We booked a Standard room via Trip.com with a 'pay at property' option and received a valid confirmation email. Upon check-in, the hotel staff couldn't find our reservation, explaining that payment hadn't been processed yet. Despite this, the staff managed to find us a triple room. We were lucky there were rooms available, especially since it was during the Scenic running event, which we were also participating in. We stay at this hotel every year for the running event, which we've attended probably over five times. Almost every stay, we encounter different minor room issues, such as a persistent drain smell in the bathroom or slow-draining water. I hope the hotel addresses these concerns, as resolving them would greatly improve the overall guest experience. In contrast, the restaurant is excellent. It offers a wide variety of dishes, including Thai, Japanese, and American cuisine, all of which are delicious.
Standard room
The room is not as clean as it should be. There is a lot of dust and gecko poop.
The bathroom is on the balcony outside the bedroom.
There is a refrigerator, extra bed, hair dryer, water heater, and clothes rack.
There is a common area to relax with friends at night.
Beautiful waterfall, good service, swimming pool, quiet.

All is good, hotel is right on the beach. Breakfast is so so and staff are very helpful and service mind.
Overall is great, you can book room with facing to the ocean.👍🏻👍🏻
The hotel is clean and very convenient to travel to. The staff provides good service and the breakfast is delicious. I booked a double bed, but the blanket was very thin and small. It didn't fit my body.
The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. The facilities are complete. The drinks in the refrigerator are all drinkable without any additional charges. The breakfast line is a bit small, but it is edible. The dinner, the pork ribs, is delicious and worth the price.

I recently stayed at Peggy’s Cove Resort in Chanthaburi, and it was truly a memorable experience. The resort is designed with a charming seaside village theme, complete with colorful houses and cozy pathways that make you feel like you’ve been transported to a little town by the sea. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing—perfect for a family getaway or a romantic weekend.
Our room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful amenities and a balcony overlooking the picturesque property. The staff were welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. I especially loved how the resort is located close to several attractions in Chanthaburi, making it easy to explore the area while still having a quiet retreat to return to.
Breakfast was tasty with a nice selection, and the on-site facilities were well-maintained. Whether you’re relaxing by the pool, taking photos around the resort, or heading out to the nearby beaches and markets, there’s something for everyone.
Highly recommend Peggy’s Cove Resort if you’re visiting Chanthaburi and looking for a unique, relaxing place to stay!

Comfortable accommodation
Walking to the market is close. Breakfast still has a little to choose from.
But it's okay, the service is good, the beach is cleaner than anywhere else.
Impressed every time.

RRoger BenjaWhen we booked the room through Trip.com platform. We selected 2 single bed room, however when checked in and went to the room. I found it is one queen bed. Go back to recheck with front desk staff she said we booked one queen bed. We insited and showed our booking confirmation that we booked 2 single bed. Finally the staff changed us a 2 single bed as per our booking. Thanks for their smart service.
Location : at the Chantraburi river side, outskirt of the city. Very quiet. Suitable for customers whi have cars.
Bed & pillow : Simple, no impression for good sleeping.
Room space planning: room big enough but seemed unbalace planned that caused the sleeping area became small while toilet and bathing rooms are too big.
Shower water: need to improve water pressure.
Atmostphere : very good.
Breakfast : enough choice of taste.
Value of money : great.
NNofFor green travel

Friendly and helpful staff
DDaniel AntonioVery good hotel in the middle of Chantaburi city. There is no elevator but it is a great hotel with friendly staff and amazing nearby restaurant and small little coffee shops. For the window, you can see the whole river and the temples, as well as the iconic famous church.
ZZuixiangThe room is large, the view is nice, the location is convenient, you can walk around. The breakfast is OK. It is quite popular, there are many people on vacation, and the restaurant downstairs is also OK.
LLita. SIt used to be my go-to hotel every time I visited Chanthaburi. However, for the last 2 -3 years, I stopped going to this hotel. This time, my partner insisted on staying here because the beds were comfortable.
The hotel lobby still looks fine, but the rooms badly need a do-over. Ceiling in the room is peeling, leakage, and bathroom walls are dirty (not being cleaned at all).
It's such a shame. It used to be a good hotel known for cleanliness and spic and span rooms. The sheets had marks on them. I didn't sleep the whole night.
Hope they renovate soon.
