Website clearly states ”No Pets” , upon checkin we see several people walking their dogs on the grounds. So much for that policy.
I have allergies to dogs and can only hope that a dog was not previously in the unit we rented.
Overall clean, but the black mold around the shower head and around the top of the shower in unit 848 was a bit concerning.
Was quite surprised when getting hit with a $27.92 charge for ”Resort Fees” otherwise known as ”Junk Fees” upon check-out.
Was not informed of any additional fees upon check-in.
Office manager was unmoving on this.

A go to hotel when I'm in Boston. Newton is a suburb but you can be in Boston very quickly but no subway stations nearby. It's right over the Massachusetts turnpike (but I've never felt bothered by highway traffic noise) it's not in town but couldn't be closer to the highway that gets you into the city or directly to the airport. It's got a great bar connected called Social that has really good food and live music sometimes on weekends and another small, neighborhood style bar right across the street (Buff's Pub) that has solid pub food and some of the best wings in the Boston area. They will for sure have whichever Boston sports game on. Bar closes early though, maybe 11pm. A great pizza place and a few other restaurants and a liquor store in walking distance (and a Dunkin' Donuts). Service is always good, the pool is quite small but it exists and is old but clean. No gym. Breakfast is solid. Parking Garage too.
Breakfast was good, but not able to take back to your room. Additional deposit needed upon arrival not refunded until 14 days later. Would've stayed elsewhere if had known
The place to leave is very close, and the past is very convenient. The surrounding environment is also very good, and the transportation is very convenient. The super king bed can accommodate four people, a place that I like very much.
I like this hotel very much. It is very quiet. There is free parking. Breakfast is also good. But the pool water is very cold. I can’t swim. Later, I can run the gym. The room facilities are a bit old. But the air conditioning is very good. I wanted to stay a few more nights. Later, the room was full.
About a ten-minute walk from the subway station. It's not in the city center, but the distance to downtown is still acceptable. The air conditioning in the hotel was terrible. I arrived in late April and still needed the heating on. It was either scorching hot, with the room approaching 30 degrees Celsius, or not warm enough, only 19 degrees. When I asked the front desk staff, their solution was to restart the heating myself. However, after restarting, the heater made an incredibly loud noise, so much so that I needed earplugs to sleep.

Hotel location is great, parking is easy, rooms are big enough and clean.
The only problem we had is during the check-in, we were rejected to check-in although the room is fully paid, the reception reason is because we don't inform them that we are going to be late, we were late due to flight delay, and already exhausted from the delay, hoping to be able to check-in, yet the reception adamant that we didn't tell them ahead, in which our colleague which arrived earlier, actually already inform them (different person from the one handling our check-in). After Trip.com customer Service, Mr. Loui help us by contacting the hotel, we are allowed to check-in.
VERY SATISFIED with TRIP.COM customer service team.

This hotel offers a standardized, industrialized experience, which I found to be excellent. The shared showers and restrooms, serving four rooms, were continuously cleaned by staff, which was also great. The hotel is a 20-minute walk from the North Station train/bus station, and also a 20-minute walk from Boston Common/the start of the Freedom Trail. Chinatown is a 10-minute walk away. To get to Harvard University, it's a 10-minute walk to the subway station. Remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste when staying at hotels in the US. The Revolution Hotel offers great value for money. Also, US hotel prices can fluctuate a lot, so it's important to book at the right time and make a quick decision. Thanks to Trip.com and the supplier. Traveling abroad really makes me appreciate how well Trip.com performs, and it's no easy feat.

叶叶Staying in the same hotel for 3 days, the breakfast is not bad, one or two varieties are changed every day. Surrounded by residential area, there is a nice restaurant nearby SUPINOS RESTAURANT DANVERS MA
MM50307****The room was elegant, tastefully decorated, spacious, and well-equipped. The cleanliness was excellent, and the hardware exceeded expectations. However, one lady at the front desk had a very poor attitude; she seemed to look down on people, almost to the point of discrimination.
EEllebelleVery conveniently located within a short walk of the bus station. Large, spread out layout although Motel style, no interior corridors, so door and front window open to the parking lot. The room is a bit dated but very clean and I found the bed, shower and WiFi all good. Checkin was fast and easy which was a relief because I had a question about it and no-one from the property had replied to my email (calling might be better but I was coming from outside the country). Not the most scenic of locations, but it was quiet and felt safe enough. I would stay again for an overnight after coming on the bus from Logan. Thank you.
GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at the Briar Barn Inn. Our regular king suite was clean and cozy but also had plenty of room. It included a soaking tub and a walk-in shower, fireplace and a sitting area with Hulu Live TV. The bed was among the most comfortable we've ever slept in. Breakfast were croissants, scones and muffins the front desk told us were from local bakeries and coffee. It's a 15-20 minute drive to Crane Beach ($40 per car) and a 20-minute drive to Plum Island ($20 per car). It was our first New England inn experience, and it was a very good one. The restaurant was closed for July 4 while we were there.
GGuest UserThere was a slight delay in checking-in as the receptionist received a phone during the process. So he took that phone call and worked on that instead of putting them on hold. He also didn't know that the room had been paid for and wanted me to pay. I had to tell him that it was already paid for, after which he went back into his system and confirmed. Apart from that, there were no other issues. The roon was clean & spacious, the bathroom was clean and had a lighted mirror. However, it lacked a towel rack to hang new / used (wet) towels. The location is very easy to get to. Easy on & off the highway - I-195
AAnonymous UserThe hotel pool was fantastic and very clean. The front desk service was excellent. Our room offered a wonderful view, and it was so comfortable to just sit and enjoy it. The room itself was spacious, and parking was convenient. It's truly a great place to stay, and the breakfast was plentiful.
AAnonymous UserI encountered a rare tornado flood in the Hudson Valley of New York State. Water and electricity were cut off overnight. I booked two rooms on Ctrip overnight. I woke up in the morning and fled to this hotel in Chicopee. Arrived at 10:30 in the morning and told the girl at the front desk about our experience. After reporting to the manager, they arranged a room for us to wash and rest in ten minutes. At 1:00 noon, they gave us a second room. The hotel is just a few minutes down the highway. There are many restaurants around. It is very convenient. There is also free breakfast and free Starbucks coffee the day before yesterday. Clean, safe, good service, half an hour's drive from Amherst College
GGuest UserHad a great experience here. Rooms were clean and nice to stay in. Came with a refrigerator. Check in was fast. Breakfast was a typical cereal, muffins, waffles, juice and coffee. Eggs and bacon too. Check in was fast and efficient. Location is perfect if you are taking the ferry out of Oaks Bluff.
GGuest UserSmooth check-in and location is perfectly located next to a McDonald's, diner and gas station. Not sure of the amenities since I only stood here late at night only to sleep but It would have been nice if the room had a hair blow dryer, the floor needed a mopping, it felt griddy when I took my socks off and definitely change those full size beds to at least queen size.
GGuest UserService and Amenities section would have scored “5” if there was an iron in the room. The ironing board was present.
Location is tricky because you learn from listening to Directions that you must drive through a plaza and pass a Planet Fitness, then take a right turn. Some signage to Property would be helpful.
Otherwise, I had a great stay, and will go again.
