This hotel is good value for money and located right at the highway exit to Troisdorf. Is was a quiet night and effortless check-out. Where it lacks are the basic amenities, like a bar and a restaurant, with guests having to resort to vending machines for the most basic end-of-day necessites. Also, the rooms and corridors could use a fresh coat of paint and the entire hotel would benefit from an overall refurbishment.

It is beautifully renovated recently and the room is extremely comfortable. However, some staff appeared not well trained. There are a cleaner kept to open my door while I was in the room and I didn't know if he do the same while I was not there. Once he caught me just out of shower. It is really disturbing?

Built in 1999, the hotel has an older design but is well-functioning. We booked a room with a church view, which was spacious. However, the bathroom only offered a 3-in-1 shampoo/conditioner/body wash, which doesn't quite meet the standards of similarly priced hotels in the city. A rather interesting feature is the grand lobby; at first glance, I thought it was a shopping mall! The piano bar on the first floor had a great atmosphere in the evening, until we realized the music seemed to be from a speaker and not actually played by a person, haha (or maybe the pianist had just finished their shift when we passed by).

The hotel's overall environment was incredibly neat and clean. The room was tidy and comfortable, with no unpleasant odors or clutter, making for a very pleasant stay. The breakfast selection was extremely rich, with a wide variety of dishes that tasted homemade and were nutritionally balanced, perfectly satisfying my dining needs. The location and amenities were very convenient, offering excellent value for money. The surroundings were quiet, yet transportation was easy, making it especially suitable for business travelers. I highly recommend it for anyone on a business trip; it's definitely the top choice for business travel.

Great service and hospitality, especially for the night reception Mr. Sami & Mr. kaebish keaghis who works in the day sorry if i spell ur name wrong and ofcourse the housekeeping for keeping the room so clean! Definitely a recomendation for friends & family only one woman from restaurant breakfast in morning who checks in the guest and took our payme u maybe can use a smile next time!

Great hotel that's easy to find and about 10 minutes walk from the train station. There's also a metro/tube stop close by The reception staff were friendly and welcoming unlike the bar man who completely ignored me but served other guests who happened to be white! Breakfast was good and there was lots of choice. The bedroom was spacious with a nice bathroom. I particularly loved the huge work area near reception which had lots of seating, quiet booths and power points I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel but for people of colour, be aware that the bar man obviously has an issue- I simply walked down the station where there are lots of places to grab your own drinks and hot food. The hotel also allows you to order food in.

Hygiene: The room was thoroughly cleaned and well-maintained. Service: The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly warm and welcoming, with a friendly attitude during both check-in and check-out. Facilities: Basic toiletries were provided, and the room had decent soundproofing, making for a quiet night's sleep. Environment: The hotel is conveniently located not far from the train station and city center, about a fifteen-minute walk, which makes getting around easy. It's also quiet as it's not directly in the bustling downtown area.

Very nice hotel, great location, very friendly staff, and a delicious, extensive breakfast buffet. We were a little late for breakfast, but the friendly breakfast staff made sure we could still enjoy the buffet ♥️

The hotel facilities are excellent, especially the bed – it was incredibly comfortable to sleep on. Waking up to the sound of the Cologne Cathedral bells right outside the window was truly wonderful. Its close proximity to the train station makes it very convenient for transportation.
