Onomo Hotel is great for those were on transit and have a late or early flight arrival into Casablanca. The hotel provide shuttle service from the airport which is helpful. There are not much eating places around the hotel, the nearest ones is about 30 to 40 minutes walk away.
Hotel is cleaned bed, comfortable and staff are super in their service.
The hotel has a large terrace, and overall I was quite satisfied. The only downside was that the rooms were a bit small. The breakfast was quite substantial for Morocco.
Fantastic hotel! The highlights include the pool service, the efficient housekeeping, and the restaurant staff. Its location is incredibly convenient: just a 1-minute walk to Ain Diab beach, which is clean despite being popular. A bus stop is only a 3-minute walk away, and a tram stop is 5 minutes, both offering easy access to the city's main attractions. The Corniche promenade, bustling with excellent cafes and shops, starts right outside the hotel.
We only had two minor drawbacks:
- The hotel is situated at the intersection of three busy streets, meaning road noise is audible around the clock.
- We occasionally spotted ants in the room.
Overall, the positives far outweigh the negatives, especially thanks to the exceptional pool staff: sun loungers are quickly cleared, fresh towels are always available on them, and if the pool gets busy, they promptly set out additional loungers.
We definitely recommend this hotel and would happily return!
I stayed here as a solo traveller for three nights in March, during the holy month of Ramadan. The hotel is big - inside a complex of large ones. I got the superior room, which I can recommend to other people. The place is close to the train station, convenient for trips to and from the airport. The tramway is also just a stone's throw away, so you have access to all parts of the city. In addition to being close to transport, there is also a grocery store and a Pizza Hut very close by. If you have an extended stay here - more than a week, say - you can use it as a base to travel to other cities. I took a daytrip to Rabat, which is only an hour away by train. Cities like Marrakesh and Fes, while farther away, are still train-accessible. The room in the hotel is a nice size, and has an interesting layout. On the minus side, the water pressure in the shower is weak. But all in all, I am happy with my stay. Thank you so much!
This guest house delivers exceptional hospitality with gracious, attentive hosts who make you feel truly welcomed. The property is located in a safe and serene area, surrounded by a warm and inviting atmosphere. My stay included beautifully prepared meals, as well as seamless airport pickup and drop-off at no additional cost. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, with all fees covered at the time of booking, allowing for a truly effortless and refined experience.
The hotel has a free airport transfer service and is very convenient. The room is large. The restaurant is very positive and the price is not expensive.
The water in the sink does not drain properly and tends to get stuck in the basin, which can be very inconvenient.
Please note that you need to prepare your own essentials, such as towels, a toothbrush, toothpaste, flip-flops, and similar items...
Breakfast options are quite limited. Among them, the omelet was probably the best choice.
Staff were very accommodating. The language barrier causes some confusion with room service but staff were very friendly and apologetic. Hotel is stunning and super clean, location isn’t amazing as you cant really walk anywhere from here, no malls or markets close by but cab distance for sure plus only a 25 min drive to airport. Definitely recommend.
The hotel is conveniently located close to Casa Voyageurs train station, which makes traveling very easy.
The staff are friendly, and the room is more spacious compared to other hotels in the same area that are more expensive, or hotels at the same price but in different locations.
Breakfast is included, but unfortunately I had an early flight to catch and didn’t have the chance to try it.
The Wi-Fi is fast, and there are plenty of restaurants and markets nearby, which is very convenient.

GGuest UserGreat location near the tram station close to restaurants and coffee shops a good money to value with a satisfying breakfast
GGuest UserStaying at Riad Old City Palace was pure magic – a hidden oasis in Fez’s bustling medina that felt like stepping into a warm Moroccan dream. The atmosphere is enchanting: intricate zellige tiles, cozy lounges with plush cushions, and a serene riad courtyard that whispers tranquility amid the city’s chaos. It’s the kind of place where every corner invites you to relax and soak in the authentic charm.
The staff? Outstanding! From the moment we arrived, they were like family – incredibly friendly, always available with smiles and genuine care. Whenever we had doubts about anything (taxis, markets, hidden spots), they were there, patiently answering questions, always picking up the phone promptly, and even guiding us with precise directions to local gems. They made our trip seamless and stress-free.
