I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and professional, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was well organised, making the stay relaxing and enjoyable. The location is very convenient it’s about a 25-minute walk to Masjid al-Haram, which makes it ideal for visitors. Because of my great experience in Makkah, when I travelled to Jeddah, I chose the same hotel there as well. Overall, excellent service, comfort, and value. I would happily stay here again. Elaf

The hotel is lovely, but the restaurant is noisy and chaotic because they don't properly check guests entering the breakfast area. There are too many people, and I suspect some of them are not even staying at the hotel.

The hotel was great, clean, and staff is extremely welcoming & helpful… the location of the hotel is a bit far from the masjid al-Haram, however, the hotel has their own buss waiting right outside the hotel lobby operating 24/7 to drop you to Sheb Amer bus station… also the bus waits for you in section A platform C-23

Price: Very cheap for a 4-star hotel. Good value for money. Location: Quite far, located in the an Naseem area, but like the vive there. Shuttle bus : very excellent and very punctual. Room: Overall okay, but the toilet is quite small. Breakfast: Has a good variety, but the menu is almost the same every day. I stayed for 7 nights and ended up eating nearly the same items daily. Staff: Generally okay, but there was a serious incident that affected my stay. One night, a bellman attempted to open my room door 2–3 times. Fortunately, I had engaged the inner lock, so he was unable to enter fully. He was accompanied by other outsiders, which was a clear breach of guest privacy and safety. I immediately made a complaint to the reception. They offered a room upgrade, but the room change process took a very long time. I waited from before Maghrib until after Isya, and eventually had to go to the reception myself to follow up. Wi-Fi: After changing to the new room, the Wi-Fi signal was very weak. I had to sit near the lift area just to get a stable and stronger internet connection, which was very inconvenient.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. The hotel was exactly as the pictures on Trip. We arrived at the hotel on a very late flight, however the reception was very attentive and met our needs. It was my birthday they offered me an upgrade and was very professional. The rooms were very warm with good decor. Room service and housekeeping were amazing . They kept refilling our beverages and made sure we had everything we needed. The shuttle service was a little slow and came late to pick up from the connecting bus station . We had to get two buses however it was very well planned. I would highly recommend this hotel!!

Great hotel, very clean and well-maintained throughout. The location is excellent and convenient, close to many shops and attractions. The staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and offer a nice view. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Al Ebaa have been our favourite hotel everytime we visited the Holy Mecca. The location was very strategic. Its just a 6 mins walk to reach Masjidil Haram. However, bear in mind that there were steep hill road you have to walk to reach Haram. The hotel were really clean, smell good. We reach early in the morning, the check in process was really smooth. I recommended you to add breakfast cause it was fantastic.

I requested a bed as per my reservation, but it wasn't provided. Also, the meal price stated in the booking was 50 per person, but unfortunately, they said those were the website prices and their prices were different.

Hotel with the most beautiful views in the world. I once stayed in a water villa at Maldives. But I have to be honest, the view from this hotel is more beautiful than the water villa in the Maldives. + most beautiful view from my room + very close to Masjidil Haram (just a short walk) + comfortable room and well maintained + daily room cleaning and amenities refill + suitable for resting without losing connection to the Haram + many food options around the hotel + helpful if you want a more relaxed pace during your stay + plenty of lifts to avoid queues during rush hour + there is a special lift on the upper floors which helps reduce rush hour queues. + very helpfull staff + high speed wifi + you can hear the call to prayer and the imam from the mosque directly from your room + early check-in can be served when rooms are available. + you have 2 choice to go to Haram. You can use ajyad street or zamzam tower. - price is quite high, especially for Kaaba view rooms - the elevator does not require an access card, allowing outsiders to enter. In my case, there was someone from the Swissotel Al Maqam hotel who got the wrong room. If I ever visit the Grand Mosque again, I will choose this hotel again and again. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Time ruba is super beautifull and a very clean hotel. If i go back than i know i go to time ruba. Super service ans very clean MashAllah!!
