I love the sea view. Great place for relaxing. Nevertheless, feel a bit discomfort when the check-in counter requested for the booking no. when after giving my IC. When I said can't u trace it? The staff said, ”Kalau saya salah bg bilik nanti puan marah saya pulak.” I found his remarks and tone were inappropriate. Other than that, i love the sea view.

Location of hotel is excellent. Came in by car through P2 to the lobby and discovered, to my horror, there are leaking pipes across the path. Counter staff is friendly and competent that made my day. I also struggled to tune in the TV, not very user friendly. No clear instructions printed out nor in the TV itself. Suggest hotel implement check and maintenance system on amenities to make guests' experience positive.

My first time here. The staff was very friendly, polite, and very welcoming to guests. We even had a hotel tour before they sent us to our room. The room was clean. My last minute booking. Very suitable for relaxing and chilling mode. The breakfast is also good.

We had such a pleasant family getaway at Colmar Tropicale with our two little ones. The whole experience was smooth and enjoyable from the moment we checked in. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when it came to assisting us with bags and stroller access — something we truly appreciate as parents of two babies! The French-inspired village is beautiful and peaceful, perfect for slow family walks and photos. Our room was clean, spacious enough for the babies’ essentials, and comfortable for all of us. We also loved how calm the environment was, making nap times easy.

Great location, easy parking. It's right next to Oldtown White Coffee, and just a short walk to Family Mart, Mr DIY, and Eco Shop... Also close to Bentong Farm. Excellent location 👍👍👍

Hyatt Regency provided a cozy environment and comfortable accommodation. The standard room we booked came with a balcony and was very clean. There are two swimming pools available, and it’s just a short walk to the beach where guests can enjoy a sea shower. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed — everything felt so new and luxurious. The view from my unit was breathtaking, especially in the morning when the mist rolled over the mountains. The weather was cool and refreshing — it truly felt like being above the clouds! The facilities were amazing — the Skypool 50 was stunning, the heated pool was superb and my kids absolutely loved it! The breakfast buffet was excellent — so many choices and every dish was delicious. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The location was convenient and peaceful, just a short drive from the Genting attractions, yet away from the crowds — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The price was really worth it for the comfort, quality, and experience we had. Honestly, I couldn’t find a single flaw. It’s truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I’ll definitely return in December with my big family — can’t wait to experience it all over again! 💯✨

The best place to stay at cameron highlands....view is solid ...breakfast is nice with a nice view and nice spread of food...clean and comfortable room....sleep really well with nothing to worry about. Only 1 thing u got to have strong legs and stamina when u walk down the hotel to go to the bazaar or shops...so when u walk down u have to walk up so yah Rooms there option of using fan or aircon or both if u love cold and toilet is clean...shop around the area is alot so dont have to worries of getting hungry late at night can grab food...

Loved the stay, nice hotel, nice ambience, but hope i checked in earlier cause we ended up getting 2 single bed and not king bed because no available rooms anymore :((( breakfast buffet was okay, the spaghetti, cereal and porridge needs improvement, the others are delicious especially the homemade peanut butter, to die for!!! Loved it, wish I could take it home with me. Overall, it’s a nice stay.

The price of the hotel is slightly lower than on other apps when I used Trip.com to book the hotel. The location is strategic, and the staff are very friendly. The room is spacious and comfortable. However, the air conditioning is very cold, and the temperature cannot be adjusted. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay.