Food highlights were next-level. The late-night teas were a lifesaver after long days exploring – aromatic mint tea served with warmth and perfect sweetness under the stars. Dinners were flavorful feasts of tagines, couscous, and fresh salads that burst with local spices. Breakfast? A lavish spread of fluffy pancakes, fresh fruits, cheeses, and endless Moroccan pastries – we never wanted to leave the table!
This riad is simply a nice place run by the best team. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts – we strongly recommend it to everyone visiting Fez. We’ll be back!
GGuest UserGood location, good service, continental breakfast, a little old, that's it, sea view room, you can see flocks of seabirds landing on the trees
IIsmailThe room was decent and really appreciated the Shower amenities. There was construction work nearby so it wasn’t very convenient to park.
What we didn’t appreciate is that the hotel gave us a Studio instead of the apartment we initially booked without informing us. We asked many times but we never had a solution offered.
Also, You should ask to get towels and toilet paper. They were not provided.
Yyana unoWe arrive after midnight. The front desk was so nice and they gave us free upgrade to suite. The hotel is actually quite far. We'll, to he honest kinda my fault for not checking the location before we book it. 35 minutes walk from casa port, 25 minutes with the tram to casa voyageurs, and 40 minutes walk to hasan mosque. Good things is the hotel is not very far from the tram stop. The hotel room itself looks really nice, but not clean. The drainage to the shower was clog. So when we took shower, it started to flooding to all over the bathroom. We told the front desk about it. Bit nothing really don't with it. Also first day was there. I saw blood stain on one of the pillow case. Luckily they have lots of pillow inside the room. So I did not use it. The next night I saw they change the pillow case, but this time I saw blood stain on the blanket which was not there the night before. I thunk they should check them properly and clean it. From the picture u can see it is an old stain.
BBeijingtupangziThis hotel, run by Chinese owners, also features a restaurant. The restaurant is quite good; when you're traveling, Chinese food always hits the spot, and the taste here is just as good as back home, with generous portions. It's a bit pricey, but then again, all Chinese food in Morocco is expensive. The hotel rooms are clearly designed with Chinese guests in mind: there are slippers, hot water, four complimentary bottles of water, and even Shin Ramyun. They really understand what Chinese travelers need. The room was clean and tidy, with no issues except for a sticky residue on the toilet (possibly from a disposable toilet seat cover left by a previous guest) that wasn't cleaned off. Otherwise, it met the standards of a Hanting or Orange Hotel in China. However, the soundproofing isn't great. At night, in addition to the noisy Chinese guests in the ground-floor restaurant, there were other sounds, and I had to wear earplugs to fall asleep.

AAnonymous UserThe service was good; the receptionist was very responsible and even helped with my luggage upstairs.
The room was simple, but you could feel the care taken; the colors were consistent, and there was a small terrace.
I initially booked this hotel because it was close to the station, supposedly only a five-minute walk. But it's actually quite far; a taxi cost 20 yuan, and it was very difficult to find. Apparently, there's road construction going on, and the surrounding environment isn't great.
I was in a rush to go to the mosque, so I didn't have time to take pictures of the room.
AArturThe hotel is located on the coast line and very nice choice for 1-2 nights stands. The suits are equipped with kitchenette and laundry machine. The breakfast is standard nothing specious. Recommended to stay
GGuest UserThere are total 4 of us staying in the Riad for 3 nights.
Myself and my boyfriend room is at the 2nd floor
2 of our friends are at the ground floor next to the “living” area.
The Riad is located near the Main Street and it is very easy to find and navigate. Great location !
Inside the Riad it is nicely decorated too.
1. The room is huge and nicely decorated , clean
2. Staffs are very friendly and with minimal charges they will get the clothes washed too
3. Heater works very well
4. The breakfast was nothing special usually it comes with eggs and multiple choices of local breads and sweets with coffee and tea
5. They are very accommodating to our friends’ request to change to another room too
Point to note :
The shower and toilet are combined so the floor get wet after each shower
Overall we had a great experience here and would recommend it to other travellers too.
