Great experience, the staff was amazing and went way and beyond, we had 3 rooms 3428, 3431 both with kabba view. The rooms were clean and spacious the bathroom on the smaller side. The manager on our floor was great, he made our stay perfect, breakfast was sent to our room for my disable father. Very considerate. 10/10 overall. I have stayed in other hotels in clock tower but this by far is the best. Thank you, hope to stay again soon

Overall OK.
On one occasion the room delivery guy ask for cash - he says machine not working?
Towels look worn out.
TV was not working when we check in, the technician takes over an hour to arrive but didn't solve the issue.
We call again a different personnel came to solve it
DoubleTree has always been my choice since i first stayed here in 2022. This is my 3rd time staying and the level of hospitality and service is so wonderful. I tried other hotels on my last visit in January 2025, but it wasn't great, so here I am back at DoubleTree. The location to the Grand Mosque of Makkah is fairly reasonable - one can walk (via Hilton Convention Hotel) - sloped surface, or take the complimentary shuttle that stops at Hilton Conrad on Jabal Omar. Wear good walking shoes.
Mr. Ahmed Elsayed at the restaurant is a top-notch manager. I only mentioned something to him, and he had his colleague make it especially for me. That was totally unexpected and they both went out of their way to ensure that it was a problem. They did it again the next day. Such personable service from both gentlemen and the others at DoubleTree Makkah.
The room was spacious, clean, bathroom had Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries. The bed was super comfortable and I slept very well which is something rare! And of course the signature cookies i love. Thank you!!
The room was clean, and I've always been a fan of Ibis hotels. Breakfast was plentiful, but a bit on the expensive side.
Facilities: Well-equipped
Cleanliness: Good
Environment: Pleasant
Service: Acceptable
I've stayed here multiple times. The prices during summer vacation are reasonable, but it can be a bit expensive during other times.
Connecting to Andalus Mall. Nice place to enjoy. Two days Inwas there when Eid Adha, there is a small beautiful Mosque near hotel for pray. A hospital and pharmacy just opposite hotel.
The hotel is too far from Haram. You can’t make by foot to Haram. However, there is shuttle at place which takes around 40m and still you have to walk another 20 min. Due to Ramadan shuttle don’t go all the way to stop and you will also have to change shuttle twice. The hotel is not recommended for an older age. There wasn’t any ironing facility, no coffee maker and locker.
Hotel location is far it cost us minicab on way back to Haram. Would recommend to book somewhere closer to Haram. The hotel is not at walking distance as pencilled on website.
I stayed around 3 weeks. It was a comfortable stay. All the staff were welcoming including the reception staff, room service and restaurant staff. I look forward to coming back again. Shout out to Mr. Obaid
Mr. Nawaf
Mr. Khalid
Mr . Read
Ms. Ruqyah
Ms. Nada
Ms. Alallih
Positives:
- maybe new? The inside looks good!
- very welcoming
- easy access
- easy parking
- quite nice view from window or back in the pool area
What could be improved:
- could upgrade the windows so it would be noise free. It’s key to good night sleep.
Great impressive hotel.
A grand lobby with beautiful lights and a small fountain with comfy seatings around it.
We booked a room with a partial haaram view, thinking we would be getting the same room as in the pic.
Turned out the haram view is just a small tiny view, and was informed by the hotel manager that the pic displayed during booking is incorrect.

GGuest UserThe stay was so good , the hotel is just next to the mosq . Very clean and also convenience supermarkets and shops near , and bus shuttle to masjidul haram every 30 minutes .
RRaheman Mohammed AbdulMy 12 days stay at Jumeira Jabal Omar in Makkah was exceptional. The room service by Rovel was outstanding—efficient and thoughtful—and the reception staff went above and beyond by assisting with baggage and even offering change for my taxi fare without prompting. The hotel exemplifies luxury, comfort, and impeccable attention to detail. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking an extraordinary hospitality experience in Makkah

GGuest UserReally worse experience at front desk while checking in, they were unable to find my booking and made us to wait for around hour at reception. They asked me to contact Trip.com which did and booking was already confirmed. After nearly an hour waiting, front desk finally found my booking but I had spent extra £ to make phone calls to trip.com

NNor Huda************* we had a very pleasant stay here in Le Meridien Towers Makkah. It’s not as crowded and the shuttle to Haram is 24/7 with hardly any waiting time when we want to board the bus to and from Haram.
We were pleasantly upgraded by the hotel and they even gave us complimentary tea on our first night. As we reached very late at night, I was grateful that I’m able to get some quick snacks for my young child and that the shops remain open then.
We didn’t ask for housekeeping to come and clean our rooms but they were attentive and prompt in their service. Insya Allah we may stay here again for our next umrah.
GGuest UserThis is 2nd time stay in here when Umroh. Really amazing. Staff reception that time so kindly upgrade my room into deluxe. All staff bellboy helpfull. Staff housekeeping fast respons. Sure will come again for next. Thank you Pullman. Love it

DDr. UmairThis hotel is phenomenal and I can't recommend it enough. The staff, from the moment I arrived, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Mr. Abdallah Al Ansari, in particular, was exceptional—so knowledgeable, passionate, and helpful. The check-in and check-out processes were both seamless, the facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was a magnificent, mouth-watering feast after performing Omra.
A major highlight is the location, just a five-minute walk to Gate 79 of Al Haram. The hotel also holds the Guinness World Record for the highest suspended prayer room in the world, an amazing feature that adds to an already wonderful experience.
AAnonymous User- The location is excellent inside the market, good for shopping 👍
What I didn't like:
The price is exaggerated, very expensive, and for the same price there are better and cheaper ones
The lounge is noisy downstairs until late at night, it is clear that the insulation is bad
The floors of the rooms have stains that need more cleaning
There is no hair dryer, and we asked for it, but unfortunately they brought it to us the next day
Delay in checking in after 6 pm and the noise from 10 am to alert us to leave
