Nice resort, ideal for families or those who want a quieter spot away from the centre. Easy to get to centre by bus or uber. Lots of tour operators will pick up from resort for their activities. Clean rooms with daily housekeeping. Fridge and kettle in room. Bar and simple food available all week. Pizza restaurant Friday til Sunday. 3 nice pools. Very chilled out atmosphere. Would recommend

The environment here is absolutely impeccable, I must say. The lobby, rooms, pool, and rooftop restaurant are all beautifully decorated. As for the facilities, they're also excellent. Being a new hotel, everything is very modern. However, the bathroom has one major drawback: there's nowhere to put your phone if you're in the toilet area. Cleanliness is very good. Rooms are only cleaned if you notify the front desk daily, and that 'clean room' light doesn't seem to do much. Service, though, was just mediocre. The staff at the rooftop restaurant, in particular, had a terrible attitude, acting completely uninterested. The front desk staff were quite good at check-in, but poor communication during shift changes led to a significant amount of money being unjustly charged to my credit card. I only discovered this because I noticed the unreasonable charges in time. It took involving Trip.com and my bank to resolve it, especially since the charges happened 3 days after I had already left the hotel, with no email notification whatsoever. If I hadn't been vigilant, I wouldn't have known about these losses, as they only appear on the statement – this is truly awful. There's even one charge I'm still unclear about, but it's too late to investigate further. So, when staying at this hotel, you absolutely need to keep a close eye on your bill! This whole ordeal even affected my subsequent vacation, as I spent every day trying to sort this out!

L'arrivée s'est très bien passée, les chambres sont propres et les lits sont confortables (si vous aimez bien les matelas pas durs) pour ma part, j'ai très bien dormi. Grande piscine avec l'eau plutôt salée, belle terrasse et de nombreux choix de plats si on a envie de manger quelque chose sans aller trop loin. Le personnel est disponible et sympa! Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided. No toothbrushes. As there's no daily housekeeping, you can request fresh towels and tissues from the front desk. They provided beach towels, bath towels, face towels, small towels, and a bath mat. The location is good; it's about a 5-minute drive or a 30-minute walk to the downtown area. The pool is open from 7 AM to 10 PM. There's a free water cooler. The front desk had a Japanese staff member who was very kind! A shuttle bus from the airport costs $25 one-way, while Uber is around $100, so I recommend booking the shuttle bus online in advance. Buying a round-trip ticket saves you about $5. The price was reasonable, it was clean, and the location was great, making it convenient in many ways. Overall, 100 points!

The location is fantastic! It's very close to the train station, bus station, and ferry terminal, and just a 3-minute walk to South Bank Park. Service: I really have to complain about the service. I booked for four nights, and on one of those days, the room wasn't cleaned, even after I specifically reminded the front desk. The cleaning generally was quite sloppy; tea-stained cups weren't replaced, with tea stains clearly visible, and the bathroom faucet was covered in water marks. We were quite surprised to find such service and hygiene standards in a hotel of this caliber. Breakfast is à la carte with limited portions, one Western-style breakfast per person, which isn't really suitable for Chinese palates. We asked the hotel if we could cancel breakfast for the last two days, and they replied that it wasn't an issue for the hotel, but since we booked online, we'd need to coordinate with the third-party booking site. Although Trip.com actively tried to mediate, the hotel still refused. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to Chinese travelers.

Mould throughout wet areas. Major health hazard for my handicapped son who is a chronic asthmatic No maintenance done. Ceiling in several spots is collapsing. Toilet lid broken. Shower head unable to be kept upright so you can have a hands free shower. Balcony louvre screen panels were off the sliding rail so you could not slide them. Etc, etc, etc .....

Week Visit to Townsville and loved it. Great Location and very hand to everything you need.. Close to Cowboys Leagues Club and walkable to the new Stadium

Accomodating receptionist, beautiful, clean room with a lovely view of the pool. Fantastic facilities and great coffee in the Gin bar. Delicious breakfast on the 19th floor with amazing views. Central to Broadbeach, Pacific Fair, ****** and public transport. Perfect and memorable stay.
