Perfect stay in paradise!
Kudos to Shafeeq for the great housekeeping, twice a day!
We were lucky to join Bandos 52nd Anniversary Celebrations and met so many friendly staff members and returning guests.
Reef was great for snorkelling. We will be back.
the island is small but we we see variety of fish ,small shark, Manta Ray, we went snorkeling along the trench, fish groups there! despite the coral are dead, the ocean is beatiful, relatively clean and limpid;
people there friendly, service good and efficient, breakfust also delivious and sorts covers a wide range of food; sedfood is seldom; others are very good, also the pizza very tasty. the island is suit for me since it is my first time come to maldives, when we come for annual leave within Christmas and New year days; the hotel arrange us at very calm place, I even saw the captain of an airplane in uniform one day night for 1day stay at my neighbor next door; I like Malahini very much! the lovely people , the seashore view, the sky when at night the twlinking stars so near when you look up. i will be back beatiful Maldives!
There was a comment that the house leaf was beautiful, and I decided here because I could enjoy all inclusive.
When Vicky, who was in charge of check-in, contacted me on WhatsApp, he immediately replied and followed me if there was no inconvenience without anything.
All the other staff were feeling good, the room was beautiful, the food was delicious, and it was very comfortable.
The only complaint was that the arrival of Male was a late flight at night, so I stayed at a hotel in Male the day before and had a speedboat arranged the next day, but the hotel staff who stayed the day before told me that this hotel was stacked. I called Hu twice and confirmed the airport meeting time, but when I went to the hotel booth at the airport, I had to wait for two hours (it was said that there was no speedboat at that time).
As a result, I arrived at the hotel at the same time as I left Singapore the next morning instead of the night flight, so I should have increased this hotel by one night without staying the night before.
Excellent hotel, very clean, the room was cleaned every day, 3 liters of drinking water were provided for a family of 2 adults and 2 children every day. Very polite and responsive staff. We went on an evening fishing excursion from the hotel. We caught 10 fish. The next day, we had 5 fish fried for dinner at the hotel restaurant and the buffet was provided for free. It was very tasty.
Staying at the Sheraton Maldives was an incredible experience. Out of all the resorts I’ve visited, this one stands out as amazing. They offer so much to do and keep you well informed. We had a personal assistant, Jennifer, who was fantastic in introducing us to everything and making us feel comfortable. During our stay, Russell helped us with all our needs.
While waiting to check into our room, we enjoyed a relaxation room equipped with air conditioning, couches, mini beds, and showers. As soon as we arrived on the island by boat, we were treated like royalty with scented lavender cooling towels. We were greeted warmly as we boarded the deck and given a heartfelt goodbye when we left.
The breakfast was outstanding, featuring a wide variety of options. The beaches and water were pristine. My favorite part of the trip was the amazing staff—they were friendly, kind, and went out of their way to make us feel special. Everything was arranged seamlessly, from our boat trip to the island to our return to Malé. I can’t wait to go back!
Maldives win my heart because of the memorable moment that Kaani give to us.
1st staff : Suman was the 1st person i contact thru whatsapp. She very considerate and help me with the check in. Checkin were very smooth that day.
2nd staff : We had our warm welcome by Tiger at the jetty and he brought us to the hotel. He is very friendly and cheerfull and helps us alot with the activity that we can do during our stay. We choose kaani tour for our shark tour ( of course with a very good price).
3rd staff : Dipya, she was handling F&B, very lovely and soft person. Our breakfast/ dinner time was enjoyable with her around.
Very clean hotel. Nice food . Will come again. Thank you 🤍
The swimming pool sand house is built on a new island. All facilities are very new. The room area is larger than the water house. The beach and the sea are right outside the door. There is an open-air shower and the privacy is very good. Special praise to the housekeeper Cora, who coordinated many problems after busy work.
Great hotel, we are delighted! We rested from March 30 to April 6, took a water villa with a jacuzzi (300 rooms)
1. Convenient location. Not so close to Male, does not border any industrial islands, so it was clean and comfortable. But it’s not that far, it’s only a 45-minute boat ride, so you won’t get tired after a long flight. The transfer costs $190 per person, which is not that expensive compared to other hotels. The boat is large, beautiful and comfortable.
