We had a pleasant stay at Park Inn by Radisson Makkah Thaker Algharbi. The hotel is clean, modern, and well maintained. Our room was comfortable, spacious, and very tidy, which made our stay relaxing after long days in Makkah.
The staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with requests.
The location is good, especially with the shuttle service to Haram, which was very convenient. Love the food from their restaurant.
Overall, it’s a reliable and comfortable hotel offering good value for money. With a few small improvements, it could easily be a 5-star experience. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Makkah.
The hotel is beautiful and its location near the Haram is excellent, but the price is excessive. On top of the high room rate, parking costs extra. We paid 1600 for the room and an additional 240 SAR for parking.
This is the first time ever I felt disappointed staying at this hotel. 2 days in row my room was not getting cleaned, I put the trash bin outside the room so that they have initiative to clean up the room, but they only took the transh and changet the plastic bag instead.
Price: Very cheap for a 4-star hotel. Good value for money.
Location: Quite far, located in the an Naseem area, but like the vive there.
Shuttle bus : very excellent and very punctual.
Room: Overall okay, but the toilet is quite small.
Breakfast: Has a good variety, but the menu is almost the same every day. I stayed for 7 nights and ended up eating nearly the same items daily.
Staff: Generally okay, but there was a serious incident that affected my stay. One night, a bellman attempted to open my room door 2–3 times. Fortunately, I had engaged the inner lock, so he was unable to enter fully. He was accompanied by other outsiders, which was a clear breach of guest privacy and safety.
I immediately made a complaint to the reception. They offered a room upgrade, but the room change process took a very long time. I waited from before Maghrib until after Isya, and eventually had to go to the reception myself to follow up.
Wi-Fi: After changing to the new room, the Wi-Fi signal was very weak. I had to sit near the lift area just to get a stable and stronger internet connection, which was very inconvenient.
The hotel was absolutely amazing. The hotel was exactly as the pictures on Trip.
We arrived at the hotel on a very late flight, however the reception was very attentive and met our needs.
It was my birthday they offered me an upgrade and was very professional.
The rooms were very warm with good decor.
Room service and housekeeping were amazing . They kept refilling our beverages and made sure we had everything we needed.
The shuttle service was a little slow and came late to pick up from the connecting bus station . We had to get two buses however it was very well planned.
I would highly recommend this hotel!!
Great hotel, very clean and well-maintained throughout. The location is excellent and convenient, close to many shops and attractions. The staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and offer a nice view. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it to others
Al Ebaa have been our favourite hotel everytime we visited the Holy Mecca. The location was very strategic. Its just a 6 mins walk to reach Masjidil Haram. However, bear in mind that there were steep hill road you have to walk to reach Haram. The hotel were really clean, smell good. We reach early in the morning, the check in process was really smooth. I recommended you to add breakfast cause it was fantastic.
I requested a bed as per my reservation, but it wasn't provided. Also, the meal price stated in the booking was 50 per person, but unfortunately, they said those were the website prices and their prices were different.
Hotel with the most beautiful views in the world.
I once stayed in a water villa at Maldives. But I have to be honest, the view from this hotel is more beautiful than the water villa in the Maldives.
+ most beautiful view from my room
+ very close to Masjidil Haram (just a short walk)
+ comfortable room and well maintained
+ daily room cleaning and amenities refill
+ suitable for resting without losing connection to the Haram
+ many food options around the hotel
+ helpful if you want a more relaxed pace during your stay
+ plenty of lifts to avoid queues during rush hour
+ there is a special lift on the upper floors which helps reduce rush hour queues.
+ very helpfull staff
+ high speed wifi
+ you can hear the call to prayer and the imam from the mosque directly from your room
+ early check-in can be served when rooms are available.
+ you have 2 choice to go to Haram. You can use ajyad street or zamzam tower.
- price is quite high, especially for Kaaba view rooms
- the elevator does not require an access card, allowing outsiders to enter. In my case, there was someone from the Swissotel Al Maqam hotel who got the wrong room.
If I ever visit the Grand Mosque again, I will choose this hotel again and again. I really enjoyed my stay here.
The room was spacious and well-equipped, even featuring a small kitchenette, a safe, and an ironing machine. The lobby was grand and offered complimentary dates and a local tea. There's a shuttle service advertised to the Grand Mosque, but on our day, it dropped us off at a parking lot, requiring an additional transfer to reach our destination.

GGuest UserJumeirah Hotel was excellent in terms of facilities — everything is new, clean, and well-maintained. Credit where it’s due: the staff were genuinely outstanding, extremely attentive, and always eager to help. Service level is easily one of the best.
Location-wise, it’s around a 4–6 minute walk to Al Haram, which is acceptable. However, let’s be real — compared to the Clock Tower hotels, they are noticeably closer and more convenient, especially during peak prayer times.
Now, about the “Partial Haram View” — this needs honesty. We booked two Deluxe Rooms with Partial Haram View, but the view is technically there… if you really look for it 😅. The Haram is barely visible, and most of the view is dominated by unfinished construction. You’ll spend more time spotting the Haram than enjoying it.
Bottom line:
Excellent hotel, top-tier service, great facilities — but don’t book it expecting a meaningful Haram view. If proximity and view matter, Clock Tower hotels still win.
GGuest UserHuge thanks and appreciation to the receptionist, Sara! She was a wonderful example of dedicated nationals who go above and beyond to serve the guests of God (referring to pilgrims or visitors to holy sites) with such warmth, cheerfulness, and excellent service. My thanks also go to the buffet staff and our Saudi coffee server, Abdulmajeed, and the rest of the team. Thanks to everyone for a truly unique experience!

Nnita88Our second time here and it has always been a great experience with the hotel rooms.
The shuttle service to masjidilharam is perfect, but the gate under clock tower most times are closed, unlike before. So we have to divert to jabal umar area before arriving the outdoor courtyard.
LlaynewangThe room was spacious and clean, though the facilities were a bit dated. Breakfast was great (they even had congee, which was a pleasant surprise!). The location is excellent, right by the sea. You can see the fountain from outside, and it's within walking distance of the seaside park, perfect for a stroll or taking the kids out. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Overall, it's pretty good.

In Mecca, the location is good. There's a supermarket and bus stops downstairs, making it convenient for getting around.
GGuest UserAmazing stay Brother Ahmad and the sister at reception were both helpful. We got checked in at 4pm… as it was busy took slightly longer than usual. Room service was outstanding. Location is brilliant plenty food around. Would stay here again only 10min walk. Best hotel in area! Rate is 4 Star!!!

GGuest UserConnected to Red Sea Mall, very convenient.
Room is nice and clean, got everything you need.
Everything is perfect. Didn’t get the chance to try their food but they have a good price for lunch package ~55 Sar/pp.
