I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience. OVerall a lovely hotel and super nice staff at reception. Rooms are very spacious and nice comfy beds. Slight communication error when we asked for a tuk tuk and he took us to somewhere we hadn't asked & good job I has my google maps to recognise we were headed to wrong place! Pool is lovely for a swim and nice to have complimentary drinks at 430pm too with a little snack, the games area upstairs was fun too but just very hot up there.

Hotel was beautiful, expensive but worth the money.

The hospitality was excellent and breakfast was sumptuous . They provided hot meals and it was the best. Different types of idly’s served was just awesome. Front office was caring and helpful and provided a very welcoming environment. Check in past midnight was fast and efficient . Rooms were large and the bed and pillow was of high quality . We were able to sleep within 5 mins. Aircon was clean and fresh.

Great location, right on the ocean! Suite with a balcony and ocean view. But the room hasn't been renovated or even thoroughly cleaned in a while. The upholstery is stained, the rug by the bed is dirty. It's not even worthy of a 5th-star hotel, or even a 4th-star hotel.

Всем рекомендую данный отель. Все очень чисто, очень вкусно, очень душевно. Весь персонал рад тебе и готов помочь. Мы были тут в гостях одни сутки после месяца пребывания в аюрведической клиники. Так что у нас был и завтрак и обед и ужин. Муж ходил в спортзал а я на массаж лица. Спортзалтне большой,но необходимый минимум имеется. Бассейн не глубокий,но чистый. Лежаков мало, но они все свободны) в ресторане все вкусно и с заботой о госте. Удивило отсутствие рыбы... в СПА хороший массаж и косметика просто отличная. Перед процедурой комплимент- хамам. Мне очень пониавился халат в кабинете СПА, я бы хотела купить такой. на следующий год приедем снова в Индию и остановимся тут уже на 2 ночи. Все отлично. Управляющий отелем большой молодец, отличная команда!

The property was excellent and well maintained. The staff were very warm and attentive. Would like to book again. The only slight glitch was in the breakfast rates. We had made a booking without breakfast. As per trip.com offer breakfast rate was Rs 450 per person to be paid at the hotel. But the actual rates were Rs 750 plus tax. So double check the rates with the reception before availing.
