It is on the Mediterranean Sea, but there is no beach next to the hotel and there are not many businesses around it. The hotel facilities are generally relatively new, but the quality of the service staff varies, and individual staff have bad attitudes. In addition, there were no towels in the room. I asked for towels to be delivered at night. After urging many times, they were not delivered until the next morning.

3 stars is a bit high. The hotel room is small, the glass windows are covered with mud, the bed is small, the quilt is damp, and there are no toothbrushes, slippers and toiletries. There are few types of breakfast. The price of the buffet in the evening is the same as that of the Sheraton next door. The dishes are much different. Drinks at the buffet are charged separately. The only relief is that I chose a sea view room and relied on the sea to survive the past few days.

Totally fine for an airport layover. Not as nice as the photo looks much more basic. Wifi didn’t work for me. Note no wifi at airport, and you need to call them on WhatsApp to arrange pick up. Return to airport at 5am was easy to arrange. 

we were two friends having two rooms and were staying during Ramadan, so we were the only guests there I guess.. they took care of us so well, we were very satisfied and will stay again in the near future

Un séjour absolument exceptionnel au Lounis ! Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueilli avec un sourire sincère et une attention remarquable. L’ensemble du personnel mérite une mention spéciale pour sa gentillesse, sa sympathie et sa disponibilité à toute heure, on sent réellement qu’ils aiment leur métier et qu’ils veulent que chaque client se sente comme chez lui. Les chambres sont impeccables, confortables et très bien entretenues. Le rooftop du restaurant, où l’on peut aussi prendre le petit-déjeuner avec une vue imprenable sur Santa Cruz, est tout simplement magnifique, un vrai moment de détente et de plaisir. Je recommande cet établissement les yeux fermés à tous ceux qui souhaitent vivre une expérience hôtelière chaleureuse et haut de gamme à Oran. Un grand bravo à toute l’équipe du Lounis Hotel by Atlantis pour leur professionnalisme et leur sens de l’accueil !

«  Belle suite et bon petit-déjeuner, mais problème de facturation et service à améliorer » Séjour du 4 au 11 août en suite premium avec petit-déjeuner inclus (prépayé en ligne). À l’arrivée, on nous a fait payer le petit-déjeuner car je cite « l’information n’était pas dans le système ». Après de nombreux échanges et preuves apportées, la direction n’a accepté de prendre en charge que la moitié. Conseil : ne pré-réservez ni petit-déjeuner ni aquapark, ni navette. Nous avons été plusieurs dans ce cas. vous risquez de devoir repayer sur place. Prévoyez aussi la caution de 20 000 dinars, première fois si un hôtel en Algérie que demande une caution et pour la récupérer il fait attendre qu’un personnel aille vérifier avant votre départ. Points forts : suite immense et confortable, bon petit-déjeuner, centre commercial attenant. Points faibles: manque de communication sur les services, personnel à former à plus de proactivité et au sourire. Nourriture très médiocre dans l’aquapark et des prix excessifs et il est ouvert aux non résidents de l’hôtel…sans compter l’odeur désagréable et les coups de sifflets interminables et insupportables des surveillants de baignade. Au prix de la chambre, l’aquapark devrait être inclus, le prix est de 4000 dinars adulte et 2000 enfant, si vous êtes résident de l’hôtel. Bon hôtel dans l’ensemble, mais gestion et service à revoir pour correspondre vraiment à un 5 étoiles. Je ne reviendrai pas en raison de la posture arc boutée d’un réceptionniste et du responsable au sujet du petit déjeuner,par principe.
