The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and introduced us to the relevant information we were interested in. We just asked about the cabinet door in the room, and the lady came upstairs to check the cabinet door in person, which made us feel at home. The room is large, and the public space on the first floor is also large, which is convenient for guests to rest. There are many passengers staying at the Holland America Cruise Line, and there is a peaceful, leisurely and elegant atmosphere. The hotel is in a good location, and it is very convenient for shopping and refueling. A very good stay experience.
I stayed for a day, and when I took a shower, I found a layer of small sputum on my leg, especially itchy! ! I took a bath every day, I didn't have it before. I just lived here, especially disgusting. The sheets here are not too dirty. I think it is uncomfortable. I have scratched it. The last one was a skin disease. The room was clean. Change the sheets! ! ! too disgusting! Going back to China, I have to check my blood.
Absolutely satisfied, very close to the cruise terminal, walking past. The waiter's service attitude is good, there is a Chinese restaurant nearby, Lemon tree.
The location is good, very close to the National Park and visitor centre. It has a restaurant and coffee shop and a shuttle buses. The hotel is very aged, needs a full upgrade. The fan is very old and noisy. When the next door room using shower/toliet you can hear clearly. All the towels/sheets should be for many years without change, small, hard and in dirty colour. The back door has no lock, using a wooden stick instead. The cleaners and front desk are untrained, they gave us a wrong instruction to our tour and ended up we missed it. When we asked for a room service to a cleaner, 2 managers came in and asked why we needed a room service(we only need to have a new towels and get rubbish removed). We were charged $44 for a luggage transfer fees when we check out( we’re not told when we checked in).Compared with other hotels at this area, the price is much higher. Princess lodge cross road is a much better choice but it was full when we booked it
Hotel location is good! It is very convenient to buy and eat from Wal-Mart. It is closed at 12 o'clock in the evening. There is a kitchen in the hotel where you can cook very well! The hotel service was very good. It was called at the early morning and the hotel was dispatched.
The most satisfying hotel in the entire Alaska trip, very clean, with laundry baskets, this detail is too intimate. Although there is no breakfast, I still stayed for two consecutive days.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe location is good, very close to the National Park and visitor centre. It has a restaurant and coffee shop and a shuttle buses. The hotel is very aged, needs a full upgrade. GGuest UserThe location is very convenient, there are many restaurants and shops around, it's right outside the station, and it takes 15 minutes to get to the airport. The hotel has a good view of the snow-capped mountains from the upper floors, and the breakfast is simple but enough.
GGuest UserAdvantages: 1 The bed is larger than two 1.5cm beds 2. The room is spacious and relatively new, it should be renovated in 2022 3. There is free breakfast, the water dispenser provides hot and cold water, there is a canteen selling instant noodles, and there is a microwave in the room 4 .Free pick-up and drop-off services to the airport and train station. The train station is very close, and the ticket exchange is very fast. It is enough to arrive half an hour in advance. I think it is no problem to arrive 15 minutes in advance. Disadvantages 1. It is a 15-minute walk from the center of the town. There are several hotels in the center which are more convenient. 2. It is close to the train. It's a bit noisy on that side of the station, with trains honking every hour, even at night.
ああやかWe used it for one night.
The free shuttle from the airport came in about 5 minutes when I called from the airport.
Check in late at night, sightseeing in the city the next day and going to China Onsen from the evening, so I regret that my hotel stay was short.
If you are lucky, you can see the aurora from the room, and I woke up several times in the middle of the night and checked the sky from the veranda, but unfortunately I couldn't see it.
In addition, there are many stuffed animals in the lobby and corridors? There are paintings, and there are small but fitness rooms and saunas, so I wanted to stay more and enjoy it.
GGuest UserStay at ramada was a 4/5 with early check in and nice and supportive staff. Location was near and walkable from downtown. Every excursion pickup point is literally 5-10min walkable from hotel.
Only reasons for not giving 5/5 are
1. Room Phone was not working
2. Temperature control of Shower if our room was not working though they did provide alternate room just for shower purpose
I would recommend this hotel for nearness to downtown and especially friendly staff
AAlcantarait is a good place to stay; it is very convenient, near the airport, a 3-5 minutes drive away, some tourist attraction like Pioneer park, pikes ice bridge, and Fred Meyer. the hotel is very clean, they have free coffee at the front. but there is no housekeeping. they didn't clean our room for 3 days, so i assumed they didn't have a housekeeping daily. the staff was very friendly, except for the lady with the blue/red highlights on her hair; she was mean to my daughter.
GGuest UserThe room is a large room, very spacious and bright, we stayed for two people, sleeping very comfortable, health is not bad, in the city, so the transportation is convenient, the meeting place for the tour group is very close, whether it is convention center or visitor center It takes about 5 minutes to walk, and it is very convenient to eat. There is a famous local American restaurant opposite, and the shopping center (JC Penney) is also very close. Most of the guests at this hotel are provided by the cruise company, so the front desk service is ordinary. I didn't book the hotel's breakfast, because this hotel is not like a hotel that provides breakfast service. , so it takes about 15 minutes to have a delicious breakfast for breakfast, because the breakfast shop in summer only starts after 10 o'clock, except for SNOW City cafe which starts early in the morning, and it is also delicious 😋
