The room I stayed in was spacious and bright, and the city scenery outside the window was unobstructed. When I lay on the soft bed and felt the delicate texture of the sheets, I suddenly remembered the days when I rolled around on the hard bed at home when I was a child. At that time, how could I have thought that one day I would lie on such a comfortable bed? This transformation made me sigh at the beauty of life and the progress of the times. The service of the hotel is even better. From the polite reception at the front desk, to the warm and thoughtful service in the restaurant, to the smiling greetings of the cleaning aunt, every link made me feel the warmth of home. Especially the waiter in the executive lounge, he patiently explained to me the executive floor rights that I could enjoy, and even added: Don't worry, your appetite will tell you which one is the best! This sentence also doubled my favorability towards this hotel. Staying at Phoenix International Hotel, I not only enjoyed high-quality service and comfortable environment, but also gained many small inspirations in life. For example, I found that the employees here are very dedicated, whether they are front desk staff, waiters or cleaning staff, they all use their smiles and enthusiasm to create a warm atmosphere for every guest. This makes me realize that no matter what work you do, as long as you do it with your heart, you can get recognition and respect from others. In addition, I also noticed that the hotel's control of details is very good. From the small plants placed in the room, to the piano playing heard in the lobby bar, to the greetings in the elevator room that wish you a happy day, these details make me feel the hotel's respect and care for every guest. This makes me understand that the beauty of life is often hidden in the details, as long as we discover it with our heart, we can feel its existence. In general, this stay at Phoenix International Hotel has given me a lot of gains. I not only enjoyed the five-star service and environment, but also learned a lot of life wisdom and inspiration from it. The room is well-equipped with a humidifier, and there's a late-night snack service. The breakfast for two also includes an extra person. The transportation is very convenient, with shuttle services to scenic spots. The hotel offers a complimentary ******* clothing experience, perfect for getting into the spirit before your Jiuzhaigou trip tomorrow.

Originally planning to take the high-speed train to Zigong, we chose a new hotel that was the closest and most comfortable to the train station. Sure enough, it was a short walk from the train station, very convenient. The train station is in the suburbs of Zigong, and there aren't many shops near the hotel. There's a convenience store near the station, and vending machines in the hotel lobby. You can also order food by scanning a QR code in your room. The hotel environment is excellent; both the facilities and amenities meet five-star standards. Our family had a very comfortable stay, making it a top choice for accommodation in Zigong.

This was my first stay at a Ritz property. When I booked, Dinah from central reservations was incredibly patient and helpful, answering all my questions and addressing my concerns – a huge thank you to her. I booked an executive floor room, which included executive lounge access with five meals a day: breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, and cocktail hour. Despite the sheer volume of offerings, there was absolutely no skimping on quality. Each meal featured two dishes freshly prepared by a chef on-site, which is quite rare for executive lounge benefits at other hotels, and the quality was impeccable. The executive lounge staff were also exceptionally warm and welcoming; they always greeted me with a smile and remembered my preferences. A special thank you to Vicky, who took extra good care of me 🙏. Overall, every department in the hotel was incredibly friendly and polite, which again is not something you often see at other hotels. All in all, it was a fantastic experience 👍
