"It was a very convenient location near Adventure World and Toretore Market!
As soon as I opened the front door, there was hair lying around, and I thought it was understandable since it was easy to see because of the white floors, but when I went down to the first floor, the smell of sewage was coming up from the dressing room and it smelled pretty bad.
When I opened the bedroom door, the smell reached the bedroom, which was a bit unpleasant, so I lowered the cleanliness rating, but I was satisfied with everything else.

KKikimama116I had an absolutely delightful stay at this hotel. Every aspect of the experience exceeded expectations — the room was impeccably clean, elegantly designed, and exceptionally comfortable. The staff were warm, attentive, and provided truly outstanding service throughout my stay.
The breakfast was particularly impressive, offering a refined selection of high-quality, fresh, and beautifully presented options that made each morning a pleasure. The location is ideal, and the facilities are superbly maintained, contributing to an overall sense of sophistication and relaxation.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a premium and memorable stay, and I very much look forward to returning in the future.

The seaside corridor is also stunning, and there's a dedicated hot spring area for foot soaks. The public outdoor hot spring views are also great. The only downside of my trip was the room I booked, which was supposed to have an indoor hot tub, but it turned out to be just a regular bathtub. Although the staff explained that the water was indeed from a hot spring, it still felt disappointing, so I didn't use it. I contacted Ctrip customer service about it, and their handling of the issue was very satisfactory. However, the public bath was a delightful surprise; both the environment and the soaking experience were incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend the dinner buffet. Even though it's a buffet, the ingredients are fresh, and the variety is extensive. You can even grill your own food. The tempura was exceptionally delicious, and they had Haagen-Dazs ice cream! Breakfast, however, wasn't as lavish and was quite simple. Overall, I'd say I'm satisfied.

AAnonymous UserThe room was a bit smaller than I expected, and the facilities were a little dated. However, the sea view was absolutely breathtaking – it was so refreshing to open the curtains to that sight.
The hotel offers direct access to Shirahama Beach from its first floor, which was super convenient for swimming and watching fireworks.
It's also very close to the dining street and Daiso, making shopping and eating incredibly easy.
The bus stop is just a minute's walk from the main entrance, making it easy to get to attractions.
The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of options, including both Japanese and buffet styles.
The hotel service was excellent – the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed.

GGuest UserThe hotel environment is clean and beautiful, and the service is very attentive. The breakfast buffet is abundant. We chose a Japanese-style (tatami) room, which was spacious and tidy. There's a large public onsen on the top floor, and private onsen baths are also available for reservation (3500 JPY per session). The swimming pool wasn't open, so we missed out on that. The location is very convenient, right next to Shirahama Beach. The only minor drawback is that the hotel is located on a hill, so walking up the steep slope back to the hotel every day was a bit of a challenge for our cardio and stamina, but we just considered it a workout, which was fine. If we come to Shirahama again, we'll definitely choose this place.

The hotel restaurant needs to be booked in advance, and there are no convenience stores nearby, and the restaurant is also far away. Remember to book a restaurant when you check in, otherwise you will have to go hungry. The hotel does not have Chinese service, and English communication is a bit difficult. The hotel's public bathing is free, and there are open-air bath seats. It was windy and rainy on the day I went there, and it was super cold. It was very comfortable to bathe. The location of the men's and women's bathrooms will be swapped, so remember to look at the sign at the door and don't go the wrong way.

GGuest UserThis is the best hotel experience! It's perched on a hilltop in Kushimoto, and the lobby offers an unbeatable ocean view. You absolutely have to choose the one-meal-two-stay package; the buffet dinner runs until 9 PM, which is perfect for a satisfying meal after a day of sightseeing. They have a great selection, including tuna sashimi, a special tea-rice dish, Western cuisine, and more – definitely a top-notch buffet.
My favorite part was the public bath. There's an outdoor section with sea views, which is incredibly relaxing. The waiting area is spacious and even has free ice cream bars, which the kids absolutely loved.
The most relaxing aspect was the happy hour in the lobby, with unlimited beer, wine, sparkling drinks, and snacks. You can just sit back and enjoy the blissful ocean views.
The only downside: there was a strong musty smell, especially noticeable and persistent when it rained.

However, because there are indoor and outdoor hot springs, many locals stay there on weekends, and the lobby bar offers complimentary snacks and drinks, making it good value overall. However, the hotel's location is remote, and there aren't many restaurants nearby, making it very inconvenient if you're not traveling by car.

༒༒࿈F༙྇lowerduobaoのma࿈༒The Japanese-style tatami room was very clean, but when I first entered, there was a strong grassy smell. The service was excellent; every staff member was very attentive. There was a Chinese girl at the front desk who was very lovely and patient. She took every matter seriously and meticulously solved every problem. Having her there made us feel much more at ease.
My favorite spot was the tea and relaxation bar on the second floor of the hotel. Whenever I wanted coffee, I could go downstairs and have it freshly ground, which was fantastic. The hot spring was also great and very clean. The cleaning staff, an adorable white-haired grandma, even played with claw machines!
It's highly recommended. The bus stops right at the entrance, which is very convenient.
