The best Hostel we have ever stayed in. The location is perfect, close to the central station, the interior and the atmosphere is great, the staff is very kind and helpful. Many facilities to take advantage of, they offer rent a bike, the breakfast and lunch are excellent for the price!

We arrived into Copenhagen Airport and found the train to the Centre. Need to just make sure you’re on the right platform and going in the right direction. The hotel is a very short walk and we were not disappointed. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Our room was lovely and the breakfasts were also very nice. The only thing I would say is if you’re looking for quiet on a Saturday night stay elsewhere or shut your windows. Not a big deal for us but just a heads up. It’s very well placed for everything.

I loved this hotel! Clean, comfortable, smart, awesome location (5 mins from the central station by bus and 2 mins by metro), nice staff with reception open 24/7 and so many things to offer. I was surprised the price was so low since it’s got everything you could possibly need. I’ve had a perfect stay!

The location is 10 mins walk from central train station & metro station. Next door got supermarket. Plenty of restaurants and cafes around. The staff are attentive and always available. Hotel room is very clean, cozy, quiet & beds very comfortable. Breakfast is very good & got a few time slot to choose. Our standard room was large enough for both of our suitcases to be opened and still walk around. There is no house keeping during our 2 nights stay & no kettle provided in the room for us to made coffee.

We were flying from Italy via Copenhagen to the US. Arrived from Italy around 10pm. The walk over to the hotel was easy and short (signs to hotel along the way), check in was super fast (desk ppl were nice and efficient), room was nice and functional, the beds were comfortable snd the breakfast was great with many choices. One type of coffee but we were spoiled in Italy. 😂 Highly recommend it.

First time in Copenhagen and first time using a hostel with family. No worries as they love it, the hostel seems to be newly renovated and is clean and bright. Toilet/shower spotless with hair wash and conditioner supplied (actually whole hostel is spotless). Water still hot at 9:30am after a lot of shower use, have been in upmarket hotels that struggled to maintain hot water. Was surprised that the room was cleaned each day with fresh bedding and towels. Great location, buy the Copenhagen Discover card and it is super easy to get around, Metro/rail station within 5 minutes. We stayed for 3 nights on the first floor, we were not disturbed by neighbouring rooms as some said in reviews, yes the street is noisy with windows open, but when closed street noise vastly reduced. As it was warm when we stayed we had windows open (no air con) and still had a good night sleep. Nicely decorated ground floor reception and bar, comfortable seating and good range of beer/wine/coffee, also seating outside. The basement has a well equipped kitchen, pool table, games area on the left of the stairs and on the right of the stairs there are more toilets/showers and I came across another fridge freezer in addition to the kitchen. Would have no hesitation booking again when we return to Copenhagen.

The two male receptionists at the night shift are fabulous. They are not only nice and helpful in giving grocery and money exchange information, but also very willing to share the Copenhagen culture with us. They are very friendly which has given us remarkable hospitality. The room is not big but very enough for 2 person, yet, the tidiness is satisfying with this price. The window outside is the road and sea, quiet and beautiful, very enjoyable living. There is no toothpaste, toothbrush or slippers, please prepare for yourself, given that the hotel price is really low compared to other options. Will definitely recommend to friends or family who wanna come visit Copenhagen.

The location of the hotel is near to most of the attractions places. The hotel is also clean and comfortable to stay although it is not spacious.

Location: excellent. Just a relatively short walk to the train stations nearby. Amenities and conveniences all around. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. They are always available to you and ready to answer questions via the Cityhub app. (Psst. you can alter the colors of your Hub lights) Great and speedy Wi-Fi connection. Checking in and checking out is a breeze. You can leave your luggage at the lockers after checking out. Convenient! Lounge area is a great spot to hang out. There are drink vending machines, beer on tap and self-serve coffee machines available. You pay for them when checking-out and it’s affordable. I am a smaller person so the hub space and bed size was more than adequate. Bed was super comfy. They space guests out so you don’t have to worry much about noise and not getting a good night’s rest. There are charging and a couple of USB ports next to the bed plus a Bluetooth speaker for you to play some tunes. You’re also provided with fluffy towels and bathrobe. Communal kitchen - Basic amenities like microwave and kettle. Fridge: You can prep your food and store your leftovers in the plastic containers provided. You’ll just label them with your room number and date of check-out. Do bring flip flops for the showers, or you can buy basic toiletries from the vending machines. The spacious communal toilet area has shower and toilet stalls for privacy. Everything has been clean, private and most importantly, safe. Overall a fantastic experience!

