Had a lovely stay, the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. We requested a room close to the elevator and they gave us a spacious one just as we asked. The location is fantastic, especially if you're visiting during the Christmas market season; everything is within walking distance. The only downsides were the weak internet connection, so it’s better to have your own data plan if you rely on being online, and bed sheets are only changed upon request. Overall, still a pleasant experience and would recommend for the location, helpful staff and lovely spacious rooms!

We stayed there for one night to catch our flight without any stress. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Everything went smoothly, and we'd gladly come back. :)

It is beautifully renovated recently and the room is extremely comfortable. However, some staff appeared not well trained. There are a cleaner kept to open my door while I was in the room and I didn't know if he do the same while I was not there. Once he caught me just out of shower. It is really disturbing?

the location of the hotel was great as it was so close to the christmas markets and city centre and train statio. the staff were very friendly and helpful and tried to provide us with whatever we needed. however, sometimes the cleanliness of the rooms were not as consistent, but this is not a big issue since we could call them up to rectify and they were willing to do so.

Really enjoyed my stay at Hampton by Hilton Düsseldorf City Centre. The location is very convenient, especially being right next to the train station, which made getting around the city and to nearby destinations very easy. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast—fresh, varied, and a great way to start the day. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a short stay. Overall, a practical and well-located hotel in Düsseldorf, especially for travelers who value easy transport access and a good breakfast.

Good hotel, everything was clean and nice. Bed was very comfortable for me. Staff was great. Only thing that bothered me was that the breakfast was amazing on the first morning of my stay, but then a bit disappointing after - a staple like bacon was missing, there was no fried eggs, and I highly preferred the potato croquettes over the potato wedges.

The hotel is a short distance from the main station. Check in and out was easy. The room served its purpose but no additional facilities such as a fridge or tea and coffee. I didn’t have the breakfast but my daughter did for the two mornings so £30 was a bit expensive when she only had a couple of rolls with cheese and a glass of water.

Service: The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly warm and welcoming, with a friendly attitude during both check-in and check-out. Facilities: Basic toiletries were provided, and the room had decent soundproofing, making for a quiet night's sleep. Environment: The hotel is conveniently located not far from the train station and city center, about a fifteen-minute walk, which makes getting around easy. It's also quiet as it's not directly in the bustling downtown area.

I lost one day here. Waste it. Wifi did not work and nobody did not solve this problem. Just to say”sorry for that” is not enough if you come here for business and you have most important things to do in internet. It was Saturday and I could not get internet from outside (to buy SIM card or something like this. All day I watched TV, couldn’t do anything

The hotel facilities are excellent, especially the bed – it was incredibly comfortable to sleep on. Waking up to the sound of the Cologne Cathedral bells right outside the window was truly wonderful. Its close proximity to the train station makes it very convenient for transportation.
