Dear Team, I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay. Last year when we stayed at PC Hotel Karachi, the sauna in the health club was not working. This time, the steam room was out of order. The entire health club looks very old, almost 40 years old, with no upgrades. Even the wooden lockers are worn out and damaged. The breakfast was also average. Considering the room rate we paid, we could have stayed at Mövenpick Hotel Karachi for the same price. Their health club is excellent, and the rooms have been recently renovated. In comparison, Mövenpick feels like a proper 5-star hotel, while PC Karachi seems closer to a 3- or 4-star standard. overall, it was good, there was some building work at the time so it got me up very early and then I moved the room.

Service was very good, internet was excellent, all the food included was good.  The bed was comfortable, location is well secured and isn't far from Dolmen Mall. Airport shuttle was punctual too. Cleaning was good but the carpets are pretty gross and should be changed. Nonetheless, it was a very satisfying stay. 

I've been to this hotel many times, but if i can I prefer to avoid it. Though super convenient for airport, the facility is old, the food is terrible and breakfast is so so and messy. If they renovated the place and improved the services it would be a great place

Stay at Avari towers Karachi was an excellent experience, it was our first time staying at this facility the hotel location is at center of down town Karachi. Staff at the hotel and receptionists were humble and always there to help you out, particularly Ms. Rishna and Fashiuddin. All the best restaurants in town are located within the hotel facility. Surely a must facility to try if you are travelling to Karachi.

Security was excellent; a pre-arranged airport pick-up was available, ensuring a quick arrival at the hotel. All three meals were Chinese cuisine, with a wide variety of options. Laundry service was provided. The owner was incredibly responsive to guests' needs. A few short days felt like home.

An Unforgettable Stay – Exceptional Hospitality and World-Class Service After starting my family visit in Karachi at another hotel, I decided to move to the Karachi Marriott for a four-day extension, and it was the best decision I could have made. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by how beautiful the property is and the warm, professional atmosphere.   The culinary experience was easily a highlight of my trip. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the buffet dinners at Rosana were simply beautiful, offering a wide variety of high-quality dishes. As it was my first visit, I was kindly granted access to the Executive Lounge, where the food and drinks were lovely and provided a perfect space to relax. I am certain I’ve put on a few kilograms because everything was so delicious!   What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the service. The staff are attentive, welcoming, and clearly take pride in their work. I would like to give a special mention to  Moeezah Front Reception,  Sadia Restaurant,  Neeshan Concierge  and Fizan housekeeping  who all went above and beyond to make my stay truly memorable. Their exceptional hospitality made me feel right at home.   I cannot recommend the Karachi Marriott enough for anyone visiting the city. I will definitely be returning!

I had selected this hotel for my mother and her brother who were traveling to Karachi from Lahore, as claimed by them the hotel was clean, friendly staff and well maintained place, Avari in Lahore has been a family favorite for us and visiting beach luxury hotel shows that they have maintained their brand and their name up to the mark, its old and considered a heritage hotel at the same time but it has been well taken care off over the years as witnessed, food was good and the stay for my family was relaxing as they had travelled a long distance which was tiring for them but they say they had rested very well at the hotel.

Breakfast is not much, the front desk service is slow, checkin took 40 minutes, and then I found that there were people in the arranged room, and almost rushed in... I waited another 20 minutes to process, check in almost lost my visa, and I found it later I don’t know what kind of liquid gets wet, and the writing is blurred...The cleanliness is not bad, the shower gel is not renewed, there is a toothbrush
