ممحمد المبيضVery reasonable price, excellent hotel cleanliness, and away from the noise. There's a complex of restaurants and cafes in the hotel square, and a distinct mosque nearby. There's also a shuttle service to the Haram every hour, as well as a return service, but the return is annoying because you have to take two buses.

MMoataz888I’ve stayed four days and enjoyed the daily bus service to Haram it was 24/7 days, the receptionists are professional and approachable.
The room service was friendly and supportive. The room was mid clean not immaculate but it was nice, the TV was working well.
The fridge is not cooling very much but its fine.

GGuest UserJumeirah Hotel was excellent in terms of facilities — everything is new, clean, and well-maintained. Credit where it’s due: the staff were genuinely outstanding, extremely attentive, and always eager to help. Service level is easily one of the best.
Location-wise, it’s around a 4–6 minute walk to Al Haram, which is acceptable. However, let’s be real — compared to the Clock Tower hotels, they are noticeably closer and more convenient, especially during peak prayer times.
Now, about the “Partial Haram View” — this needs honesty. We booked two Deluxe Rooms with Partial Haram View, but the view is technically there… if you really look for it 😅. The Haram is barely visible, and most of the view is dominated by unfinished construction. You’ll spend more time spotting the Haram than enjoying it.
Bottom line:
Excellent hotel, top-tier service, great facilities — but don’t book it expecting a meaningful Haram view. If proximity and view matter, Clock Tower hotels still win.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel based on the understanding that they provided shuttle buses to the Haram. I called the hotel multiple times to confirm the transportation, and they assured me that buses were available. However, upon arrival, I was surprised to find there were no buses. This caused a lot of inconvenience and hassle with taxis, especially since I was traveling with my family.

AAhmed al bulushiThe breakfast need improvement by variety and most of the food was cold.
Staff are great and hotel was really nice.
Additionally the lounge acess timing need to be more flexible specially as we want to pray in Masjid Al Haram its very tight for example snack time that is between 7 PM to 9 PM, also I dont know why they call it snack time that I discovered its dinner.

GGuest UserEverything was fine, but there was a problem with canceling the reservation on the second day. There was no prior notice about stopping Umrah pilgrims and allowing Hajj pilgrims to enter. Please make a note of this again if this issue recurs. Thank you.

The hotel is extremely well-organized, making check-in and daily routines smooth and stress-free. One of the highlights was the cleanliness—every area of the hotel, from the rooms to the common spaces, was spotless and very well maintained. It really made the stay comfortable and relaxing.
A special mention goes to the breakfast crew, who were absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere each morning. The service they provided truly stood out.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Makkah. It combines excellent service, great organization, and outstanding cleanliness for a truly enjoyable stay.
