Very good. The room is very clean and convenient. There are free coffee drinks. This place is close to the seaside and the scenery is also very good. It takes only ten minutes to walk to the seaside. The sea is really beautiful.

The location is excellent, only a 10-minute walk from the bus to the airport, and there are many choices of restaurants, convenience stores, and cafes nearby. The soundproofing is good, I slept well, the room was super clean, the wooden floor was clean even under my bare feet, and the breakfast was rich in choices. I will stay here again next time I have the chance.

The hotel is quite new, with a slightly more modern design. The cafe on the first floor is delicious. It's within walking distance of many places, including Lacromar, and the area seems to be more affordable and safe. The bathroom and toilet are separate, and the shower gel is good. The pool is small, but it's pleasant enough for a swim and quite clean.

We had a brilliant time at this hotel. It is ideally placed close to a mall and across the road from a mini market, the staff cannot do enough for you, it is very clean with a daily turnaround service and the price is great. All in a nice, safe area. Don't sit on it, book it - you'll love it. Breakfast is decent, food in the evening good too.

This is a wonderful hotel. The atmosphere is good. The breakfast is delicious. And variety.

The hotel is located on the edge of San Isidro district and a relatively convenient distance to major parts of Lima (e.g. Miraflores, historic centre, and Airport), taking roughly 30 minutes to 1 hour by Uber. It is in a safe and quiet area within close reach of greenery, restaurants, convenience stores, and cafes. Room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. However, for a business level hotel that is part of the Hilton brand, the lighting in the rooms are very poor with only bedside and tableside lights. Breakfast buffet was good with decent variety and continued supply of food. Gym was up on the top roof and gave a good view of the city, though it is small and machines are basic. Housekeeping staff were generally very helpful and polite. Receptionists at my check-in / check-out seemed to be grossly unfamiliar with the process and took a long time to get things done, sometimes asking repeated questions. Some of the breakfast staff was also a little less than polite. Overall a fine experience, but a bit less than the standard expected of a business-level hotel such as this.

Service was great as usual by the receptionist and really appreciate the warmth and smile from Stefanny. The swimming pool is a heated one so I could swim in it even though it was a cold day. Loved the welcome drinks and the amenities (coffee machine, body lotion, body shower, hand soap, shampoo, thick and soft tissue paper). The beds and pillows are comfortable, there’s a usb charger at the table. It’s a really convenient place near Kennedy park. Note that no cotton pad or cotton buds, toothbrush, shower cap were provided but I am ok with that. Security was really nice too, was waiting for Uber at night by the street and he would walk out to wait with me just to be safe.

Our stay at Sheraton Lima was absolutely amazing ✨🏨. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed every detail of our stay — the delicious food 🍽️🥐, the excellent service 🤍, and all the additional amenities that made our experience even more special. Waking up in a comfortable king-size bed 🛏️, enjoying the breakfast buffet, and relaxing by the pool with refreshing drinks 🍹🏊♀️ made our time here unforgettable. We had a pleasant stay at the Ibis Hotel in Lima. The location is very central and convenient, with many restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The hotel is well soundproofed, which made the stay quiet and comfortable. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they work fine for two adults. The staff was helpful whenever we needed assistance. One thing to note is that the rooms do not include a kettle or mini-fridge, which may be inconvenient for some travelers. Overall, it’s a good, reliable option for a short stay in Lima, especially if you value location and a quiet room.
