The room is in line with the pictures. The location is super good. It is at the crossroads leading to the Pyramids. It is conspicuous, but a little too busy. The yard is beautiful. The owner has ideas. The hygiene is slightly inferior. It is understandable that Egypt lacks water and has strong winds and sand. Check-in is fast, and the luggage is taken warmly. No tip is required. No messy recommendations are made. It is worth the money.
Very convenient location, right on the Giza plateau. Beautiful views of the pyramids. Staff are very accommodating and really try hard to please with the limited resources that they have. Right on the main road, so quite a lot of traffic noise for the rooms facing the street.
Stayed in Doudou for two nights, excellent service! Stayed for two nights, very close to the pyramids and the New Egyptian Museum. Osama and another guy at the front desk were very enthusiastic! They will try their best to help you solve any problems! !
I declare: This hotel is the most comfortable, satisfying and cleanest one I have stayed in Egypt for half a month! You can also see the pyramids outside the window. I really discovered this hotel by accident. As a Chinese tourist, I still care about cleanliness. I didn't expect that I could live in such a clean and tidy room at such a cheap price. All are newly decorated, house design and lighting, space, furniture, and bathroom supplies. I didn't expect that there is also conditioner! Loofah towel for bathing! It's great. The bedding is also brand new, with clear creases, and the towels are also new. I stayed for two days in a row. When I came back the next day, I found that the cleaning lady helped me change to a brand new one, and also helped me fold the clothes that were thrown around. It was really heartwarming. When I left, I came down a little late, which was also free. She also asked me how I was staying? The service staff were very enthusiastic and polite. When I went out, the grandfather took the initiative to help open the door. I felt so comfortable living here. I must book this one!
Facilities: The room is new and has no odor. Although it faces the street, it is well soundproofed. You can lie on the bed and watch the pyramids. The hotel has newly built a rooftop swimming pool and breakfast restaurant.
Service: The guy is very enthusiastic and speaks good English. I booked the wrong hotel the first time, but the owner of the same building helped me communicate and I checked in smoothly. After the trip to Egypt, I returned here and stayed for another night. It is cost-effective.
Hygiene: The bedding is OK. The hygiene is good near Giza. The building is also clean and tidy without odor.
Environment: It is within walking distance of Carrefour and the neighborhood is lively and safe.
The hotel location is strategic, you can view the pyramid from your room or you can reach to Level 5, there is a rooftop for breakfast. This building come with elevator but can fit maximum 3person (with luggage) at one time. Their front desk is helpful and one of the staff can speak Mandarin. The room sizes was quite spacious for 2persons. You can open the 28inch luggage fully. Cleanliness can be improved further and the furniture is aged. The water heater cannot last long and the temperature is inconsistent, so you have to bath quickly. We stay here for one night only hence we don’t really spend much times in the hotel. I will still recommended this hotel if you are looking for a hotel that closer to the entrance of pyramid and clean neighbourhood.
Beautiful view, super good staff, everyone very attentive to help, the breakfast food was delicious although it is not so varied, it was a very good hotel, that whole area is touristy and you can also see the light show from the terrace at no extra charge. When I return I will stay there again without a doubt.
The following are real pictures and videos I took when I checked into the hotel that day, and the room I stayed in that day. Hotel location: Cairo has convenient transportation. Hotel facilities: Take a look at the pictures for yourself, they were taken on the day of check-in. Looking at the pictures of bedding and linens, the bed is quite comfortable. Hotel decoration: see pictures for yourself. Bathroom: There is no dry and wet separation, as is the case in B&Bs. Hotel service staff: I personally feel that they are very service-minded. Although it is a B&B, the service is very good and I was quite careless during my stay. The hotel pictures match the actual room pictures. I had dinner at his house in the evening, and my aunt cooked delicious food. I bought fruit for breakfast. It’s really nice to watch the sunset over the pyramids upstairs from their house.

