Have been a pleasant stay. Decent English spoken reception and truly care about your needs. Will surely come back again. Location wise it's convenient too for tourist as museum are in walking distance

There were too many bugs and I had to move rooms 3 times before it was okay. The rest was fine.

Lived in several rooms. Those above average did not raise any particular questions. But budget rooms are just average in terms of cleanliness. Also, the coffee supply was not replenished when the room was cleaned. It's clearly not worth the money, $15. Maximum $8.

The hotel is located in the center, very convenient for traveling. The hotel is clean, new, and has a very nice scent when entering the hotel and room. The receptionist and other staff are very cute and enthusiastic. The breakfast buffet is delicious, with a variety of dishes. The 4th floor is the gym, swimming pool, and rooftop. The room is not soundproof. The price of food at the restaurant is cheap, the food is not expensive.

The lobby look lovely, cute decoration of Tết, the lounge make good drinks… the room, bed is comfy, very spacious room, lots of space… my room is 514, at night or in the morning, theres always someone walking on top of my room or doing something, lots of noises, even late night, the room isnt sound proof, so u can hear all the noises, the morning even lots of noises when everybody wake up, breakfast not too hot, i come down around 8:30-9, some plate already out, take long to refill all the foods for late wake up customers… and the bún bò huế is something i never seen and eat before, its funny…. Didnt like the breakfast buffet that much… although its a convenient location, close to everything… walking distance to my favorite restaurant… thats a plus…

Central hotel next to the central market, nightlife and 3 steps from the ethnographic museum and 10 minutes taxi from the coffee museum I do not recommend because it is not a museum but a show room for a lamentable coffee brand, In Buon Ma Thuot there are fantastic craftsman coffees including Azzam, Soul I recommend highly. The bathroom is in another time it is the only accusation. The breakfast buffet is the best of the city and all hotels in the same standing. I strongly advise !

Clean room, lovely staff, location is in convenient area to visit the coffee museum. But it seems that I went at this time and still repairing, so the sound of crowing and buzzing all day, can't relax or at least sleep.

This hotel is really great! The room is big and clean, and the waiter is super enthusiastic, as if I were a VIP. The location is super good, there are many delicious foods around, staying here will double the fun of traveling! It is much higher than other hotels! I really recommend it!

It's a clean and simple hotel that young people would like. It has bright pastel colors and blind windows, which was very useful in the morning. It seems a bit expensive. I plan to use it again next time I travel to another city if the price is right.