Stayed here with friends and the room we had was super clean and the bathroom is of course small but it’s really clean and there were more towels available. The bed was good and with the price we paid, it’s worth the stay. We will definitely stay on this hotel when we visit CPH again..

We booked a room through Hotwire.com and were very pleased to find that we got the Mayfair Hotel in Copenhagen as it is very conveniently located in the Vesterbro area. We only booked for one night on the way to Schweden. The Hotel is very nice and big, but now here is the not so good bit. We booked the third an most expensive a twin room and we got a broom cupboard as a room. It had a 150cm wide bed, but you could only get in from one side. The bathroom was also beyond his heydays. If they want give you room 1044 decline it. With two people in it you could barely turn without hitting each other. Needless to say we were not happy with the room and went to complain. The manager was very apologetic and got our points. He offered us an upgrade to a bigger room, which had a nice king size bed. He wanted another DKK 260.00 for the night. In the end we got it cheaper, because we wanted a better room an were tired. In fact I would have expected a free upgrade but that did not happen. From a business point I would hire that manager, because he was very good at upselling. Just of this review, give room 1044 a wide birth

Very well located for an early flight out of Cph. Friendly and spacious when you enter. Nice staff (the ”manager” could learn some of his staff he didn't have his best day (i hope) Nice part of town with places to eat (I recommend Cafe Le Perr right next to the hotel - se picture) and by stuff. Cool that the breakfast is served from 5:30.. and it WAS!! (and was well tasting). I was very surprised of the friendly hotel, and will be staying there next time i'm flying out of Cph on odd times

Long check-in and check-out time but the rest is good or excellent. The location is perfect for flight travellers. However, the check-in took a long time and I was the the fourth person in the line. The que was very long when i was checking in. I had to wait a long time (25-30 minutes). A couple and I tried to use the self check-in. But the self-checkin stations were not functioning. We had to go back to the long que. The ”receptionist” claimed (when I asked him during the check-in) that the waiting time (for check-in) is sometimes (amazingly) one hour. The ”receptionist” was alone. No other staff member helped him while several staff members just strolled around. The check-out took also a long time. A long que was built up, while the lonely ”receptionist” talked in the phone. He had a long phone conversation. None of the staff members helped him. The room was clean and quite. The breakfast was excellent. I give a relatively low rating due to the long check-in and check-out time. It is not specially customer friendly if you/the customer need/-s to stand one hour (in my case 30 minutes) in the check-in line after a 20 hours long flight route.

Well we booked this as a last minute booking on our way over from Sweden. If I was honest we didn’t expect much but we were so pleasantly surprised. The reception staff were great, and were a great help in letting us know where & how to get to the places we wanted to see. The on-site parking was a great bonus, as trying to park in the area would have been a nightmare. The breakfast was nice, and was well presented. A good choice for the price. The room was of a good standard, however there was a few coming & going’s throughout the evening, but I think that it could be expected as many traveler’s were either coming from or going to the airport. Overall, a well run friendly hotel in a good location.

If I could give 10 stars I would. My wife and I stayed here as a surprise 50th birthday for her..The hotel is absolutely amazing but most of all the staff are superb 100% customer service,they couldn’t have done anymore for us. I mentioned this is for my wife’s birthday and they went above and beyond to make this a special day. From the reception to bar staff are the most friendliest of employees. The room was amazing with views over the sea and all amenities you need. This hotel is located around 15 walk from the airport (I have walking difficulties) and this was no issue at all all flat and really easy to find. (Shuttle service before 8pm) The bus into the city was really easy and the 5C bus takes you straight into the centre for 30 krona and are every 10 minutes Late checkout was great and able to leave baggage in a secure location until you need them Really comfy bed and great bathroom with a smart tv to connect and watch Netflix etc. overall we had an amazing stay with an amazing hotel with incredible customer service. Thank you again for everything you did.