SShaunoghHotel is new and looks great. It’s out of the way from downtown which makes it more peaceful. We stayed a few nights, breakfast and the pool amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. However a few things to point out that I was going to but needs to be said. No privacy as workers working most of day outside of room so the window and curtains had to be closed or creepy men looking at you. Door connected to another room and not good sound proofing or insulation, can here everything other people are doing. Bed sheets had some blue dye stains on them the first night which was unwelcoming. Lastly, we decided to check out one night before, going to pay for mini bar things. The menu is priced in local money and not in dollars and doesn’t have VAT included, also a mini bar service charge is charged for the house keeper to refill which is hilarious at best as you pay for the room. That should include her to top up the fridge just as she would top up towels. Water isn’t free only a big bottle and not the small bottles so be careful. They don’t explain that clearly. So, once I saw my bill I tried to talk with front of house about it. He treated me like and ***** and said I need to pay in USA dollar and I said then why have a menu in your local currency. He couldn’t give me a good answer and just said all hotels do it. Then he started to laugh and tell me this is little USA money and so on and laugh again. I ended up paying my bill just to get out of the hotel as his attitude was poor and almost sarcastic. I paid then he said I’m welcome back be he will give compensation. I said well you wouldn’t help me swap a day to later in the week to return as early check out before so am good. Overall, we left the hotel in a poor mood and not acceptable. I’ve worked and work for these hotels and that is just poor. That was the biggest let down unfortunately.

GGuest UserThe room has one large bed and one small bed, which is suitable for a family with one child. The air conditioning is very cold, and it is not hot in summer. The pyramids are very close and only take about ten minutes to get there. There is a scenic restaurant at 12, where you can eat while watching the pyramids, which is very colorful.
GGuest UserThe staff are all very helpful.
The toilet and shower are also beautiful. There are soap, tissues and toilet paper.
The door has a key and a chain lock. There is also a safe in the room.
It was a very nice hotel. I moved to a different hotel now but I want to return to this hotel again (-_-)
TTimothyIf you want to be close to the pyramids, this hotel is well located. It's on a quiet street that is only a short drive from the GEM and Giza pyramids. However, there is nothing around the hotel and it's not pleasant to walk. The view from the rooftop and restaurant is nice, but not really from the rooms. Although I could see the pyramids from my room, there was a lot in the way and the windows were small and in the corner. My friends had the nice room with the windows on two walls, but there view still wasn't all that great. The pictures of the rooms make them look better than they really are. The staff are friendly and breakfast is great.
Ssakib binhasanThe hotel is one of the oldest hotels nearest to the pyramids. It's one minute walking distance to pyramids main entry. As an old infrastructure they tried to renovate at their best but however there may have lacking ie. Lights functioning, lock system etc. But I recommend all for their wholehearted support and generosity towards their guests. They are all the way helpful. You can also book transportation from them, I believe that will reduce your troubles outside with taxi negotiations.
DDafetahiGiza Pyramid Inn is very conveniently located, right in front of the Pyramids, offering an amazing view from the rooftop. The breakfast was very good, and the ability to wake up and see the pyramids right outside is definitely a highlight of this stay.
However, there are a few important things to consider. While the pyramid view is stunning, the neighborhood itself leaves much to be desired. The area is chaotic, not well-organized, and quite dirty. As this is a very touristic spot, you will constantly encounter people asking for money or trying to overcharge you for something, which makes it essential to stay alert at all times.
The hotel itself follows the same pattern. The tours they offer are significantly overpriced, likely because some people pay for the convenience, but the prices are far from reasonable. Additionally, we were promised a takeaway breakfast due to our early flight, but when the time came to collect it, they said it was not available. Despite confirming our departure time in advance, we ended up having to buy food at the airport, which was disappointing.
Overall, if you are staying here for the location and the pyramid view, it might be worth it. However, be prepared for the typical tourist traps and be mindful of overpricing. It’s a place that offers convenience, but with some frustrations along the way.
AAnonymous UserThis trip was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is very conveniently located, with a store opposite, so it is very convenient to buy daily necessities. The room is clean and tidy, and the hotel owner and staff are very warm and thoughtful. The staff uncle helped us carry our large suitcases and refused to let us do it ourselves (the suitcases were really heavy). The service attitude was excellent. The boss can speak Chinese, so communication is very convenient and enthusiastic. He answered all questions. We can see the pyramids from the balcony of our room! The pyramids covered by clouds at 7 o'clock in the morning, and the pyramids under the sunset in the afternoon~
