In the room 918 the carpet was stained and there was stains on the wall. The most disappointing thing was the the pool was under renovation so we were unable to access the pool and had to leave the hotel and go two towers down to tower 2 and use the pool there this was very inconvenient. Had we know the pool was under renovations we would have booked else where as the children were looking forward to that the most.

The hotel is in a relatively quiet location. The private beach is very clean and the service is very good. Facilities: not too new or old, well maintained. Environment: The aesthetics of the rich country are also good, very beautiful. Service: perfect. There were no problems from check-in to check-out. Can't fault it.

Was a very nice experience, my first hotel, the room, the food, reception and waiters from the italian and belgian restaurant very attentive and pacient. Just one advise, if i'm taking my breakfast and i leave the coffee in the table, don't take it if the personal just see me get in to the buffet 5 minutes ago. Just that. Thank you so much

Although it is a bit far from Dubai and takes a 40-minute boat ride, everything is worth it from the moment we get on the island! From the moment we arrived at the dock, we were warmly received and taken care of by every staff member. Each of them was smiling, polite, and very nice to the children. The luggage starts from the dock and is sent to your room, so don't worry. This island is the private island of the former king, and the more than 10,000 animals on it were also bought by the king. It was really great to experience safari at 6:30 in the morning. I couldn't go to Africa for the time being, so I pretended to be in Africa. Our guide was super good and helped us introduce it all the way. I was lucky to see a group of giraffes, with 30 or 40 of them. He said it was not seen every day. Breakfast is ordered, the product is great, and we had breakfast in the woods. When we were almost done, various animals came to eat, and the children were very happy. The swimming pool is heated, which is good, and there are small animals everywhere around. It's really a different experience.

People are fighting for omelette at the egg stations - and your eggs will go missing if you do not stay and wait (and jostle for your position at the same time) 2. Located less than an hour from the center. There is a silence that doesn't make a noise at night. It's a very luxurious place to see the sunset sinking in the desert. A place you want to visit once. All the staff are polite and wonderful, and the cooperation is really good. There are plenty of 々 activities such as camel riding, desert buggy, zip line, etc. A desert resort with everything.

It’s not a very pleasant experience. When I made the reservation, I said it was the first day’s dinner plus the second day’s breakfast and lunch. When I checked in at more than three o’clock, I said it was the first day’s lunch and dinner. The second day only had breakfast. Check in The procedure is very slow, lunch must be used up before four o'clock, there is no way to eat. When the swimming pool was booked, it was said that it would open at 7:00, but I was caught up to swim at 8:45. Only suitable for children to play

Absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed. The hotel's ambiance is charming and welcoming. The room was not only impeccably clean but also tastefully decorated. The bed was so comfortable that I had a great night's sleep.
