The room was really small, but everything else was okay. Luckily, there was a pool and a gym. The breakfast was a bit on the Japanese side, and the variety wasn't extensive. The congee here is generally on the dry side, which isn't really what people from my country are used to.

The staff is very friendly. The service is okay It's just that the toilet is a bit less clean

We stayed at Episode Hotel Gading Serpong as a family with three kids, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, making check-in smooth and stress-free, which is always appreciated when traveling with children. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. With three kids, space is always a concern, but the layout made it easy for all of us to rest well. The beds were cozy, and the bathroom was modern and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet—lots of variety, from local dishes to kid-friendly options like pastries, cereals, and fresh fruits. Our kids especially enjoyed it, and it made mornings so much easier. The swimming pool was another favorite spot for the children, while we as parents appreciated the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel’s facilities and nearby conveniences like shopping and dining options. Overall, Episode Hotel Gading Serpong is a great choice for families. It combines comfort, convenience, and thoughtful service, making our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. We would happily come back on our next family trip.

One of the best hotel situated in the heart of Tangerang, easy access to any public facilities especially business area

The hotel’s location near the airport was extremely convenient, and both the surroundings and room conditions were excellent. Breakfast was satisfying, offering a good variety to start the day. I especially enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna, which added a relaxing touch to my stay. The shuttle bus service was also very helpful, providing an easy ride to the airport. Overall, it was a comfortable and well-equipped place that made traveling much easier.

Free shuttle even at midnight! Very good communication and quick to arrive. All staff were extremely friendly and polite. The hotel room was lovely, very clean (and I am very picky!) with freshly-washed linens. Large bathroom with great hot shower. Very quiet place despite being so close to the airport. Nothing negative to say; it was a 100% positive stay and I would highly recommend. Shuttle back to the airport was right on time and despite having a lot of people, it went quickly and we were at the airport in only five minutes. 

*A fantastic new hotel with excellent hospitality! I recently stayed at Model J Hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is new, clean, and well-designed, and a Big Smart TV including Netflix with a team that provides exceptional service. I was warmly welcomed by Edwina the receptionist, who was very helpful and ensured a fast check-in process. They even offered a complimentary drink (I could choose between infused water or coffee—a nice touch!). The lobby smelled amazing, thanks to a refreshing lemongrass fragrance. I stayed in a Deluxe King Room, which was spacious, modern, and cozy—perfect for both work and relaxation. As part of their benefits, I received a complimentary breakfast. Though it was light, it was just enough to start my busy day. One of the best features is the direct connection to Carstensz Mall, one of the best malls in the BSD area. With plenty of restaurants and retail options, everything I needed was conveniently within reach. Overall, a fantastic stay—I’ll definitely be back next month! The staff are exceptionally friendly and genuinely helpful, making the entire visit pleasant and welcoming. While the hotel has a classic charm, it is very well-maintained with all the modern comforts needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, offering the convenience of being within easy walking distance to the supermall and various restaurants. This hotel comes highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway without leaving the city conveniences behind.

This hotel is really good. The front desk staff's English is excellent, and they offer breakfast. It's also very close to the airport! Due to my flight schedule, I extended my stay for a few hours, and they didn't overcharge me, which shows they are very reputable!
