A nice one

We arrived in the evening after the visit at Loro parque (wich is close), only to see it and take a short stroll and breathe in the salty air, but it really seemed like a nice beach to lay on during the day. There are beach chairs and a lot of space to put your towel. The waves looked a little bit dangerous, but maybe because it was a little windy. There is a supermarket close by also and parking space at the spot.Went to Playa Jardin last month. Weather gorgeous, beach appeared lovely. Stayed about 4hrs until a rogue wave appeared and I was submerged in water. All my belongings were dragged into the sea as the wave retracted. I lost my i-pad as a result and a top I was wearing. A Spaniard helped to retrieve my other belongings including my shoes, my bag containing my phone and my shorts. My beach towel was saturated, but I had to carry it back to the hotel about 2 miles away. I reported the i-pad to the police and called the following day to collect a report which had to be signed for. It was all in Spanish so the accuracy is in doubt. Please sit as far back from the incoming tide as you can. It spoilt what was otherwise a good holiday. #themepark#zoo#nationalpark#lakes#beaches
