The hotel is in a prime location, and it is very convenient to go to the scenic spots on foot. The hotel's decoration style is elegant and stylish. The hotel's room facilities are complete and very suitable for vacation. The hotel provides free refreshments when checking in, which is very considerate. The hotel's buffet breakfast is superb, with a lot of quality, and it will be adjusted every day to give guests who stay consecutively a sense of freshness. In general, it is a great resort hotel and is worth recommending!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ensana Nové Lázně and overall had a very positive experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and has a lot of historic charm. We especially enjoyed the spa area, with the old Roman Baths being a real highlight and a very special feature of the hotel. The only downside was that we found the water in the pools quite cold. It would have been much more relaxing if the water temperature had been a little warmer. Our room was very nice, comfortable and, most importantly, very quiet, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was good, with a rich and varied selection. One aspect we found a little disappointing was the seating arrangement. Guests were assigned a table rather than being able to choose where to sit. When we asked whether we could sit at a quieter table towards the side instead of right in the middle of the room, this unfortunately led to quite a discussion before we were eventually allowed to move. A little more flexibility in this regard would make the breakfast experience more pleasant. Overall, we had a lovely stay and really liked the hotel. The beautiful historic setting, the Roman Baths and our quiet and comfortable room were particular highlights. With a few small improvements, especially regarding the water temperature and flexibility at breakfast, the experience could be even better.

We were very surprised upon arrival. Despite the hotel description suggesting a 24-hour reception, there was no 24/7 front desk at Hotel Elefant. We had to go to another hotel for check-in, check-out and even breakfast, which was not clearly disclosed in the listing. This was inconvenient and felt misleading. Another issue was the Wi-Fi: there was no password or QR code available in the room, and because there was no reception on-site, we couldn’t get the details. As a result, we were unable to use the Wi-Fi during our stay. In addition, some of the photos in the listing gave us the impression of a different view/setting. Once we arrived, it seemed that the actual hotel does not match some of the photos shown, which affected our expectations. The location is good, but transparency is essential. Please clearly state the reception situation, where guests must go for check-in/out and breakfast, provide Wi-Fi details in the room, and ensure the photos accurately represent the property

Overall, the hotel was excellent in every aspect, the room, cleanliness, service, and location were all outstanding. However, our experience at the restaurant during our first visit was disappointing. Despite having a confirmed reservation, the hostess insisted on seating us at the very last table, claiming that all other tables were reserved and already chosen by other guests. After we declined that table, she eventually agreed to seat us at a somewhat better one. What was surprising is that after we finished our dinner, the restaurant remained largely empty, which made the initial justification confusing and left us feeling uncomfortable. The interaction came across as unwelcoming and, unfortunately, felt discriminatory. Aside from this incident, everything else about the hotel was truly excellent.

A magnificent modern hotel that breathes new life into the resort. This is an unexpectedly chic hotel at a very attractive price! I'm genuinely surprised that a place of this caliber has appeared in Mariánské Lázně – with upscale, modern design and quality furnishings. I really dislike old, 'tired' hotels, and that factor always deterred me from visiting spa towns. But this hotel is a completely different story. It has every chance to attract a younger crowd and literally inject new life into the town. The hotel is beautiful and luxurious! The excellent work of the designer is immediately apparent; every detail has been thoughtfully considered. Right in the reception area, there's a drinking spring (as I understood it, the 'Forest Spring') and special mugs. Very convenient. Very spacious rooms with large modern TVs and an incredibly comfortable bed. Sleeping was pure pleasure. The hotel has a full-fledged, excellent spa area and a good gym. The rooftop bar was a particular delight. There are very comfortable sofas there, perfect for sitting and enjoying the panoramic view. Breakfasts are excellent! I was pleased to see an omelet station where everything is prepared fresh for you, as well as a good selection of fresh fruits and berries. The only thing I didn't particularly like was the dinner food. Compared to the overall high standard of the hotel, dinners seemed a bit weak, and the cuisine could use some improvement. If you're looking for a stylish, modern, and comfortable resort stay without the 'ancient' feel – this is definitely the place for you. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel is located on top of hills, which is not so convenient for travelers with luggage. There are 3 buildings within the hotel, 2 of them connected. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi are in building 2. My room is in building 3, seems to be newly renovated. Spacious space for a single room with a view of wood forest and next castle building. The toilet and shower room are separated. Only 1 body-and-hair shampoo is provided. But the soundproofing is not so great, you may hear the talking and laughing from the nest room clearly at night. The front desk gentleman is so kind and attentive, highly appreciated for his service. The breakfast is average and could be crowded during holidays.

It was absolutely amazing experience to stay here. The hotel is located very centre of tourist area with lots of choices of restaurants and cafes. The interior and the room were stunning. Limited time slots if check-in and out might be inconvenient for some, but we arrived and left during daytime, so it was not a problem for us. The breakfast was also very tasty, albeit service was a bit inconsistent (the menu was provided on the first day but not on the second day and limited choice). Overall, we had very good time and we would love to stay here again.

My girlfriend has just started work in Cheb, so I booked this hotel to visit her. We stayed in room 12. The room was beautiful and very spacious with a corner sofa. The hotel is amazing and right in a centre of the old town. I will be booking this hotel on a regular basis and would recommend it to anyone else who wants to visit this amazing little town

Great location, luxury spacious room design, delicious and various breakfast with friendly receptionists and reasonable price. They provide dinner as well, strongly recommended! Daily different dinner offered such like grilled chicken, vegetables, salad, salmon, lamb, beef, sweets and fruits in the inviting harmonious atmosphere restaurant.
