Spacious room with a stunning sea view — nothing beats waking up to waves on Scarborough Beach, just a short stroll away. 🌊✨ Staff were consistently polite and efficient, making the stay feel seamless.
In-room dining available 24/7 was a big plus, with well-curated options that cater to different dietary needs.
The location is also very convenient — Coles supermarket is just nearby, along with ice cream and burger shops for a quick treat. 🍦🍔
A refined yet relaxed beachside escape — highly recommended for those who appreciate both comfort and convenience.
I will never ever stay here again . Firstly we arrived at 3pm (check in is 2pm) they then advised our room wasnt ready . Others were also advised of the same thing and we were all given a drink voucher to go to the cafe . That was fine , but then an hour went by , and the could not tell us how long it would be for our room to be ready . So we took off into town for dinner , we were then called at 5:40 to say that our room was ready . So we waited over 2 and a half hours !
We then got to our room only to find the aircon was leaking and the carpet was absolutely soaking , and there were stains/blotches on the bed covers . So we advised the front desk , went for a swim in the pool whilst they dealt with the issue. We then were told we had to move rooms , and it was a downgrade, they offered us free breakfast for the downgrade as the place was fully booked so there wasn’t really anything else we could do . The new room smelt musty and again the carpets were damp , as I believe the shower/bathroom must leak under the floorboards. I did advise the for desk that it’s a health concern as mold is definitely growing in the rooms . You can tell it’s been like that for a long time as the carpet colour along the wall are black . Such a shame cos the pool facilities are amazing , and the location. But it’s is absolutely run down and dirty .
Four years later, we stayed in the same hotel again, this time to see the famous ladder to the moon. We had dinner on the terrace outside the bar while waiting for the ladder to appear. The live band sang to cheer us up, and the atmosphere was full of festivals. It was great.
The second time I stayed in this hotel, the room was big and the bed was quite comfortable, but the only fly in the ointment was that the room I lived in was on the 2nd floor, but the elevator was broken, so I had to take the stairs, which was not very convenient for carrying luggage.
The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is perfect for the dolphin experience and the beach is stunning.
Only downside was the low water pressure in the shower, which made it a bit less comfortable.
Overall, a great stay with excellent service—just hope they can improve the water pressure for an even better experience.
A row of bungalows, the bathroom shower faucet is not tight and leaking, dripping all day; it is very close to the sea, and a small road is the seaside when you go out. There is a small beach where you can go down to play in the water. Each room has a fixed parking space. Both rooms have a large and small bed, the living room dining table is quite large, there is a refrigerator kitchen equipment, the dishes are very clean, because after use, it will be charged 50 Australian dollars, but I am useless, too lazy to wash, all use disposable supplies. Request to check out before 9 am, otherwise an extra AUD 50 or half-day room fee will be charged, forget it.
Walking distance to town so a g reat location , a little noisy doors bang really have e to be careful how you close them ! Can hear neighbours if they are noisy !
Stayed before and always happy great value for the money.Idid find this time the bed was a little uncomfortable too firm can feel every movement from partner , so no picker springs ! Usually good though. Pool was warm and clean .
Located in the center of Besselton, the loft is loft, the lower living room and kitchen (the hotel has cultery), and the upper bedroom and bathroom. Next to it is a hotel run by locals. There are all kinds of common and uncommon wines, which are much cheaper than Sydney. Across the street are coles, and a kilometer away is the beach, perfect for watching the sunset. Overall, the price is not expensive and the facilities are complete.

MM318418****The hotel is incredibly luxurious! The outdoor swimming pool is heated and wonderfully warm, so I definitely took a dip! It's a must-try, but be aware it closes before 6 PM. I'm not posting any pictures of the pool myself, as I've only granted Trip.com access to select photos. The hotel also gifted us four boxes of Koko Black chocolates (eight pieces in total) and a bottle of champagne, as pictured. I also checked out the ******. It's huge, and I observed people playing. It seemed almost everyone was losing, so, my friends, I'd advise against trying your luck!
AAnonymous UserLocation: what's hot- centrally located near the CBD & ”heart of town”. What's not- one of the furthest in terms of walking from Perth station. There are nearer hotels if you are coming from the Perth train station.
General facilities: What's hot- contemporary Aussie art works line the walls of this building, inside & out, making it eclectic. What's not- unremarkable really. Standard features. Although reasonably new, if you look closer, much of the linen covered furniture (viz chairs) are stained and grubby close up. Swimming pool is small. Dining area is smallish.