2. Sea and beach. The water is super, incredible color, very clean and beautiful, the coastline is along the entire perimeter of the island. The beach is different on each side, so you won’t get bored. Somewhere there is sand like flour and a perfect entry into the sea, somewhere there is coral chips, but this doesn’t really bother you, you can swim without special shoes. Also on the eastern side there is a reef and good depth, where you can see fish. The reef isn't super cool, but you'll still enjoy it. You can swim with a mask for hours, it's very exciting. In general, in the Maldives the water is usually shallow and knee-deep, on this island there is no exception, but there are quite a lot of places where you can go deep without touching the bottom with your feet, you don’t even have to walk a kilometer across the sea 😂 masks are available for rent, take your own
3. Villa. We took the water villa with a jacuzzi on the east side, where the rooms are for adults only. The villa is in excellent condition, even better than in the photo, good repair, entry into the water is simply superb. There is little coral on the bottom, so you won't scratch your feet. The ebb and flow of the tides are strong and the water level changes noticeably. But you can always swim. Moreover, from our view we could immediately swim to the reef with fish, this is very cool! The rooms have vests, they are very comfortable to swim in. There are sun loungers on the veranda, so you can sunbathe at home. Moreover, the villas are very private, no one will see you or disturb you. At night you can’t hear the waves hitting the beams, it’s very quiet and calm. The Jacuzzi is super, open-air, it’s great to lie in it at night and look at the stars. The rooms are cleaned constantly and water bottles are filled every day. I really liked that the fish were swimming right under the villa, it was mesmerizing. And at night the fun begins! Fish swim to the light and there are sooooo many of them! Mini sharks and stingrays also swim; they are also present during the day, but less so. In short, the spectacle is fire.
4. Nutrition. We took FB and walked around with huge bellies 😂 The food is excellent, we have never seen such a luxurious buffet anywhere else. There is absolutely everything! You definitely won't leave hungry. A hundred types of meat, seafood, a bunch of vegetables, fruits, restaurant dishes, we actually tried a lot of things for the first time. Separately, it is worth mentioning the desserts, they are the most delicious!!! Breakfast has everything you need, lots of egg dishes, everything for toast, yoghurts and cereals, etc. The full package includes free water for every meal, and juices and coffee only for breakfast. On Sunday there was free champagne for breakfast. There is also a huge cheese plate for every meal, which is a plus for me personally. There is Parmesan, and blue cheese, and Gouda, and Cheddar, in general, all cheeses. There is also cream cheese.
5. Hotel territory. It is very big, there is room to walk, a lot of greenery, real tropics. Free entertainment: ping pong, darts, billiards, table football, regular football, basketball, volleyball. From paid: golf, tennis, badminton, padel and something else. But for all inclusive it’s all free, it seems. We played golf and enjoyed it. There are also water sports such as jet skiing, kayaking, etc. This is all paid, but for all-inclusive it’s either free or a discount, I don’t remember. There are also various excursions, but we didn’t take them. They also take you for free every day to the house reef, a 15-minute boat ride. There really are more fish there, I saw turtles!!! In general, you can go a couple of times.
6. Prices are for reference. Wine in a restaurant starts from $55, cocktails around $16, beer $10, soft drinks around $8-10. Kayaking is 32 dollars per hour, jet skis are like 130 for 15 minutes. Golf 20 per person unlimited time, tennis 20 per person per hour.
My arrival at the hotel didn’t go so smoothly. I initially booked two nights but was not sure about the transfer arrangements on Fridays to the airport. My modification to one day was done well over a week in advance but when I got to the hotel they were asking me to pay some taxes for the day I cancelled. They also were charging me for the speedboat transfer, not confirming with me first if I took their boat or not. My check in was a little later than 2pm and I’d been waiting since 12:00 or so as I took the 10:45am speed boat to the hotel. The room was good but no one is based at that specific hotel you have to eat your meals and request services from the other hotel branches. If they did their admin well, then holiday would’ve went smoothly.
I want to experience life on a residential island so I chose to stay in this hotel for two nights.
