Location is great, right at the Lee Garden shopping street. Hotel appeared to be a bit run down and old, but so far well maintained. Free drink at hotel bar for certain room types. The room price is a bit high consider the hotel conditions, maybe it's chain hotel thats why is pricey

Overall the room is spacious. And basic amenities were good. But the housekeeping staff that make up the room was not very consistent with the amenities replacement. Such as the water bottle, we have one opened bootle of water from last night. So they took that bottle, and placed another new bottle of water to our room. So they have short change us of 1 bottle of water. And the last night of our stay, toilet paper was given 1 roll only. But the previous night, it was 2 rolls. These were little things that give us as a tourist the lasting impression.

This is the second time im checked in the hotel after 2 weeks. As i said previously, this is the best hotel im stay if compared with the same star and the same rate. There are free worries parking. Only one thing needs to be highlighted: water pressure is low for the bathroom. And confuse, the room light uses warm light instead of daylight. Honestly, it might feel the room and the shower room dark. For select this hotel, due to i have own transport, so no issue if wanna go to hot spot area Kimyong Market, Lee Garden. If u stay at this hotel, the convenience place is: 1. Central Hatyai (beside to hotel) 2. Big C Extra 3. Go Wholesales (similar like Makro) 4. Makro ( opposite road hotel) 5. Samila Beach 6. Floating Market.

Spotlessly clean, incredibly welcoming, and offers the best service. The duvet and mattress were so comfortable, I got the best sleep I've ever had in a hotel!

The hotel was comfortable, the air conditioning was excellent and ice-cold, and the water pressure in the bathroom was good. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic – it was definitely my favorite part of the stay! The swimming pool was decent as well, though it looked like it could use a bit of maintenance. There aren't any 7-Elevens or massage parlors in the immediate vicinity, but you'll pass by them on your way back to the hotel, so it's still quite convenient. The area around the hotel is very peaceful. If you prefer a quiet environment and dislike noisy surroundings, this district is perfect for you.

I returned here after 2 years, they have maintained the premises well, expanded and accommodated well to the changes in terms of variety of food at breakfast, services at the hotel. Due to being in a little isolated area, having a bar operate till late hours, adding a few more options to the menu, having more lights leading up to the hotel and parking to ensure safety may be a great addition. The pool may get a little crowded some hours but otherwise overall, great environment!

An excellent hotel! Of all the places I've traveled, this is by far the most comfortable and cleanest hotel. I even extended my stay for an extra night. This was because we booked a deluxe twin room, which was very spacious and came with a bathtub. Being on the top floor, it was incredibly quiet with no disturbing noises, and we had a very peaceful sleep. The shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom smelled wonderful; I absolutely loved their scent. A big thank you to the housekeeping team for keeping our room so spotless. The front desk staff were also very nice, always smiling, and staff members even helped us with our luggage, providing excellent service overall. Greenway Market is nearby and easily accessible on foot. For other dining spots, we simply used Grab, which was very affordable. It only took a few minutes to get there, mostly because I was too lazy to walk. This hotel was truly our favorite and the most satisfying for both my boyfriend and me.

The hotel itself is located near the heart of Hatyai with a bustling street with food and many to shop about around it. They provide great amenities with food, massages and karaoke rooms. Their customer services were acceptable, we came from Malaysia and booked 2 rooms with a parking. Upon arrival they said the parking was full, so we reserved a parking and came back at night and there was still no parking. My car was parked in a non-parking area The parking security then expected me to come at 12am midnight to re-park the car which was not confirmed that I would get a spot. They then said that they would do a wake up call for me at 7:00AM morning to move the car.  Another problem I encountered is how badly arranged the car park is it took me 1 hour and 30 minutes to get my car out of the car park, that was only possible after opening the back of where my car was parked to get out.

Location wise the hotel at middle of town, so it easy to move around to next attraction. Below the hotel has night market sell foods, clothes, and etc, plus busking by local, massages, stalls

I booked the Luxury Room (3D2N), clearly stated I was travelling with 4 children (12, 10, 8 & 6). The booking policy said children of all ages are welcome. However, at check-in the staff insisted the room could only fit 2 adults + 2 kids, and demanded I book another room for my other children. Despite explaining, they refused to accommodate and told me to “deal with TRIP” if I wanted to cancel. In the end, I had no choice but to book another room for my kids. This unexpected situation was very frustrating, inconvenient, and disappointing, especially as it disrupted my family travel plans and added unplanned costs. It left a negative impact on my stay, as I had originally booked with the expectation that my family could stay together comfortably in one room as stated in the booking policy.
