JW Marriott Hotel South Beach is one of them that does! For a small fee of $20 excluding taxes, all guests can enjoy the spa facilities like the jacuzzi, steam room and more. It was so cool that the steam room had strobe neon lights that changed colour every few seconds. Also, it just so happened that when I went, there was no one else around so I got to have the whole place to myself!
