We were woken up by construction from the unit next door. We complained and they said they'd stop it, but 20 minutes later it was still going on, so we called again and only then did they finally stop. Also, they didn't even provide complimentary water, not even a small bottled water, and we were in a suite room!

The room's cleanliness was acceptable, and the service was good. However, the air conditioning was noisy, and the room had poor soundproofing.

Our stay at Victoria Hillcrest Hotel was very pleasant. The location is convenient and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were very accommodating and always ready to assist, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, it’s a great place to unwind and enjoy a quiet getaway.

Best Hotel services, all staff are very polite and helpful, very fast food delivery to your room upon ordering , security top notch for foreign travellers, overall very peaceful stay ,nothing u can expect better in this price range anywhere else . I brought ready to eat food from my country the chef cooked and give it to me with proper serving (that the best I can expect from staff)

The room is huge. It even has a karaoke inside. The jacuzzi never failed me. Used it 4 times in a 24hrs stay. The bed is huge and the food tastes really good. The toilet flush is a bit weak. For the lightings, your option is either to have all lights in the bedroom on or off. No option to just turn on a lamp. But my overall stay is worth it.
