"Hotel is fine, but the air conditioners - wall mounted under the window like normal at this price point - make the bed in room 304 vibrate.  Turned mine off, and still got vibrations from the neighbors' units.  Ugh.  Slept poorly.  And the only reason I was there was to sleep.  Will not return.  Will avoid the brand going forward."

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences, showcasing genuine care and hospitality. The service throughout my stay was exemplary. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring my stay was perfect. From the concierge who provided excellent recommendations to the housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless, the level of service exceeded my expectations. I also had the opportunity to relax at the hotel’s RIVUE Tower Pool, which was a tranquil oasis after a day of exploring the city. The facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were well-maintained and provided an additional layer of luxury to my stay. "There is a coat room, the bed is very comfortable, and the room has a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. Breakfast 3-4 types of bread, no vegetables, simple dishes such as steamed eggs, there is a shuttle bus shuttle, leaving early that morning to leave, too late for breakfast, the front desk will prepare a simple breakfast for you to bring Water, fruit, oatmeal, very thoughtful."

"We had above excellent service. The ladies and gentleman at the front desk were so friendly and nice. The sheets on the bed were so clean and crisp that you could smell the freshness. Breakfast was also great. This will be our choice of stay when coming in for the holidays to visit family."