Rooms: What's hot- beds & pillows are very comfortable! Probably the best feature of the room. Shower head is a rain shower! Always a mark of a great bathroom. The TV screen is large. They provide an ironing board and an iron, which is nice. There's also a basic Expresso machine, which is appreciated. The room windows are floor to ceiling-great views and light! What's not- no toiletries unless requested (eco drive). No tissue paper unless requested. No room slippers provided. No water- so you either have to boil it in-room, or walk to the 1st floor to get it from the dining room, which sucks. Carpets are designed to hide the grime, but on closer inspection, the stains are there, giving you an icky feel. The wardrobe area is severely limited, so it feels cramped when you have 2 people trying to share the same area. Could be better. There is no dedicated luggage stand, so you'll have to do with laying it on the floor. Pity your back & knees.
Service: What's hot- nothing really. All the politeness your expect from any hotel. Nothing remarkable. What's not- housekeeping service is inconsistent & poor. By any standards of a good hotel this is one big area that they need to improve upon. We stayed 7 nights & for the first half of our stay, we had to request for our rooms to be made up and on at least 2 days, there was no housekeeping at all. It almost felt like a third party service had been employed to take care of the rooms which was disconnected from the hotel's standards. An annoyance we could do without & a huge fail in my books.
Breakfast: What's hot- sadly, nothing great. It was ok, again, unremarkable in its variety, quality & presentation. What's not: if I had to do it again, I'd find breakfast elsewhere & save the money.
Conclusion: it was ok. Nothing to draw me back again unless I had no other choice. The fact that it's an Accor accredited hotel makes it even more disappointing. Between the poor housekeeping & the unremarkable breakfast, it's a pretty average hotel with limited repeatability if you had a choice.
AAnonymous UserBig room and very comfortable. Location is excellent with lots of shopping/restaurants within walking distance. Parking is charged an extra $40 per night. Only thing is that they don't provide basic amenities like toothbrushes
__WeChat221657****The hotel's location is pretty good, not far from the train station and very close to where we rented our car the next day, which made getting around easy. The room was also quite spacious.
EEuDI had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Northbridge. The room was spacious, spotless, and came with a very comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the CBD, within a short walk (less than 5 minutes) to Yagan Square and Perth Train Station. It’s also surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafes, and amenities, including a 24-hour Chinese restaurant that serves really good food. The hotel itself feels modern and welcoming, with nice in-room touches like a good-sized TV for relaxing after a day out. Overall, it’s a fantastic choice if you want convenience, comfort, and easy access to Perth’s iconic landmarks. Highly recommend!
GGuest UserA modern well appointed hotel ideally situated across from the famous Busselton jetty. A rarity was the free parking provided by the hotel.
Our room looked as if it was built only months ago, extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with great friendly service.
The only negative was an alarm going off at 6 a.m.. It only lasted for seconds with an announcement of a critical incident. The power went off and the door lock opened. Looking into the hallway neighbouring guests were exiting and the fire doors had closed so we dressed and exited also down the stairs.
Once outside we looked into the lobby to see all was normal. With another couple we approached staff to enquire about the situation. We were told it was a false alarm but unfortunately no announcements were made to clarify no need to be concerned. Returning back to our room via the elevator we found the fire doors still activated, so back to the desk. The other couple arrived seconds later with the same problem. Most concerning how lax management were about the situation. I’m sorry with a smile and too bad it happened. An hour after the power went off again and our door unlocked. I mentioned it on departure and they said glitches had been happening. Most disappointing end to what should have been a wonderful stay at a lovely hotel. Highly suggest a staff review.

GGuest UserBeautiful government building converted to a hotel.
Service excellent, gym and pool quite reasonable.
Not 5 star room wise, more along the country comfort motel style but reasonable, with poor soundproofing and cheap interior.
Restaurant quite good and staff excellent, breakfast the same as most, bacon eggs and a few extras etc.
Not outstanding by any stretch but a comfortable stay.
AAgnesCherOur room was quite big. It comes with a queen and single bed. There's a balcony but there's no view.
The hotel location is very good You can walk to Fremantle Market in less than 5 mins. You can walk to Kailis Fishmarket Cafe or Cicerello's within 5 mins.
It is also very convenient if you are going to Rottnest Island because you can walk to the boarding place near the E Shed Market without having to look for a parking there which is very limited.
Well the negative side is parking at the hotel is not free. It is AUD30.00 for hotel guests with multiple entries from 12pm till 12pm the following day.