Advantages of this hotel:
1. The bed is comfortable
2. Larger bathroom
3. There are many options for water projects provided by third parties, and the price is moderate
4. There is a nice beach, the room is very close to the beach
5. The hotel’s spa is good and worth a try. The Indonesian aroma therapist is very good and the price is reasonable ($99 twice)
6. The hotel service staff are honest and willing to help, they are all very nice
Disadvantages:
1. Huraa Island, where the hotel is located, has poor infrastructure, and the sandy and muddy road has not been repaired
2. The owner of the hotel doesn't look very friendly, maybe because he thinks Chinese guests can't speak English? Anyway I feel uncomfortable
3. The hotel's email response speed is very slow, and the information in the response is also wrong. Fortunately, nothing went wrong. We chose to go to Male’ to take the Legion Ferry to the island
4. As described by some European and American guests on Booking.com, the food provided by this hotel is really out of standard, at most the standard of our domestic three-star hotels, and the selection of ingredients is not fresh enough and has no characteristics. Of course, I can understand the cost of transporting ingredients to the island. The choice of other local restaurants on the island is also very limited.
In short, if the budget is sufficient, it is recommended to add some money to Wuxingdao, after all, they have already come to the Maldives.

NNatasha SheshaIf you're seeking late-night parties and DJs, this might not be the resort for you.
Now, let's dive into the details. The resort is conveniently located just a 20-25 minute speedboat ride from Male airport. The atmosphere is very relaxed, and the island is small enough to walk around in 15-20 minutes.
We stayed in a beach villa with a private pool and half-board. The pool was shaded by palm trees during the hottest parts of the day, and the beach was simply perfect. The online photos might appear a bit dated, but the reality is much better. Our dedicated butler, Reema, was incredibly kind and attentive, making our babymoon special with hot baths, flower arrangements, and private celebrations. She took excellent care of us throughout our stay.
The resort features three restaurants and a charming bar. The food at Lime, the main restaurant, was exceptional—everything we tried was delicious. Although the breakfast buffet wasn't extensive, it was complemented by an à la carte menu that offered a variety of tasty options. Lala made our dinners extra special with his food recommendations and attentiveness to our preferences.
Overall, our entire trip was a success, and the Baros team truly made it memorable.
Things to know:
- Transfers are chargeable by the hotel. Ensure you inform them of your arrival flight 2 days in advance and get confirmation on your transfer.
- The hotel is very relaxed and private, making it ideal for newlyweds, honeymooners, and families with older children.
- The resort offers daily activities, including excursions, snorkeling trips, cruises, yoga, and more. Some activities are chargeable, while others are free, and all necessary gear is available at the Marine Center at no cost.
We would visit again.
GGuest UserThe service and the beach club is exceptional. I really enjoy my stay at the resort. All inclusive package is really good and worth it. The drinks at Breeze is yummy and their attendees are very friendly and helpful. Our reef villa has beautiful reef below us and snorkelling is really fun to do. The SPA is also very good. I really like this resort and will be back in the future.
Special shout out to Suchan in the Breeze that always offer us the most delicious drinks in the beach club.
GGred AngEverything is good!!!
But I think there should have a buggy service to send guests to the water bungalow which ours was really very far.
We got the all inclusive and is really well included which covered my 3 meals and all time drinks!
Nicely set up bday deco with request (just pay of coz).
If you are not using their paid services (kayak, parasailing, water ski, massage, etc), u don’t need to waste a single cent.
Food is good!
4 types; Arabic, Thai, Italian and International.
If you got all inclusive you can book any of the restaurant for your meals but 1 day advance. If u didn’t book/did not get all inclusive, you can only dine at ocean restaurant which is the international buffet.
As we got all inclusive, we have free flow of drinks (cocktails, mocktails, soft drinks, hot coffee/tea, spirits and wines). We drank until we had cleared what’s on the menu, we requested the bartender to recommend us or give us what they could offer (foc) and they really gave it to us!
Nice experience!
GGuest UserSix bottles of drinking water are provided in the room every day. It is very good. The snorkeling environment is very good. It is a few meters away from the trench. It is very comfortable to take a bubble bath every night. There is a Chinese service staff at the front desk. You can take a speedboat to go to the nearby sister island for free. Snorkeling, meals are all ordering systems, It tastes good. The service staff on the Internet are very enthusiastic
