It is located in a residential area about 300 meters outside the west gate of the ancient city. It takes about 5 minutes to walk. It is not on the main road and is very quiet.
The decoration is quite good. It feels like it is a new hotel. It can almost catch up with Atour in China. The facilities are very good, which is rare when traveling in Central Asia. The bed is big and comfortable, and the room is spacious and bright.
The service attitude is excellent. There are people greeting you when you enter and exit. They are very enthusiastic and provide various snacks for free.
The breakfast restaurant is also quite good, but the food is hard to comment on. After all, I don’t like local food. It doesn’t look too rich, but there are very few people, so there is probably no need to make it complicated.
Overall, it's well worth a stay.
It is a relatively good hotel in this city and is recommended to stay in. It is not far from the ancient city by taxi, and the taxi fare is also cheap. The Italian restaurant on the first floor of the hotel tastes good and affordable.
I booked 2 nights in the hotel. The hotel is located right in front of the city wall. The staff is friendly. They helped me to book a taxi to Moynaq and Bukhara. The safety box didn't work but I felt safe anyways. The room and the toilet were ok just a bit smell if paint or something like that. They have kettle, coffee, water, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash in the room. The breakfast was very complete and the taste was good too. If you have a tour at 7 am they make sure you have your breakfast before you leave which was very kind of them.
Nice little hotel, inside the old town of Itchan Kala, perfect for visiting Khiva and close to all the main attractions, the staff is friendly and helpful. Not too easy to reach with a taxi as some of them cannot enter the old town. Beautiful view from the terrace which is unfortunately not used properly. Average breakfast.
With a stay at Caravan Boutique Inn in Khiva, you'll be a 4-minute walk from Mohammed Rakhim Khan Medressa and 5 minutes by foot from Kuhna Ark. This hotel is 0.3 mi (0.4 km) from Kafta-Minor and 0.4 mi (0.6 km) from Kalta Minor Minaret.
Make use of convenient amenities, which include complimentary wireless internet access and concierge services.
Take advantage of the hotel's 24-hour room service. Buffet breakfasts are available daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM for a fee.
Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. Free valet parking is available onsite.
Make yourself at home in one of the 8 air-conditioned guestrooms. Satellite television is provided for your entertainment. Private bathrooms with showers feature complimentary toiletries and slippers. Conveniences include desks and irons/ironing boards, and housekeeping is provided daily.
It was a great choice. Located within the Ichankala district, the view of the castle from the rooftop, and the tranquil night sky during the holiday season, were unforgettable.
Perhaps it was because the UNESCO event took place two months prior? Most of the castle hotels had been renovated for winter. Everything in the Old City seemed to have been remodeled.
The interior of Khan's Palace was also immaculate. The tiled hallway and bathroom floors were heated with heated underfloor heating, instantly warming my chilled body. The sparkling, warm lobby made me want to walk barefoot. Indeed, the owner's young sons were walking around barefoot. The restaurant's furniture was also new and unique, captivating.
The room's special feature was the two outlets in the bedroom.
However, one drawback was that the bathroom shelves and hangers were placed too high, making it uncomfortable for a short person like me. Despite this, the towels provided were crisp and clean, making it a perfect score.
The quality of the hotel (for the price I paid) was exceptional. Breakfast was very good and I wouldn't recommend skipping or missing.
The hotel is a thirty-minute walk from the main Khiva city, which I didn't mind at all, but bear in mind that there are no restaurants in the area (they're all in the main city).
Staff were very helpful. I booked a trip to the Aral sea and the hotel staff organised it with the driver so I could be dropped off at Nukus airport.
The property is centrally located, close to all attractions. Ali is a kind and helpful host. The double room is basic but has all the comforts. The breakfast, freshly prepared, is good. The hotel has a terrace with a splendid view.
Amazing stay, hotel is right at the center of the old town, next to great restaurants. The family that runs it is lovely. Good little breakfast. Room was very clean and smelled nice.
good location near North gate which is easily access. Room is very comforatble and everything is there.

NNargiza KhushbokovaThe hotel is located inside Ichan Qal’a. It is new, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast is good, and the hotel offers beautiful views. It also features a rooftop terrace where guests can relax and enjoy the scenery.

LLinThe room and bathroom are also old, there are mosquitoes in the room, so that they can't sleep well at night, the location is very ideal, just near the ancient city, walking can reach famous attractions. Breakfast is simple, staff is helpful and friendly
