We were extremely satisfied with our stay in this one-bedroom apartment! The ocean view was stunning and absolutely perfect, making our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was also fully equipped with cooking utensils, making it easy for us to prepare our own meals. The staff were very helpful and quick to respond whenever we needed assistance. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Highly recommended! We will definitely come back to stay here again in the future!

Families, promise me you'll book this terrace room, okay?!!! Walking into the room and pulling back the curtains to reveal the sea view made every long flight worth it. All the hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always smiling. The room was clean and tidy, and entering it felt cool and smelled lovely. Opening the windows in the evening to watch the sunset was truly relaxing and delightful; it really set the vacation mood! The welcome fruit, especially the apple, was so delicious – sweet, tangy, and crisp (I honestly never liked apples back home). The breakfast selection was also very rich, and the taste was quite good. Remember to try the iced freshly squeezed orange juice outside the door! 💕

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, expect the toilet is sharing and it's very dirty!. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location was perfect, and the view from my room was absolutely stunning — one of the highlights of my stay. The location is super close to the ferry terminal. Downstairs, right across the street, there's a KFC, Starbucks, and 7-Eleven, which is really convenient. The front desk staff were very patient. The only drawback is that the room is a bit old-fashioned. However, the hotel's exterior looks upscale and grand.

Without any incentives, I'll honestly share my experience. 1. **Pros:** The water quality around Mantanani Island is excellent, and the snorkeling and diving offer stunning views. The staff are friendly, and the island scenery is definitely worth experiencing. 2. **Cons:** The island is swarming with tour groups, and there's a constant stream of elderly people and children, so it's not ideal if you're looking for a peaceful atmosphere. We stayed for three nights, paying over 4,000, and were assigned room 27, which was right next to the staff dormitory. The facilities in the room were very old. Additionally, the adjacent room housed different tour guides every day, and we couldn't see the sea at all from our room. For independent travelers paying this price, getting a room like this is truly unsatisfactory.

The resort is conveniently located right beside the main road connecting Ranau and Kota Kinabalu. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. While there was some traffic noise from passing vehicles, it wasn’t a major issue—earplugs can easily solve that if you’re a light sleeper. What mattered most to us was the cleanliness, which was excellent. An added bonus is that extra mattresses are available for rent if needed. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely choose to stay here again.

The location is excellent. Great value for money too. During my 6-night stay, I used breakfast once, and I was satisfied with the quality. From the window, you can see the port of Jezertun directly, and across the way is Suriasbahamol. It was nice that it was close to Filipino Market and Gayatri Street, and there was a convenience store and a bank. The room cleaning wasn’t done properly, so I mentioned it, and it was fixed immediately. I changed the shower filter every other day. Best value-for-money hotel. If I go to Kota Kinabalu again, I will use it once more. A little further on there’s a Dikingsaba durian shop, and it’s delicious.

The private beach is huge, with fine sand, and the sunsets are absolutely stunning. 3. The golf club is fantastic, perfect for beginners to practice. Taking a buggy ride around is amazing, the scenery is beautiful, and you get to see countless small animals! Now for some minor criticisms, though I almost hate to mention them: 1. The room decor is a bit dated, and the shower is over a bathtub, which can be slippery. 2. So many mosquitoes! I got 8 bites on the first day, and only then did I spray myself thoroughly on the second day.

2 hour drive from airport. Very close drive to the Kinabalu national park or about a 20 minute walk. Room is simple, rustic but clean. Beautiful surrounding and view from the room. Bed was comfortable. Perfect if you just want a good place to rest after spending the day in nature. There’s a cafe/lunch spot about 15 minutes away by foot.
