Excellent value for money The room is very spacious and well equipped. Although it is slightly old, it is very clean and tidy. The key is super affordable. What else is it in the early 100s a day? The location is very convenient, there is a coffee shop, restaurant, small shop, massage shop, within seven or eight minutes walk to the small supermarket and 711, there is a night market at night, about ten minutes to the Sapporo Pagoda Scenic Area, the hotel staff are very kind, work seriously and responsible, Some will click simple English, some will click simple Chinese, communication is not a big problem, very good. The doorman is two cute puppies, the small one is very quiet, the big knife mouth tofu heart, love to call but in fact very close relatives 🤣 out of the hotel and walk east for 20 minutes to the Li River, the photos are basically 20 minutes near the hotel. The service and manner of employees are very exceptional. Hotel ambience are great for relaxing but during the day I stay in there’s a seminar or event until midnight so it’s very noisy. I ask for late check out on the next day so I can rest for a while. Another thing that not enough for guests is bicycle to ride along the river to walking streets and markets.

The hotel looks like it just opened. It's very new.
There's a lot of parking because the parking lot is around the building.
The location is really good. You can walk to Naga Square and the walking street in 10-15 minutes.
No deposit required. In the morning, there's tea and coffee.
The staffs are friendly and always greet you.
The room size seems smaller than other branches. I'm not sure.
Because when you open the door, you can see the end of the bed at this branch.

BBullrun49We booked the family room for 4 adults, the room is perfect with facilities, but its view terrace is so obsolete, but anyway the view is so so nice that you can see MaeKhong river with Laos mountains and clouds flying around those mountains that is background.
The surface inside the toilet can get you skid, it is too slope. Plus, water is drained too slow when you take a shower.
Every beverages inside the fridge are charged, even 2 bottles of water. Fortunately, there are 2 bottles of water provided for free of charge but it is hotel brand, I think it’s non sense because I paid almost 3K baht, yet the brand water and orange juice are charged. Thus, this was the thing I thought it was not worth it than what you paid.
Breakfast is plain Fried Rice, other 2 stir frieds, and salad bar, others are local menu for example Khaopeak, Egg pan, those are delicious. There are 2 coffee machine. Coffee is that you can drink.
The date I was there during the long weekend, so there were various tourist groups, as you might see many baggages put around the front desk.
Staff is nice. This hotel seems belong to CP, I am sorry if it was misunderstood.
Thus, every is OK except the branding water inside the fridge is charged.

CChris1st day arrived. Back door to room . I checked not locked and window not locked . I stayed o. Ground floor alley way . I find this a problem in Thailand always check doors and windows . I walked to the river and returned. Wanting a skower went into bedroom . Cockrochers running up around sink and cups. Lucky i carry fly spary but couldn't shower until morning . Smell of fly spary . Walking back to hotel . Got bailed up by 3 dogs coming at me . I walked back into town cross the road dogs come out to centre line . I reported it to reception . Told the Man . He said yes and showed me 3 fingers . So understood . One day some be biten . Be aware at night time

GGuest UserDidn't know that my booking has to be only second floor, I normally stay at the river hotel which I don't have to pay for higher floor and of cuz it has nicer views. Since I want to try staying in alternative places cuz I plan myself to visit nakhon panom every January for better whether so I find myself not happy with this.
Might go back to the river hotel next time. The good thing is all staff are very nice and attentive. The hotel location is quite away from centre you better drive to stay here, 12-15mins drive to town.

A lot of breakfast I like the one that has bread with filling. I'm not sure what it's called, but it's very delicious.
The room is clean, the air conditioner is cool, the bathroom has good water flow.

You can hear everything the next room says, but it has nothing to do with the service. The staff is friendly 10/10, the food 10/10, the facilities 10/10 (I recommend the kuay jap at Breakfast, it's very delicious). 5 star service, especially the cook team.
