The hotel that exceeded expectations may be because there are no people in the off-season, but the service is really good. We set a garden view room with breakfast. The result was even lunch. Although the lunch was not very delicious, it was also earned for free! The breakfast tasted good, my friend said that I drank the mango juice here hahaha, in short, this hotel is very cost-effective.

Overall way a lovely relaxing stay. The resort is generally clean and well maintained. The rooms we booked were spacious and have a nice view on the beach. The breakfast is good but the quality and the cooking could be better. The beach is not large but there were always spots available. The water is calm and warm (in September) as it is an artificial bay not the open sea water making it very suitable for families with small kids. This is a plus since the many days the mediterranean can be high and unswimmable. The sea bed has some black sand underneath with faul odour but generally it is covered and not directly noticeable. The main downside is the location. It is about 30 minutes drive from the city center, with virtually no services around. One has to order either a taxi or have a car to move around. But there are delivery services if you need food if you ask the reception, as it might require an arabic speaker. Lastly, the staff are very friendly and were always eager to help.

The location was excellent and convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and services. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and welcoming. Everything was well organized, and the service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again in the future. The hotel is beautiful. Negatives: • My reservation did not appear in their system, and they seemed surprised that I had booked through Trip. • I had to wait for more than an hour. • Honestly, I was hoping that when Ms. Sarah requested a chalet near the pool and water games, it would be a warm welcome, but unfortunately, my request was not fulfilled. • Children under 12 stay for free. • The hotel’s activities are weak, but there are water games for children. • The beach is beautiful. • The hotel’s location is far from the main attractions. • Suitable for a stay of only two to three days.

Good luxury hotel, about 2 hours away from main city Alexandria. Was quite empty when we visted (1st week of October). The room was very clean and comfy, beach was great and the staff are very pleasant. We didn't get to try the pools but they seemed good too. Selection for breakfast and dinner was good, if not exquisite. My only small remark is that at this price range, I have stayed in more luxurious hotels in Hurghada, with all-inclusive access and better reataurants. It's a small nitpick, but I had to say it, since most hotels at this price range are quite close in quality and only the small details differ. I do understand the closeness advantage for north coast hotels vs Hurghada so that must be factored into the price.

Spending time at the Siwa Oasis was an unforgettable experience, and the hotel gave us great surprises. Apart from not receiving Wi-Fi signal in the room and experiencing a brief power outage during our stay (though those who know Siwa understand that this is completely normal and due to local conditions and infrastructure, which is completely understandable), every other aspect of the experience was perfect! What touched us the most was the hotel owner, who is incredibly awesome! He is extremely warm and responsible, always actively and promptly helping us communicate and resolve any needs or minor issues we have, making us feel very at ease.

My stay at this hotel started in a wrong way but turned out into a unique experience. I had some problems when I arrived because of some misunderstandings but Amani, the manager managed it very well and I had a very pleasant experience. She is very good at deal with her customers and make them feel welcome.  The place is magical, very beautiful and with an awesome design. You can just chill in the garden. I had dinner with her and some friends in the desert, they cooked everything with the fire, was an unforgettable experience. I wish I could stay more. I highly recommend it. The place will make you feel relaxed and slow down a little bit. 😊
