Beautiful resort in the picturesque Maldives. It's only about a 15-minute speedboat ride from the airport, check-in was quick, and the room was incredibly spacious. The daily housekeeping was very thorough, and the bedding was great, ensuring a good night's sleep every night. The breakfast offered a wide variety, so both adults and kids could find something they liked. Dinner was also good, with different options available each evening. The bartenders at the beach bar made excellent drinks, and the evening entertainment was varied and lively. The hotel beach area was lovely too, perfect for snorkeling and fish-spotting, or just relaxing on a beach hammock. 👍

This oceanfront hotel was a fantastic experience. The rooms offered expansive views, with floor-to-ceiling windows directly overlooking the sea – absolutely stunning for watching the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening. The hotel was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The service was warm and attentive, check-in was quick, and the beach was right downstairs. It was very convenient for getting around. The gentle sea breeze and the sound of the waves created a truly relaxing vacation atmosphere. Everything was great, except for booking a restaurant for dinner, it was quite stressful. There are 3 restaurants open for dinner, you have to making booking once arrived as they got book up fast. If all restaurants are full you will have to go to ocean restaurant for buffet dinner.  Highly recommended to go for full board.  Our stay was amazing, thank you Centara.

This hotel has a great location, very close to the beach. The bed setup is perfect for families traveling with children, and the room is well-equipped with everything we needed. Most importantly, the staff here are extremely friendly — from the restaurant servers and the front desk receptionists to the staff who arranged our snorkeling and boat trips, everyone was exceptionally warm and helpful. If we come back to Dhiffushi Island in the future, we would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again!

Had a very very pleasant experience at Kaani! The room, the food, the staff, everything makes me feel like I’m a VVIP! Our PIC Tiger is a very nice and professional guy! The hotel itself is beautifully designed and located in a dreamlike setting. However, in certain areas, the resort occasionally shows its age, suggesting potential for minor modernizations here and there. We stayed in a water villa, which was very well-equipped and exceptionally comfortable. A particular highlight was the impressive variety of fish that could be observed right outside – a true standout feature. Some beach sections were less visually appealing, for example, due to visible drainage pipes. This, however, did not affect the water villa area. With a bit more attention to detail, these areas could certainly be made more harmonious. Cleanliness throughout the resort was exemplary. Fresh beach towels were always available, and our room was even cleaned twice a day – which we greatly appreciated. Most of the staff were exceptionally polite and eager to make our stay pleasant. Occasionally, some individuals seemed a bit reserved or less engaged, but this was balanced out by the friendliness and professionalism of the other staff members. Overall, we felt that efforts were made for our well-being. During meals, drinks were offered very attentively. At times, we were asked multiple times if we wanted to order wine, cocktails, or other beverages. Since we felt the prices were on the higher side, we consciously declined. A slightly less insistent approach would have been more comfortable for us. At the bar in the evening, we would have liked a more atmospheric ambiance. It was quite dark in places, and subtle lighting of the beach section or, for example, a fire pit, could have added extra warmth and harmony to the atmosphere. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and thank you for the relaxing time. With a few small adjustments, we believe the experience could be further enhanced.

Our stay at this hotel was marred by a series of unfortunate experiences, starting from the moment we arrived. We were wrongly informed at check-in that our room had not been paid for, despite having completed full payment in advance. Rather than verifying the system, the staff member sat by as I anxiously searched my phone for proof. Ultimately, I had to show my credit card statement — something I consider private — just to resolve the matter. Her attitude was unwelcoming, which is especially disappointing in a hospitality setting. After discovering the payment had indeed been made, she gave only a brief and indifferent apology. Following this, my husband contacted the Manager, who offered a complimentary buffet dinner for two as an apology. While we appreciated the gesture, it was overshadowed by another issue: we later received a letter requesting us to check out by 7 a.m. the next day, even though our original arrangement was for a noon departure. After another call to the Manager, he once again apologised and offered a spa session for one person. Though his crisis management was swift, these issues should not have occurred — especially given the premium price we paid for our stay. That said, there were redeeming aspects. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. The room opened directly onto the beach — it felt as though we had arrived at the sea the moment we opened our door. The room was also clean and well-maintained and we appreciated the convenience of having a coffee machine available. In summary, while the scenery and room amenities were wonderful, the service and communication left much to be desired. We hope the management addresses these shortcomings so that future guests can enjoy a truly seamless stay.

I stayed here specifically for diving. The biggest draws of this resort are its rich house reef and the ability to self-dive 24/7, as much as you like. After completing the mandatory check dive (note: it's only once a day at 10:30 AM), you're free to self-dive whenever you want, or join the boat dives held every morning and afternoon. The area under the house reef's jetty, in particular, was absolutely fantastic, with huge schools of fish, and we even spotted spotted eagle rays and sharks. The boat dives are essentially buddy dives, so I'd say they're best suited for experienced divers who can understand English briefings. A dive computer and SMB are also mandatory. The dive boat itself is spacious, making it easy to don tanks, and it even has a toilet, which was very comfortable. The resort also has excellent facilities for rinsing and drying gear, which were incredibly convenient. While you set up your own gear, the staff on the boat were helpful, assisting with carrying tanks for those who needed a hand, especially some of the female divers, which was much appreciated. I stayed for 5 days, but I really wished I could have stayed longer to explore the house reef more thoroughly. Diving the house reef between the morning and afternoon boat dives meant we'd be diving around lunchtime, so the half-board plan was perfect for us. I think this is an amazing place for an affordable, diving-focused resort stay in the Maldives. The rooms are simple with minimal amenities, but since we were always diving and not in the room much, it didn't bother us at all, haha. The buffet offered a different theme every day, so the food never got boring.

Wonderful stay at Stone Hotel in Dhiffushi. Everything was well cared for, from the rooms to the common areas. Special thanks to Mohamad, the manager, for his respectful and helpful approach, the entire team - Krishala, Shafeeu, Tuan, Kairat, Saanih, and Lingga - for their kindness, and the chef for delicious meals.
